Checked in 2 hours before my appointment. And I was out in an hour and 30 minutes. Thats 30 minutes before my appointment time.

Was checked in fast , lady that everyone is talking about in the office was friendly and joking around while scrambling around to get her job done and put info into computer system. She had a ton of drivers come in at once and she still managed to be friendly. Hey maybe if you be nice with her , she will be nice with you . Just saying . Appointment was at 1:30 and I am now done and unloaded before 2:30.

If you come whit you appointment time not a hours before, you can come only like 25 minutes before you appointment if you come like that whit you reefer pre-cooled they gonna load you really quickly like in 30 minutes

Well, nice people but you are in for a very long wait. You need to park on the street out front then walk in check in one hour before your appointment. Make sure to bring in your drivers license. Once you get a dock assignment you just back up to the dock with your doors shut until they come out and talk to you when they are ready to get you loaded. Pre-cool your trailer and wait for a phone call. You also have to pay for pallets $8 apiece!

They won’t let you in half hour prior to your appointment but will not start loading you 3-4 hour after your appointment this is the deal here no difference in between this place and another lineage logistics facilities in California only absolutely no parking park on street at your own risk for driver appreciation portable dirty bathrooms on deck

Don’t see why they won’t take me in early when they literally have no trucks whatsoever in the docks , lady in office has a (I don’t get paid enough) attitude,this company will probably reply to this review to show they actually care but reality is they can care less about their workers and customers

Called ahead, receiving clerk advised not to get there more than 30 minutes before appointment. She was right, all went well, the only reason I give a 4 vs 5 is the backing is very tight and the owners get a 4, the workers get a 5.

I’ve been going to Lineage CS locations for years. It must be company policy to treat drivers like the lowest form of life imaginable. Even though I come here all the time and occasionally get a nice person in the Shipping and Receiving window. I wait...and wait. The typical visit is a 6am appt., they don’t start unloading until 7-8am and it takes 2-3 hours to unload. Then you’re running late all day. However, if you are late for your appt. expect late fees and you’re now a work in which means all bets are off and you’re screwed. I have called in sick to avoid going to this location because sometimes I’m just not up to it.

I give 5 stars for this locations customer service. I had an issue with a shipment and Amanda was quick to step up and provide a solution. She went out of her way to provide assistance and ensure the shipment didn’t fail. I’m truly so thankful. Thank you, Amanda!

Ohio early had a great experience from the lineage I got there late. Front desk was a lady name Amanda. She told me I was late but she worked me I. Got me a door right away loaded me up fast and got my paperwork hammer downI was amazed I am glad and happy there is still good and understanding people out there who help you out. And Amanda. Yesterday about 3pm exployee of castle Cooke I was informed by friend that he was shot 7 times twice in the head all he did was drive to go buy food for his daughter never came back it hurts me. hard work best customer serve at castle cooke he could be on the phone putting product in the computer pulling order printe orders cashing check TCH CHECK checking in drivers all at once fired in dec/2016 R.I.P 05/18/2020 John Vela

Parking is not bad and tight like some have stated except at ends of building. 1-2, 17-18. The lady at office, Donna I believe, can seem hurried and rushed plus she wont hesitate to yell at you if you step out of line, but she is OK once you get to know her. If you arrive earlier than your appointment they will unload you if not busy. I have waited a few hours on a truckload but nothing outrageous.

North entrance closed. In/Out on West side. Park on the street and walk over to check in. Lady at the shipping window friendly and professional. I was in and out in 2.5hours despite being a little late. Overall not bad at all.

Very lousy place they dont check in if you arrive a little early, and loading takes a long time they dont think your driving hours can be over. Please use your brain and be a little more friendly.
