My Mother has gone to Always Hear for several years. With every visit she receives kind, caring professional care. We, her children, are so pleased and thank Kevin and his entire team for taking great care if our Mother.Recently Mom was in the hospital. One morning she awoke and her hearing aid could not be located. I arrived to visit Mom that afternoon and was made aware that Moms hearing aid could not be found. She had gone all day not able to hear because Mom is deaf in one ear and wears an aid in her good ear. Mom immediately asked me to go to Always Hear and get a new hearing aid from Kevin. I called Kevin, it was around 3 in the afternoon. He said come to his office at 5. When I arrived he had a temporary aid for Mom and had ordered her a new aid. Such prompt detailed customer service. I returned to the hospital and Mom put the temporary aid in and smiled... Thats better I decided to order dinner for Mom, but we couldnt find the phone. I got a nurse and he followed the cord from the wall and located the phone between the mattress and bed frame. He gave it a tug and the phone came out. I went to get the phone and saw on the floor between the bed and Moms chair was her hearing aid! It must have been lost in the same place as the phone. I immediately said I need to call Kevin to cancel the order but it was almost 6:00pm and I thought hed be gone from the office. He answered the phone, was pleased Moms hearing aid had been found, and he cancelled the order.A truly caring professional whom I felt went beyond our expectations.

They are so helpful and wonderful. I always buy my batteries from them and they have even left them for me to pick up when they are going out to lunch.

Went there to get my ears cleaned. One of the ears gave me problems and ended up meeting up with him several more times to check up on it and tried to clean it without causing me to much pain. Each short meeting after the first was free even after the 3rd and final meeting when I offered to pay some more. Recommend!

I made an appointment to have my hearing tested and to find out about the low ringing in my left ear. I found the entire staff to be friendly, and very organized. The testing room was clean and professional, and Kevin Brewster s manner of communicating was kind and caring as he helped me to understand my level of hearing health, and what to expect, — along with solutions to choose from for my particular situation. They were most helpful in considering my budget constraints, and my concerns, by answering all of my questions to my relief and satisfaction. My husband needed new hearing aids. They took the time to find out what the best fit was for him. They had him come back to make any adjustments needed. He can hear better than he has ever has in the past. Would highly recommend this hearing center.

Deanna was who helped me, and she did a fantastic job!!! I left knowing that my ears were as clean and free from wax buildup as possible! I have had very good service since I started coming to Always H.E.A.R. Whether it was getting wax removed, getting a hearing aid repaired or purchasing new aids, they have been very fair. Deanna has always been able to resolve any issues that I have had. It feels like a well run family business.
