This is probably one of the best dental places I have gone to. I am dentist-phobic so it is really hard to even step into the door. They are kind and responsive to this, tell you exactly how much you need to pay, and will figure out ways to pay over time for your dental work. Appointments are promptly offered and the visits are as pleasant as a dental office could be. You also have reasonable privacy when your work is being done.

I called Bloomington smiles in severe pain from my wisdom teeth. Reed was so helpful. He got me allset up for same day extraction. Dr. Johnson was so nice. All of the nurses we super sweet. Im usually very anxious when it comes to the dentist so if the staff see this I want them to know how much I appreciate them.

I have always had a fear of dentist growing up. Every visit I’ve had here has been wonderful. They are all very friendly and helpful. I had my wisdom teeth pulled Friday and it was a fun experience instead of it being scary. I even called right before close one night to get a recheck on one of my extraction sites and they scheduled me right away for a next day appointment. I think this team does a wonderful job taking care of their patients. Highly recommended for anyone scared of the dentist!

The dentist was fine but we had multiple other problems that made us never want to go back and warn others. We had a referral and they never sent xrays even after 5 phone calls from us and the specialist so the specialty clinic had to do more xrays. They said it is super common with Bloomington Smiles to not get follow up items like this. Decided to go to another clinic and again they cant send xrays. Its just not worth it

Made an appointment and was told my insurance was accepted. Was told to expect an email form to fill out regarding my patient info. Never got the email even when I emailed asking for one. Figured Id come in early to fill out the info. Last minute, as Im leaving the door for the appointment (four days later) I am told they do not accept my insurance. Meaning I was lied to on the phone for some reason, or the clerk didnt actually check my insurance. Huge waste of my time, not to mention a weekend of pain that could have been spent finding someone with at least a competent office staff. Thanks for nothing.

This place is a joke. My crown has come off twice now. And Ive had it less than a year. I have crowns from 35 yrs ago that have never come out. They also do a lousy job cleaning teeth. Ill give them a ZERO.

Kelly is the best dental hygienist I could have asked for! I had not been to the dentist in years and she walked me through every step of the way. The staff at the desk (Im horrible with names) assisted with making a payment plan and meeting all of my needs. On my return visit, they even remembered my name. Thank you to everyone at Bloomington smiles, I will continue to tell people about you and recommend you as well

Ive been really happy going here. Dr Gonzalez is great, super friendly and professional. The hygienist is very personable and does a great job. The office seems very updated and modern. Love the fact that they can do same day crowns. Would definitely recommend!

Just finished my teeth cleaning. Everyone was so friendly and took care of me really fast. They made me feel like VIP, like straight up bottles in the club VIP. I left feeling well cared for and extremely satisfied. Im actually excited to see everyone again in 6 months! Keep up the great work guys!

From the front desk to the doctors, theyre all fantastic.!! Theyre very knowledgeable on their dental care and financial plans. I had an appointment two weeks ago, ended up having to schedule a root canal.. Got in for my root canal a week after my first appointment.! During this recent visit, I was really anxious but the doctors and dental assistants were so amazing. They were constantly checking to make sure I was okay or if I needed to take a break. My friend referred me to this place and I dont think Ill go anywhere else.!!

I have been going to Bloomington Smiles for a couple years now. Their staff is incredibly friendly, and I my appointment had never been delayed because the dentist was behind. Their dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants work seamlessly together, and it really shows through. They have an update office with new equipment, so you dont have to worry about them using outdated practices. Overall, I would recommend Bloomington Smiles.

I had a great experience at Bloomington Smiles with my deep cleaning! The team was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.

Went there about 6 months ago to get cavities filled. After the first appointment (in which they attempted to sell me things I didn’t need) I showed up to get my cavities filled. The whole process was extremely unprofessional. From joking around with other coworkers in different rooms while working on my teeth to poor execution of numbing my gum, carving out my cavity and re-filling it, it was a terrible and painful experience. Furthermore, partway through the procedure they managed to drop a sharp metal spacer into the back of my throat and failed to notice until I pointed it out. They were not gentle with my teeth, I was in pain for 3 weeks (the same level of pain from when I had my wisdom teeth removed) and to top it all of, just 6 months later my filling has fallen out. I don’t not recommend this dentistry to anyone. It is a unprofessional business with a skill set to match.

The best dentist office I ever been too. I use to dread walking into a dentist office knowing the work that I needed done. I have been seeing Dr Gonzales and his team for about a year and a half now and it has been nothing but a great experience with this team they make you feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I am NOT a person who likes dentists. I went in for an emergency appointment. I told them about my fear of dentists and they were awesome! Will definitely try and go here regularly. Nice people and a nice place.

I was over charged. Not once but 3 times. Kept sending bills to my insurance that they said they would not. Emptied out my benefits for the year, do to there mistake. I am not going back.Filling in sons mouth fell out less then 6 months and pushed me to do procedure that he didnt need.

They extorted money from me. My insurance paid them their have and I paid my half on my appointment date. All debt paid in full before operation. So a week later I get a bill for $36.00I pay it. Another 9 month go by I get another I owe $36.00 I paid it. Now a year go by I get another letter askin for $36.00.And I have not step foot in that office since the operation.SMH.Disrespected

The WORST 1st visit doc didn’t look at my teeth but tried selling me deep gum cleaning program. JUST NOW 2nd visit promised clean/polish 20 minutes but is just 1 hr doc sales job with “cleaning if necessary”. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!

I would give it no stars if I could. I do not recommend this dental office. The oral surgeon had me shaking and in tears. It was the worst dental experience in my life and I have had a lot of dental work done over the years. If you can switch from bloomington dental office to the eden prairie office. Please do.They are great there. Luckily I am older and know what a good dentist is. The manager of the dental office was supposed to call me after I complained. Of course she did not. Please do not take your kids there, they may not want to go back to the dentist.

This office was very disorganized and the staff was not reassuring when I had issue. I was very uncomfortable with my recent appointments that the staff didnt know what procedure was to take place. I had to constantly re-explain the situation every time I went in (3 appointments when it should have been 1) and I was extremely nervous during the procedure because the dentists confidence and bedside manner was not comforting nor was there any reassurance or explanation to me of what they were doing . In the end, it was taken care of, but I will never go back.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this dental office is. From the first phone call, to the first visit, you are treated with the upmost respect.They take the time to get to know you as a patient. Not once did I feel rushed. They took the time to listen to my concerns.They have many options available as well for financing.I definitely recommend coming here. You wont regret it!

Front staff and medical staff are all friendly and kind. I was nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed, but the doctor put me at ease right away, and his assistant helped me remember to talk to him about my medication history. Im beyond inpressed!

Very pleased with my experiences here! Came in for first appt due to extreme tooth pain. Found out I needed a root canal and crown. They started the process that day and my pain went away. I am just 24 hours past my follow up appt and had the root canal completed and crown put in, and have zero pain. I was very comfortable the whole time and all procedures were communicated clearly. The doctors and nurses cared about my comfort. It may be a bit more expensive then others, but the comfort and pain free work is worth it. Highly recommend!

The front desk ladies were welcoming and nice, the X-ray tech was nice but the instruments they use were heavy and uncomfortable to my kids and myself, The appointments are ridiculously to long, they told me they couldnt repair a cavity in my kids mouth because they couldnt put there hands in there shes ten...... No hands go in the mouth instruments do..... I was a bit sceptical. I called for an emergency repair they gave me a time and then when I got there told me it could be hours...... I had my own teeth cleaned and they said I was in early stages of peridontic disease, and that I had a cavity. I held off on paying over $500 to have the root scaling and laser treatment and went to my old dentist to be told no gumbleeding and my tissues were all in the threes which was great and I had no cavities. I definitely will not return to this clinic they cant treat all members of my family then I will go where I can trust the services. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me for no reason. Sorry but this is why you definitely need to look at at other dentist out there. Oh and there prices are ridiculously high.

I had needed my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr Hauk was my general dentist. Him an his assistant did such a wonderful job. Im so happy kmowing my infection is gone and so far the healing process has been a breeze. Highly recomended. Thanks so much guys!
