This agency does offer a much needed service. But they are horrible at communication. My daughter has had mental health issues and nearly every time Im supposed to get a call from this place, I dont. It is unacceptable to leave parents in the dark after taking 3-8 hrs to finally come see your child in the 1st place. I would recommend calling them rather than going to a local ER to be evaluated because they obviously dont have proper procedures and/or staffing in place when its an ER visit.

This is a shady agency, they thrive on social security disability individuals because they become that individuals payee, get paid out of each persons SSD check and won’t even give an individual any of their own money to go to a movie. They are in charge of paying the SSD individuals bills monthly and in some instances only make payments because the case workers make sure that money goes in to their pockets in addition to the fees they collect for being the payee. When a call is put in to them they are supposed to respond within 24-48 hours, it took them 2 weeks to respond to numerous messages left and it was an emergency situation that could’ve saved a life if they would’ve responded in the 24-48 hour policy. I wouldn’t trust this agency to be in charge of a sewer rat.

My husband exposed himself in front of my 10 year old. The person I spoke with said it was not a big deal. They didnt ask for any other information. My son has aspergers and was traumatized. The people answering the phone are young and uneducated to the real world.

PATH offers many services for people who are homeless, in crisis, or just in need of someone to talk to. They have referrals for other agencies that can assist and are a great place to go to if you are in a crisis and dont know where to start.

PATH Crisis Center is the first place to call for someone in need of social service resources or just someone to talk to for a bit. There are a vast amount of services available that most wouldnt be aware about without the help of PATH.

They pick and choose who they help. Not a very good place to go for help without being judged or lied to...

Theres no ramp for disabled Personnel. Im in a wheelchair and I cant get to them.
