Great service. Got both my fingers sized. Found and bought exactly what I wanted under 30 mins. I was even given some tips about what fingers mean what with a ring on them. I bout a black and blue pendent cross with a stainless steel black chain! I really love it.

Purchased my halo engagement ring in 2014 at the mall of America helzberg location. I was informed at time of purchase that if I wanted to upgrade, it would need to be double the price of original ring. On March 2,2021 my husband calls this location to confirm that the upgrade process was still the same. He was told. Yes. If you bought it from this location, the upgrade is still as follows: double the price of old ring & it needs to be a real diamond and not a lab grown diamond! GREATwent to the helzberg moa location on Sunday March 7,2021 and was told, nope we do not do trade ins/upgrades unless it is a solitaire. Excuse me what? From the time my husband called to today. This policy has changed? HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION on your part since my husband talked to 2 PEOPLE. we have bought 2 rings from this company. 1 from your location and 1 from Eagan outlet when it was still open. Have you ever heard of a loyal customer? the woman that helped me, older lady, blonde hair. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. She said this policy was in place in 2007 or 2009. Who cares. Got the ring in 2014 and we were told something different. If you look in your system to who sold me the ring, you should probably tell that person they’re giving the wrong information! But you probably won’t even go that far in resolving this issue. Looking into your system would be too much work. Since giving me an option while I was at your counter wanting to upgrade, was nonexistent. If that’s your manager, it’s time for a new one. If my old ring that I wanted to upgrade that I bought from you was not good enough, then don’t give your customers the option TO UPGRADE. if you are only willing to upgrade SOLITAIRES, make it clearer to your customers. or better yet, don’t change your polices 5 days after my husband calls and gets completely different information TWICE. Beware of their policies.Once you spend the $ at this location, you are just another person. Good Customer service stops right after they run your card for payment for your ring. And hopefully, you will never want to upgrade. Best option is to bring your $ somewhere else. Online information is even different from what you told me today. But the same as what everyone said 5 days ago.

By far my FAVORITE Helzberg Diamond store!!The customer service was fantastic, Melady did a wonderful job and she helped me find my perfect wedding set ❤ the people at all of their stores are very nice. My husband and I absolutely love Miranda and Terry and this Helzberg location. They go out of their way to make us feel like family. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy every time and we will keep coming back again and again. Kevin also really cares about the satisfaction of his customers. They seriously dont just care about making a sale and its more of a friendship and trustworthy relationship than anything.

Boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Helzberg! We went to 5 previous diamond stores and our favorite was this Helzberg location! We were looking for an engagement ring on a budget and didnt have too much time to look. Melody helped us out right away and respected our buget, she was great, super friendly, funny, and honest. We were getting a little bummed that we couldnt find what we were looking for in our lower budget, but Melody showed us that Helzberg did indeed have multiple options in our price range! Melody made our ring shopping experience an awesome one!! We ended up buying a beautiful ring that I love so much! Wish we would have started with this shop, definitely recommend!

Took my ring in for cleaning. Two employees female standing talking ignored me.young Asian man asked if I had been helped I said no, he said he would be right with me and then he did as soon as he finished his other customer.Other girls only seemed to help people who came in as couples. Figured a better chance at a commission I would guess. Thats why I dont shop there anymore. Just ring cleanings.

The store employees were very helpful in helping me pick a ring. However, I sent it in to be sized down and received it, the band is lopsided and you can clearly see and feel where they sized it. They should make sure that your jewelry is in the same great quality you bought it in after being serviced. Very unprofessional.

Did not expect to be treated like I was.Stepped into the store, noticed one employee (female) assisting another customer and a (male) looking at inventory I assume. I decided to browse while waiting my turn to be helped. I eventually found what I was looking for and was waiting patiently. The male (manager) said someone would be with me shortly. 1 min later another customer (woman) enters the store and also starts to browse. While I had my back turned looking at the Rolex time pieces, the manager begins to assist the woman customer.I can only assume that the employees at this location make assumptions on the potential sale from certain consumers. I of course left the store and made my purchase elsewhere. Will entrust my future jewelry needs with a company that cares about all of their customers.

This post is long overdue. My boyfriend and I made it very clear when we walked in that we were just price shopping. There was never ending pressure to buy rings. We were very happy with the woman who was helping us, and she was honestly the only good part of the experience. We discussed options for putting the ring on a credit card, but then the manager came over and took over for the saleswoman. Immediately, she told us to let her know when we were ready to buy something, and walked away.That was our first experience ring shopping, and we will never go back to Helzberg. There are plenty of stores that will treat you with the respect you deserve, and this is not one of them.

My engagement ring initially had a chip in it, so after my fiancé proposed I noticed it while we were at dinner. It was very aggravating and made me quite upset. So we brought it in to get fixed and they put in a nasty looking stone that looked nothing like the original one that I chose and paid for. I think the sales person put in the down grade of moisinite which was not what we originally purchased. So after we got it back we called again to tell them that the stone still wasn’t right. They told us to come in a third time so we could show them what was going on, after a long conversation they said they would replace it which made me a lot more happy. They replaced it and it was beautiful and shiny like my original stone. Then a few weeks later I noticed that they did not set the ring properly. One of the 6 prongs is set way out of line compared to the other prongs and it just looks really off kilter and I notice it EVERY TIME I look at my ring. So now we have to bring it back AGAIN. I don’t trust them at all now and if I could go back and never have purchased my ring here I would have never done it. We have experienced nothing but problems. Very dissatisfied. The customer service man that answers the phone at mall of America location is horrible at customer service and never once apologized for all of the hassle and inconvenience and the fact that they sold us a defective product. That was extremely rude of him. Not pleased at all and wish I could return my ring.

Staff was helpful because they were trying to get me to buy a ring. They put the price tag on the ring after we had gone to the backroom and they checked my credit for financing. I stayed earlier in our encounter I had found a Neil Lane ring for 900$ and they said it was a bad deal. They tried to convince me to buy a 2700$ engagement ring without even telling me the price. Now I have an extra pull on my credit because all the do is give you the same conversation when questioned about things. Spoke too two different employees who both gave me word for word answers. Dont go here. They just tried to sell you over priced jewelery. EDIT: I had forgotten to add this but they opened a credit card without my permission after running my credit. I never signed off on it never agreed to it. All I had was the approval. They are scam artists and are lucky I dont take them to court.

Such a fantastic store where my Fiance and I picked out our rings! Miranda did such an amazing job to try and find the ring that fits my personality and style I was wanting. My Fiance proceeded to lie to me that the ring never got resized, which made me really sad because we had such a good experience at the store, HOWEVER he proposed on time this past 4th of July! Nik also helped my fiance pick out his very nice ring and I cannot wait to receive it in the mail!! Thank you guys so much

In the end we still didnt get what we thought we paid for.Earlier in 2018, my significant other and i were ring shopping for that special ring. After months of searching and scrutinizing, learning about diamonds, the weight, the cut of the diamond, the clarity of it, the color, we thought we knew, but alas the diamond sales game is a cutthroat business, full of swindlers and fast hand johnnys. Looking for the biggest sale, for less quality. Trying to fool you into believing diamonds are a rare, or priceless, or a tradition. All waiting to tell you that any diamond is worth what you pay, or maybe so much more! So here it the story.We decided to buy our engagement ring from here what we thought we were getting was a .82c diamond with decent ccc, not long had she been wearing it when she noticed a small s shape in the diamond. well that is strange, we thought we were getting a better quality, but then, when we were getting ready to get it insured, the number on the certificate didnt antch the ring number, with a little .7c on it. So she called the number on her certificate and what they said was we needed to bring the ring back to the store, like pronto. Surprise! Now we had a ring that wasnt what we though we paid for. Thats right, we go a .7c with bad clarity, when we were suppose to ge a .82 with good cut and clarity.Now i am not a fancy fella, I work hard at a job I dont always like so I can bring home the cream to take care of my family. We work hard for what we have, and are always fighting to do a little better than the day before. Helzberd does not hold to the same value, they argued, if she was happy before she noticed it was a lesser diamond than whats the big deal? she liked it anyways!Now here is where i disagree with that logic, yes she did like it, but in the diamonds game the sellers push hard on the numbers, this one is so much better than that one, and all diamonds are so beautiful.What we got was not what it was promised to be. We told them that wasnt good enough, this changed the feel of the experience, suddenly the ring became a cheat, a lie. We tried to make our feelings apparent to the store manager, the store manager tells us hell get ti straightened out.Days we waited while hearing nothing.I called back later that week, the store manager just got back from vacation, hell call you back right away. said the friendly sales person on the other end of the phone.I called the next day, he just stepped out to lunch can he call you back? I hung up the phone frustrated and hurt.We thought we were going to get stuck with this ring, we thought we had been had, but then the store manager called us back. He said he has a good replacement ring for us to come and take a look at.Side note: i feel inclined to point out that where we live the MOA isnt just around the corner, its not a place where we can pop in, we live well over an hour away. We agree that we would meet him that evening. We look at the ring and its nice i guess, so we decide to take it, it is an .8c with good color and clarity. At this part we were emotionally wore out, we take it thinking wed be getting reimbursed a small amount since we are getting less of a diamond, but nope, the new ring is all were getting. It feels good for it to be over...But that is not how it goes. Here we are months later still feeling burned. Insult to injury, a catalog shows up for the holiday season, displaying the ring we got for cheaper than we paid. We are hoping to try and recapture some of the magic when we shop for our wedding rings, and maybe then it might take away the sting of this engagement ring. When we decide to buy, I know that we wont be shopping at Helzberg, a place that would do so little to make it right.

The employees were rude. I asked one of the female employees about my info such as social security and address and all my info and asked if they woukd shred it. I didnt get accepted and she just told me, It goes to Capital One and dont worry not everyone gets in. All I asked was to shred my info so there are no fraud problems. This made me very upset and no one should go here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡😡😡

I was told 2 or 3 weeks to size my engagement ring and by the time everything is said and done it will be upwards of 5 weeks. i am truly dissapointed because this is an unnessesary stress just weeks before my wedding. when i expressed my unhappiness to management they empathized with my frustrations but did nothing.

Excellent service and customer care. The entire staff was gracious, friendly, and charismatic; The woman who took care of me was dedicated to us and our needs. I had been going to various stores for several days looking for my wedding ring and I found it there. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the person who attended me, but he had many rings on his hands and a permanent smile.
