My mother bought a 4 wheel walker from a medical place that is no longer in business. She had had problems with it and so we picked Jackson Medical to help us. We are so glad we did! The staff there was super helpful and solved the problems in record time. We wont go anywhere else!

Was looking for CPAP supplies, they had basics, gave me a recommendation for a different place with more selection.

I would highly recommend checking this place out if you need anything. They dont have much as far as youth, but for adults they have a good selection

2016: Found this gem of a company by accident tucked away in a strip mall. I initially went in to buy a wheel chair and had to come back for an electric recliner. The sales reps and staff were more concerned about my 90 year old mother getting the right thing. They went to great lengths to make sure her measurements were accounted for when purchasing the recliner and wouldnt let me just rush thru the process and just buy something ( and the wheelchair for that matter), They went above and beyond and were very accommodating with my special request. They really went above and beyond - certainly more than most companies would. I cant say enough good things about this company. I recently moved to Virginia and let me tell you Jackson Medical is the epitome of a solid Minnesota company with Midwest values - service I crave in VA but rarely get. They need to get a Facebook page so that I could share my post with my FB family and friends
