I had some pretty extensive front end and suspension work. The work was done quickly and well. However, some of the parts used in the repair failed after several months. I had all the documentation from the work so replacement of the parts at the manufacturers expense was no problem. Tony charged only for his labor, and charged nothing for realignment. Tony is pleasant to deal with, honest, fair and a good mechanic.

Best customer service Ive had in a long time. I came in with my BMW 330i for an alignment. He spent an hour trying to align all 4 wheels. He was able to align 3 wheels but one with one of the wheels, the tie rod was completely seized. He tried all sorts of methods to break it free, but was unsuccessful. Common problem with my make and model. He suggested I replace the tie rods, and then come back to get the last wheel aligned. He DIDNT charge me a dime because he wasnt able to align all 4 wheels. Nothing! Nada! Thats just good business right there. I wanted to pay him for the hour he spent working, but he assured me that when I get my tie rod replaced, he would let me pay him. Not only is it half the price of tire barn or pep boys or midas, but I feel more confident in his expertise, and feel certain that I am getting a honest diagnosis and quality service. I will be a customer for life here, and recommend to anyone who needs an alignment.

I have used Barneys Alignment Services multiple times with multiple vehicles. Both 2 and 4 wheel drive. They have always been profesional, quick and reasonably priced. I will keep going to them for alignments until something changes that would make me stop. I highly reccommed.

Its hard nowadays to still find true craftsmen of their trades. But you can here. I highly recommend, if youre looking for craftsmanship.

Stopped here to get my brakes repaired (completely went out on me while driving). Well my muffler just recently fell out of my car (not of any relation to my brakes), so while in the shop I asked for my car to be looked over. Turns out the caliper for my back breaks were put on incorrectly, pulling on my tires and slowly thinning the brakes pads with each use. Oh and did I mention that they just didnt put on any clips after reassembling everything before returning it back to me? Unless they just werent put on tightly enough, who knows. Either way the job was half assed even though I paid a pretty penny for it. Only reason I gave two stars is bc I didnt have any brake related accidents from the time the shop repaired them until now. Thank goodness.

$400 for brake pads on one side of car and it fell apart less than a month later. No, we did not go back...found an honest, and qualified mechanic to fix both sides. You guys are a joke!! It was my daughters car so Im extra angry that her safety was jeopardized by your greed and incompetent employees.
