Positively annoying. Someone sitting at the door smoking and smoking and smoking within inches of the entrance asking people for dollars.They never have in stock what Im looking for.Employees, they cant even count.The customer behind me had to tell the cashier that I was telling her 16 not 18.She just kept arguing with me.

Don was extremely kind and helpful even if was busy, I feel extreme sympathy for them for dealing with anti-maskers. I thought my job was bad but it must be really challenging dealing with a store with such volume with only two people.

Folks are very nice. Especially the young man that works there. Very helpful. Even went to the back to check on an item for me.

Dollar Tree is the same from me location to the next. Very standardized so its easy to plan ahead. I mostly knew what I was buying before I got there. Right now they have Christmas items out. Their seasonal section is pretty decent, its of items. I did not see any Hanukkah items.

Have been good about mask wearing and not be to close to each other and the employers are nice

I like shopping at Dollar Tree in general but this location was not paying attention to long line forming and cashier didnt call for help. Long wait in checkout line.

I never know I had everything that I need for a dollar. The store is organized well and mask is mandate. Social distancing was practised well enough.

The Portland dollar Tree is the WORST i have ever gone too. They NEVER have anything in stock! Its always soo dirty. I only went there because it was close to where i was. This one does not even deserve a star. They should just be shut down all together!

So much fun to shop here. Everything really is a dollar! Walked out with a new lipstick, eye shadow and big bottle of Pepsi. Great value for money. Many practical and pretty things to buy. Took my mom in a wheelchair. Doors are not automatic, but friendly shoppers helped. Aisles are plenty wide for easy access. Parking was close, generous, and easy to get in and out.

I came in half hour before closing which is at 10pm and it was closed for no reason!

The most unprofessional store Ive ever shopped at. Every single one of their employees either looks like they hate working there or they hate people or both. Its never stocked it there. They never open on time. Its just unorganized and needs to be closed for good.

I come here for greeting cards primarily - large selection. The store is clean and staff is nice. Also good place to buy party favors or little toys for kids. I bought a pair of headphones here months ago for $1 and figured they would break in no time but they still work just fine!

Thanksgiving 2019... I needed a few important components for my dinner. So to be smart I gave this store a call. A woman named christina or crystal answerd the phone I asked what time they closed today. She said 4pm. AWESOME!! I was on my way. I get there at about 30 after so 3:30pm. And there is a bum sitting next to the door. He yelled to me Their closed!! I didnt believe him so i walked up closer and seen that indeed they were closed....hmmm. Not cool at all. I called and got no answer. Smh.

Terrance the manager refused to accommodate me today. He said he was done entering payments on to Green Dot cards today and refused to load mine

Google, this location has been closing at 9:00pm for over a year now. Please correct the closing time.Also, I arrived to the store 8:53pm tonight, seven minutes before the posted closing time. Like the reviewer below, I was met by an employee who was attending to the exit door. She told me they were closed. Even when I asked if there wasn’t five more minutes, she said “no sir I’m sorry were closed”. Very frustrating since I work late and only needed two items.

6:55pm doors locked, no reason just locked. There are 4 other couples and three men and 2 women with kids at the door. Just when thought they were turning this store around with the new management... really bummed they just close for what ever reason....I needed stuff they sell.THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!

Bought a cell case for a dollar and a protective cover for 2 bucks. Also saw the person in front of me get 2 pregnancy tests for only 2 dollars

So messy! There was stuff everywhere you had to just step over. The lady at the checkout was so nice but she shouldnt have been the only one working! The line took forever to get through.

Im amazed at the people leaving 3 and 4 star reviews as this is the nastiest Dollar Tree Ive ever visited. Merchandise is all over the floor, odd items left on random shelves and the carpets are so filthy its likely a respiratory issue. Stood in line at an empty cashier for several minutes before someone realized there were customers waiting to check out and not a single cashier at the register. Wont go back - its a disgusting mess!

Some teenagers were mistreated by one of their employees for spraying a decorative bottle .., the employee assaulted the boys and forced them to pay two bottles badly. I believe that people with behavior like this should not be hired to work with costumer

Visited this store the other day. It was operated very ghetto. Employee eating chicken wings at register. Other staff talking like a bunch of gangsters amongst one another. Customer service and friendliness was none or with an attitude. Shelves were a disaster from holiday shopping rush despite there being enough emploees on shift to organize, thus make things presentable for oncoming customers. How this store is up and running is beyond me.

The store was well organized and clean. However, it does not seem to have as much merchandise as other Dollar Tree stores that I have been in.

A good location within a strip mall, so other shops are nearby too. This Dollar Tree always appears to be in the middle of restocking shelves. This can be a small annoyance but the staff does try to help and respond to customers.

The store is just a complete awful mess. You literally cant find anything. The shelves are empty with most of the items on the floor. Boxes and tripping hazards everywhere. Visible trash on the floor. You can find a group of employees who are nice hanging around the cash registers...thats about it. Im writing this so their mgmt can see this and get the store in order.

Great for quick shopping visits for daily household items, party supplies, office supplies, and other treasures.

Online and on their website it said this location was open until 10. I got there at 8:45 and the door was locked and a worker was at the other door opening it telling everyone (me amongst about 6 other cars) that they were closed (sign now says 9pm for closing) they werent friendly about it either. Just snapped were closed. Everytime I come here, the people just seem to hate their job and never greet or smile and ive come during all hours of the day. I also never complain and rave to managers about employees good customer service so it took alot for me to write this.

Yes, I Do Love The Dollar Tree For The Most Part...but... They have Very Poor, Non-Existent Customer Service on the phone. In Fact, when You call their customer service, you just get a recording that ONLY refers you back to their website. That really sucks. I bought a womens razor set and shaving cream because I have a very hard time in shaving and their product(s) did Not work out for ME. I did pay with an American Express Credit Card by the way, however, when I came to their store to take back the products for either a store credit or exchange, I was given a very hard time! In fact, Lexxi, the store manager at this store told me that she would NOT take back the merchandise without a receipt.I told her immediately that I paid with my American Express Credit card and asked her to look up my purchase in the system and she Refused stating that it would take too long! I had No Other Choice other than to leave the product(s) in her store and take pictures of them for the proof of the return and leave the store immediately! Apparently, this store has NO Customer Etiquette, as well as NO Customer Service and it shows!

Its a convenient store in the area cause theres not too many supermarkets around the area.

This is an average store. When compare to other Dollar Trees in Bloomington, this has got less product availability and there is no public restroom here.

Horrible services!! Cashier answered his cell phones while he rang me out the checkout line. He irgnored answering my questions! The cashier smelled like weed and he was forsure high! The store is a complete mess with store merchandise not stock on the shelves. I would never visit this location again!!

Terrible customer service. usually only one register open with At least 10 people waiting in line. And most of the older people are rude I usually only see new people last there about a week. All In all a terrible location. And I will travel to the one in Richfield from now on.

This is a dive, even by Dollar Tree standards. The cashiers with the neck tattoos and facial piercings really make someone feel like youre in a friendly place (if youre fresh out of jail or rehab).

Dollar Tree is usually a great chain but my one visit to this location was disappointing. Missing a ton of items and a bit disorganized for a Dollar Tree store.

A lot of the shelves near empty, with an employee having a ghetto style argument in the office, on speaker phone, turned way up. Able to hear it half way across the store.

Duh, everything is a dollar and thats always good for all.

Watch prices and quantities. If you do so,you can get a decent deal.

This location is always understocked, messy and has 3-4 people working with 1 person ringing. They dont ever seem to backup cashier if they have a long line. I felt bad for the asst manager on duty because her employee was being rude and insubordinate while 10 people were waiting in line. I told her if I was her I would have fired the girl on the spot because all she wanted to do is go outside and get on her phone instead of working after she had an issue with her register.
