Penn Landscaping completed a job for our front & side yards with landscaping lights and grasses, shrubs and plants. In the spring we had about 3 plants / grasses that did not come back. We have had a lot of problems with the lights and now do not work at all. We had requested paperwork on the lighting but was told they didn’t have any but would request it from manufacture. We have never received the lighting paperwork. We had called and left messages(prior to the year). When we went by the store and spoke with Tyler. He told us it was a little early in the spring and he would come out in a few weeks and see if the plants had returned and would check the lights. 3 weeks went by and no one came out or called. I called and left a few messages, with no response. I stopped by the store a few weeks later but Tyler was not there. I left a message for him to please call with no response. I have went by the store at least 4 more time in the last few months. No response. Our landscaping lights do NOT work and we have several dead plants / grasses. IT WAS NOT A CHEAP JOB! I would NOT recommend Penn Landscaping or Sunburst Nursery.

Everyone there is great, and Tyler knows so much and takes care of everything up to including in during and after the sale. He has replaced a tree for me even though I know it might cost him on his end without getting reimbursed by the grower. I highly recommend this store

Great service and knowledge

Rocks!! My backyard was a big mess and was impacting on the show of my home too badly. I wanted it to get transformed and their professional crew did an amazing work on it. Definitely the services one should call for their landscape transformation.

Sunburst Nursery fertilized my lawn this summer for the second year. A neighbor of mine recommended them. My lawn has never looked better!I hired two other companies prior to finding Sunburst and fired them for lack of results. Dont waste your time with other companies. Tyler and his crew are great to work with and very responsive to my questions. Im looking forward to a beautiful lawn again next year.Thank you Sunburst!

My husband and I found this landscaping company online and drove over. The people who work there were so helpful and kind. We ordered mulch in bulk and had it delivered to our house the next day. The gentlemen who delivered the product were just wonderful and very helpful with advice and general information about our garden. We are new to Bloomington and do so appreciate finding such knowledgeable people to help with our yard. The young man who sold us the mulch and delivered it, knew the scientific and common name and characteristic of every plant in our yard. They have a loyal customer in us.

The secretary is absolutely amazing. Polite, helpful, informative, understanding. A wonderful place.
