Living for these nails! Affordable and amazing! Good service and both times left with what I wanted!

Friend and I went for pedicures. She called same day and got us appointments. They offered 2p or 230p, we took the 2p and arrived on time and picked our colors immediately. We were sat almost immediately, however proceeded to sit for 30 min with no water in our foot tubs and no one communicating with us. Finally 30 min in they filled our tubs, but left us sitting for another 15 min with no service. Shortly after they finally started, they both up and left us with no word... gone for 10 min about. We finally finished with poor polish jobs 90+ min after we arrived.

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. They were very rough on my nails. Insisted on painting my nails while getting a pedicure. Got nail polish allllll over my nails. Nail polish is caked on my nails. Polish is chipping on several nails after one day. I would not recommend going here.

I hate to be the critical person but you definitely overcharged for my hard earned money. I came in about 4 or 5 days ago. I didnt get what I asked for. I asked for a rainbow drizzle over Black nail on my ring fingers and black holographic on the rest of my nails. I got holographic but definitely didnt get rainbow colors drizzled on my nails. Then the top coat was to thick and when I put my hands under the light, the top coat dropped Down all my fingers and burnt me. Also 2 of my nails broke today. Ive had them less then a week. I was washing my hands when the nails broke. Also I came to get my eyebrows waxed last week, and the lady who waxed them didnt do what I asked and she made me take my eyebrow rings out then she threw them on the floor and lost them. Ill give you a chance to fix it for free if you want, but if you dont make an effort you lost a customer and Im sure a couple more who read this review.

Got a full set. Shape came out beautifully and clean. Really loved the set I got, the color came out really pretty and very clean edges!

Very pretty and relaxing salon. Had a very nice mani/pedi. Awesome nail design too. Mivi did my gel and design. Wonderful conversation and beautiful job with unique and pretty design.

I was in a rush and went in to get an acrylic nail removal ONLY they serviced me right away removed nails quickly cleaned them up and put a nice clear coat on for me I was in and out within 15 min even though this service was only a 10 dollar service they provided excellent and efficient service I had just left another location closer to my house under new management and they stated they could not do acrylic nail removal at that time because they were missing something to be able to do it when honestly they probably just didn’t want to waste there time for a ten dollar transaction and they were offering 20 percent off due to new management....thank you for taking the time to do my small service I was looking for a new salon to go to that’s closer to my house and I will now be going here since they care about there customer no matter how small the service....I made sure to tip the lady well for being so kind and efficient also this place is very clean looking.

It was a very kind and friendly experience but the quality of the nails isnt the best.. had a full set and pedicure to only have last less than a week.. nails broke and my gel polish wasnt fully dried and started ripping off all gummy like. My arcylics were made very thin and broke clean at the tips from bad adhesion. Pretty disappointed in this experience unfortunately dont recommend

I have been seeing Emma for a few months now & I am always satisfied after leaving the salon! She pays great attention to detail & is very friendly. All of the staff at Allure are friendly & do a great job. I would absolutely recommend Allure to anyone!

Whatever they did, like change employees, is great! I STOPPED GOING THERE . Then employees would say mean things about people! I understand pretty good.AND THEY WOULD ADD MONEY TO THE BILL WHEN I DIDNT WANT IT.THE BAD ONE ,SHE WOULD SIT ON LEFTSIDE 1ST CHAIR..ONCE I HEARD changes peeps. When I went to get a manicure I didn’t expect to just get my nails painted. Part of the manicure experience should be getting your cuticles cleaned up but they didn’t even touch them. Just nails. And the nails were uneven and not the shape I asked for. I had to fix it myself when I got home. Super bummed because I paid $50.

Updated: Katie is the most skilled acrylic nail tech I have ever met. She makes them so thin they look natural and she gets a fill done in 1/2 hour. I also recommend the cats eye nail polish. Super cool for something different.Phu is awesome with gel dip! I have been super happy with how he did my nails both times now. He is really good at making gel dip and acrylic look natural! The salon in general is really nice looking inside and everyone that works there just seems cool. I will definitely continue to go there for nails!

Every time I get a pedicure here, it feels like the best pedicure of my life. I don’t come often, and the technician is so incredibly patient and thorough caring for my yucky dried out feet. It’s usually a man who does it, and he is the real expert, although the ladies on staff are very nice as well.

My first time here. I had Alex for a basic pedicure and he is really terrific. He took his time and my pedicure felt nothing like a basicservice. I’ll definitely come back here.

I left a good review my first time here but Im retracting it I came Friday 10/5/18 for a gel manicure and two days later 10/7/18 almost all of my polish has chipped off im extremely upset and disappointed not surprised because the women who did my nails rushed it was getting a little busy I should have waited and went another day for the first lady who did my nails.... 28 dollars wasted 🙄

The salon is clean and airy, the poetry here is very sociable. They do really well, professionally and nicely.

I really like this place! It’s the only place in Bloomington I go to. I only trust three of the nail techs to do my nails though, as the others techs aren’t so great.

I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in about a year, but yesterday I decided to splurge on the “firewalker pedicure.” I was a little hesitant on the price, but on my god it was SO worth it. Sea salt scrub, a hot stone oil massage, hot towel soak, the best foot and calf massage that I’ve ever received in my life. I swear I was on the verge of tears this foot massage felt so good. I work on my feet 40 hours/week and this has rejuvenated me. Thank you Alex!!

Clean space, friendly staff.

I adjusted my rating from earlier. Recently, the service has been average at best. Sometimes the techs are really on it and other times my nails come out very uneven and they don’t even bother to soak my nails and remove the dead cuticles. Or remove the excess from underneath my nails. $47 for a gel manicure. This makes me sad because I used to really like coming here to get my nails done, but why should I pay full price if you’re not going to do the full service?This place is great! I am very picky about my nails and when I go to other salons I usually find something wrong with the end product, but not this time! Katie (?) did my nails and was super gentle as I have sensitive cuticles and made sure the length and shape was correct. Very efficient in how she worked and wasn’t all over the place. $45 for dip powder and the appointment only took about 30 minutes! The place was super clean and everyone was very friendly, I will definitely be back.P.S. they share a parking lot with a lot of other stores so parking can be a little tricky but not terrible!

I wasnt able to get in to my regular salon so stopped here for an emergency gel manicure today. The facilities were nice with a good selection of gel colors. The manicure itself was excellent. I stated that I have thin nails and the manicure was accordingly gentle, with an excellent massage. I cannot speak to the durability of the manicure yet but I see no reason why it wont last the normal two weeks. All in all an excellent experience that has me wondering if I will return to my other salon.

Allure Nails is the only place I’ll go to get my nails done thanks to Mivi. I highly recommend booking with her. She is so talented, consistent, professional, kind, and does a beautifully amazing job every time. I usually get a gel mani/pedi and have been going here for a couple years now. I’ve never once had a negative experience and always look forward to seeing the staff. I‘ve visited quite a few nail salons in Bloomington over the years, and Allure definitely stands out above the rest! Customer for life!

MiVi was awesome. I was in town for an event and she was so personable and professional. She also did a great job!! I wish I lived here to make this my go to place all the time. The salon was clean and peaceful as well.

Took me a long time to find a nail shop that will cater to my needs then I found award nail & spa and allure nails spa. They do a great job the employees are kind and respectful and they also do a great job on nails.

Its really a blessing where Im able to feel comfortable and relaxed inside their Salon! Giving me a wonderful lovely top coat and a wonderful design! Not only the shape of my gel full set oval shaped nails perfectly!

Came to this place for the first time because of the reviews but I honestly regret coming here. I had asked the technician several times to fix my nails because they were all different shapes & I requested the coffin shape. Not only did the technician screw up my nails so bad that they had to add on acrylic then re-file the whole nail (at least 3 times each for every nail), the nail technician made two fingers bleed badly-then just painted over it. Because I wanted a decent set, I asked for them to be fixed & when I became frustrated the nail technician laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional & absolutely will not be returning. I spent 4.5 hours for a fill & it was a waste of my time. I have been to 50+ nail salons in my life & Allure Nails and Spa is by far the worst.

I’ve come here before and never have I been told that I have to pay $5 more to get my gel removed by wrapping them in aluminum. Today they literally peeled the gel off and told me that if I wanted the gel removed by wrapping them I had to pay when they were pretty much done peeling most of it off. Horrible customer service. The owner even started telling me that they charge for this everywhere else but I’m sure it’s $40 anywhere else. Removing gel if you have them done and getting them done with a new color.

I had a great experience here at allure.. my nails looked amazing walking out of there. The shape was exactly how I imagined. Tony is great at what he does. Id recommend this place to anyone that is picky about how their nails are done. Ill be going there every touch up from here on out.

I did not feel comfortable at all. I can understand one speak whatever language he/she feel comfortable with but I have a strong feeling that they were not speaking very kind about me once they learned that I dont speak Vietnamese and shown my irritation of always being asked this. As I was getting ready to pay, one of the ladies hovers over shoulder to tell her a strategy of getting her to charge me more then what she initially quoted me for. I went ahead and paid just to get out of there. But Im pretty sure I wont go back. Not only what they did was shady and rude.

I went here based on the other Google reviews. Overall, the place was decent and was your typical nail salon - nothing fancy. The prices were somewhat on the pricey side so I was a little disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure and gel pedicure. The women were very friendly and spoke English very well. The pedicure was thorough but just okay. The nail tech who did my manicure cut my cuticle and it appears to be swelling. After leaving, I immediately put some antiseptic on it and antibiotic ointment and will definitely update this review if it gets infected. I dont think I would go back or recommend this place.

Good nail place. I saw them scrubbing tubs in between pedicures which was nice. They also set a timer for the foot massage which I appreciated. So even if they’re busy, you get your full massage.

Love your salon! Emma was a delight and did a wonderful job for me. I felt right at home. Looking forward to seeing her again soon.

I needed a new nail shop and decided to give this place a try. The guy who did my nails was very friendly. However, the quality of the SNS is subpar. It looks like the pink I chose is mixed with white and looks tacky. I will not be returning.

I appreciated that they stayed later to get my nails done. But they half ass the work on my nails. Its uneven!! Im upset with myself because they said I can come in still and sounded nice about it, but they should have rescheduled with me because they were close to closing, so they suggested I stay, again, so I did because they sounded nice about it. At the end of they day, they just want my money, so they can pay rent, the guy who did my nails said that and I felt taken back from all the service they offered...again, they half ass the work. Went home with lots of bubbles in my nails, uneven nails, and chapped finger tips. I feel so bad about spending 68 dollars for those service. I wish I can get a refund.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to, but if you choose a more elaborate option theyll rush if anyone you went with chose a cheaper option.

I left a good review after my first experience but unfortunately have to retract it after our bad experience yesterday. Everyone was great except this one woman, very rude. Tried talking us into getting the gel polish and we had to say no 5 times before she stopped. She cut my friends toenails wrong, instead of going straight across she curved the sides too deep. I work in medicine and its easy to get ingrown nails by cutting it incorrectly, now my friend is in pain. We told her you need to cut straight across and she yelled at us. The man who did mine was really good but this lady who was rude and doesnt know how to cut toenails has made it so we wont return. If you can get the guy, this place is awesome.

This was my first time going here, and i had a photo of what i wanted. Maroon and black that faded into each other... I also had to state many of times, I want a round/oval shape,and they arent exactly oval either. Also had to state many of times i did not want a shinny coat but a matte coat. Well, they never added the black to nails, and when they went to do the top coat, i asked about the black, and they just ignored me and continued with the top coat on my nails.. I paid $43 on nails i did not ask for or wanted..

The waxing I came to get went pretty well. My legs feel really amazing!

The experience was terrible, and the salon was lacking in customer service. The technician was rude, cut me twice and removed to much skin from around my finger nails. She also did a terrible job with polishing my nails. I had a gel manicure and the polish failed the next day. Dont go here.
