Horrible company, so its a good thing theyre at least in the right business, as it were!Supposed to empty the dumpster every Friday, but it is now Tuesday, meaning it has been 4 days past when they were supposed to do their job, and the dumpster is STILL overflowing into the parking lot area. This has happened several times now, especially over holiday weekends etc.They make lame excuses, and/or tell you someone will call you back, and it never actually happens.There are several other companies in the area that provide this same service, so it baffles me as to how and why they are even still in business when they hire and keep such garbage employees and management.

Monster trash is super shady. I don’t use their service but the hit my mailbox (Destroyed it) over 2 months ago at the house I am renting and never paid for it. The company I rent from is an amazing company and are always super honest. They have canceled all Prior contracts with Monster trash as a result of them not paying for the Damage to one mailbox. This tells me they do NOT have their duck in a row over there. Don’t risk it.

I just moved into my house and they thought that it was acceptable to dump the previous persons garbage into my yard. Monster trash is actually a garbage company.

This is a terrible trash service. They charged us for a bin once we moved even though they told us to leave it outside and they came to pick it up.

I have only good things to say. I agree with others who don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I have never had any problems with monster trash. They are reliable, affordable and they even offer large item pick ups. This company is great

I dont understand why they get bad reviews either. I have used this company for 3 or 4 years. I have never had a missed pickup and they take everything I have set out. Always on time.

I do not use this trash service but these trucks come down my street. When I have had issues with drivers, customer service handled the issue abruptly.

Seriously how difficult does it have to be to get trash removed. It has been over a month and still have not received a trash bin to put trash in even though they make you pay two months in advanced. Considering they never delivered a trash bin they missed my stop several times in a month in a half, causing me to have to take time to call them to have them come back by my stop to pick my trash up. Do not use them, they are so disorganized and only make up excuses to why I never got a bin and why my stopped was missed. Such a hassle.

Ive been using Monster trash for years and always pleased with service. Today, I was home during pick up and saw my neighbor forgot to leave their can on the roadside, probably because of the new year. The collector ran down the drive way and rolled the container to the road to be emptied. Not to say this is something I would expect if I forget to take my can to the road, but still a thoughtful act that I felt was worth sharing. Thanks Monster Trash!

Do not go with this company for your trash removal needs. I used their service starting in May 2018 and was told my monthly bill would be only 15.95 monthly. My bill was never right, I would have to call every month and be on the phone for 20 mins and more, to never have it right .For the month of Oct 2018 they raised my bill $5.00 and I received no notice of the increase in price. This company is not to be trusted .They promised me a price and the owner did not keep her word. I was told by office staff, well your neighbors are enduring the price increase. Why do we the customer have to endure ??? We are the customer

Very incompetent reception and extremely lazy sanitation pick up. Do not expect much from this company because you usually receive less than that. Terrible communication skills.

No clue why there are all these bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience. They always answer their phone every time. In fact when we first signed up for a trash service, they were the only trash company to answer their phone right away. We received our trash can right away when we signed up, even when they said it may take awhile. They always pick up our trash and take our payments, no problem. My only wish is that they accepted online payments, however their good customer service makes up for that.

I started trash and recycling service with this company but didnt receive bins right away. I got the trash bin a week or two into the service and it took a whole month to receive the recycling bin. I asked if I could get a credit for that since I didnt put any recycling out during that time (because i hadnt received my bin). They refused and told me that I had access to it so they still were charging. I didnt pay my next bill on purpose and they stopped collecting. I then get a bill for the next cycle and they are charging me for the time they werent collecting trash as well as the new billing cycle. Not worth it.

When Monster Trash picks up on my street, they put the contents of the recycling container and the trash container in the back of the same truck. I called the company to complain, and was told this shouldnt be happening, and that the driver on my street would be notified. That was several weeks ago, and there has been no change. This company just needs to be honest with the public, and stop telling people they recycle. Everything is going to the landfill.

Update: I’ve removed the extra star I gave, and I’m leaving my one star review and canceling this service first thing on Monday, so I do not receive a bill for anything! It’s the second Friday now, since our official start date. I had to wait 2 weeks to get a start date, and now the past 2 weeks, no pick up. I called today around noon to make sure we were on the route. The lady was nice and said yes. At 4:30 pm, before closing, I called again to see if they were still coming, and I was assured, “Yes, the truck is just running behind.” ... well it’s currently 7:40 pm and dark, I’m calling it. They aren’t coming, and this apparently is some kind of joke, that I don’t get.Oh well, I’m moving on to the new service provider in our area, thank goodness Monster isn’t our ONLY choice! Got to LOVE capitalism in this country. If you don’t work, we fire you - simple. They didn’t return my call or my husband’s email, so I called again today. They said they will credit us for missing us on our start date and attributed it to truck difficulty. They sounded really nice over the phone, but had us wait 2 weeks before they could begin service, and said it’d be a couple weeks more for a trash bin from them. They sent an agreement we signed and mailed back for service, and it indicated Friday was our pickup day, so I just assumed we were good to go.We sat the trash out in our own bin that we bought at Walmart, as the company had advised me to do, over the phone, and we did so the night before pick up, so it has sat out all day, today ... their office is closed now, and no one has picked it up.I will give it one more week and if my trash still isn’t picked up, I’ll cancel service, and my 1-star rating will remain.Not getting our trash picked up, just plain STINKS! I’ve had their service for three years. Customer service, pick up and cost are all excellent.

Horrible experience with this company. If they miss a pickup they wont give you a credit or do anything to keep you happy. Their customer service is a joke.

There is NO Monster Trash at 2120 S Curry Pike, Bloomington, IN. Google basically sent me on a wild goose chase.

I have no idea why there are bad reviews. We pay them and they take our trash no drama.

Business claims to record all phone calls and then cant produce transcripts nor follow through on services. Avoid!!!
