Great customer service, before I could even get in the door one of the employees was entering at the same time I was at the door- it was pouring rain- he took the time to open the door and let me go in first. I walk in, another employee greets me warmly, I ask to clean my ring AND they offered to round out my ring for free! Unfortunately, it was cracked, once they realized the band was cracked they came back out and advised it could be fixed, but would be about 40 dollars to repair. The price seemed very fair to me and again I was impressed by their honesty and great customer service. The ring looked pretty after it was cleaned:) I declined to fix it at the time because it would take two days and I was getting married within that time. Would highly recommend based off their customer service

Everything about my experience at Bremer was pleasurable. I brought my ring in to get cleaned, and they helped me with so much more! Kim is amazing! I have needed my ring sized smaller for so long. My ring has the engagement solitaire set in platinum, and wedding band diamonds set in white gold. Both pieces are soldered together. The platinum was very scratched, the diamonds dull and dirty, and the white gold was yellowed. They took the pieces apart, resized them both, rhodium plated the white gold and polished and cleaned both rings and diamonds. My ring now looks like it did on our wedding day 18 years ago, and better!!! I am so glad Kim made these suggestions. I didn’t think my ring could look like this again. She also helped make a wish list of bands for my 20th anniversary in different price ranges to make it easy for my husband to come in and pick one out. I didn’t buy my wedding rings from them, but I would gladly purchase from them after the service and quality work I received!

I worked with David to use my moms 1932 wedding rings redone into a new setting. Initially I was thinking of taking all 4 of the emerald cut diamonds and 5 of the circular diamonds and placing them into a more up to date setting. There was a .5 circular diamond in the middle of the engagement ring. I discussed many different options with David and he was super helpful- not pushy to make a sale! Finally I chose a large emerald cut diamond placed between the engagement and wedding band. It is amazing! The rings are white gold -platinum and were sized for my right hand. I wear them and every time I look at them I am reminded of my mom who passes last year. I mean.yes i got a cool bag for my broken watch and they were all polite but thats where every buisness should be my watch was gone almost 3 weeks and still not fixed bec they didnt have the parts to fix it i feel like if it was some a piece they sold or a more expansive piece o mr Prakel your watch is fixed it wasnt fixed bec its a fossil plain n simple ty David for trying n giving me the address but i wont be buying any watches or jewerly from bremers until you guys can fix and treat all pices with respect not just the high end dollar ones
