Great place, They do great work the Dentist and his assistants went out of their way to make sure I had a pain free experience, same for my kids.

I stopped going here a few years back. Lots of unnecessary procedures to do. Very little help from the receptionist. David is a great dentist, sorry to see the the staff isnt as put together as David is. Tried to go today, never have I had a receptionist talk me out of going. She had convinced me there is nothing that can be done. When I know this isnt the case but, Im just a patient, well, former patient....

Everyone at Oxboro Family Dental is just amazing. Every time I come in I never feel like I am just another client to them. You feel so welcomed the second you walk in the door. The work they do is just as amazing as they are. They are great at explaining procedures and making sure you are comfortable. I love coming to get my teeth cleaned and not once have I ever left there dissatisfied.

I am a new patient at Oxboro Family Dentistry and couldnt be happier that I found them. I was so nervous to get a root canal done, but as soon as I walked through the door I was put to ease by Denise and Dr. Engan. After my appointment I left thinking that was actually a lot of fun! haha, who knew getting a root canal done could be fun. My friends and family couldnt believe that was my response. I guarantee you will not find that anywhere else! Dr. Engan is extremely detailed and explains everything to you thoroughly. You will know exactly what is going on with your teeth, which is important. Dr. Engan has some jokes too! Leaving me with a smile on my face throughout the whole appointment. I was in great hands with their entire staff and could not recommend Oxboro Family Dentistry enough.

Went into get a usual cleaning, and everyone was a nice as they always are, Stacy was my tech for my cleaning on this visit as she was for my last cleaning, super friendly, easy to chat with, asked how things were, and even remembered I had a knee replacement about a year ago, and asked how that was doing, shes good at her job, very thorough, and also set up my next appt. For some more extensive work, but they always make you feel welcome there

Dr. Engan explains treatment options to his patients in great detail. He is very experienced in general dentistry, installing crowns, performing root canals, and installing implants using modern equipment. His staff are friendly and professional.

Oxboro Family Dental is great! I needed an emergency crown fix. I called in the evening before and was able to get in the next morning. From the time I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Engan and staff explained each step of the procedures, which made my experience as stress-free as it could be. The people here are exceptional. They make sure you understand your insurance, explain in detail why & what may need done, and remember things about you even when you see them twice a year. They take a lot of the stress out of going to the dentist away.

This is my new home for dentistry! I hadnt been to the dentist for too long a time. I read great reviews, and had heard excellent reports from others, so I gave Oxboro Family Dental a call. Connie was terrific, setting up my appointment. When I was there, Michelle and Kim were so very kind and patient with me. Cindy, the hygienist who is so expertly checked and cleaned my teeth was outstanding, and also so very kind. I had to have an old filling replaced, and a new filling. As I reclined in the chair, Dr. Engan showed me in a mirror where and why he recommended the new filling. He also showed my x-rays and explained what should be done. He and his assistant Denise took care of the fillings, and my teeth feel great.My entire experience with everyone at Oxboro Family Dental was exceptional. I felt comfortable there from the moment I stepped in their front door. They put me at ease, everyone having a genuine warmth to them, and we also had a lot of laughs, which means a lot to me. Dr. Engan and his entire staff are professionals of a very high standard. Dr. Engans work and demeanor calmed me even further throughout the whole process. I left there feeling so good about having gone there, and so good about the health and look of my teeth. I highly, highly recommend Oxboro Family Dental to anyone and everyone.

What can I say, I called with a hot molar in the middle of the day and they took me in and evaluated my problem extracted the tooth and relived the pain I was going through! It took about one an a half hours, I just wish I had called them sooner. They are the BEST!

Started seeing Dr Engan after being dissatisfied with another provider in town. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to Dr Engan himself they are all A+, couldn’t be happier!

I went to oxboro family dental in October 2018 for a root canal. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy then. It was so painful. I called and went back for bite adjustments with not much improvement. I found myself crying in pain some days. The last time I went to him he filled a tooth and asked me if it felt better. When I said yes he told me it was a different tooth not the crown. He also said that the crown was hitting a bone and this should improve after a while. That day I left the office with tears in my eyes. I am writing this at the end of February, five months after my root canal and crown, and I am still in pain. Pain in the tooth area and even my jaw and temple at times. I cannot bite anything on that side of my mouth at all. I never had pain like this before. So, beware of this place.

Just moved to the area and needed to make an appt for my routine cleaning. Went in, told the receptionist I wanted to schedule a Cleaning. Took all my information and scheduled it pretty quickly.Day of my appt arrives, I show up, fill out their intake forms on a tablet that didnt work very well, even though i gave them all that info when i made the appt, short wait and I go back. It had been a while since I had x-rays, so they did that. Then they did a assessment of my teeth.After that was all done, I was informed that I should schedule a Cleaning in the near future.I explained that I thought this appt was for a cleaning, as thats what I scheduled. I was informed that they DO NOT schedule Assessments and Cleanings the same day (like every other dentist Ive EVER GONE TOO). The soonest opening they had was a month from now.Felt like they were scamming, making me come back so I had to pay twice.Will NOT be going back. Poor customer service, though very polite.

I am afraid of the dentist, but coming here, they have options and services that allow me to handle the visits that I need to keep my mouth happy!
