I run 2 large apartment complexes and Republic does a fantastic job! Our account rep Kathy Saunders provides outstanding customer service. On the rare occasion something doesnt go as planned she is always very quick to get things taken care of. Republic and Kathy are great community partners that truly invest in Bloomington/Normal, our community and local charities! If you have the opportunity to do business with them I highly recommend taking the opportunity to build a relationship with Republic.

Cathy was very helpful. Initially I was struggling due to one of their sales rep. It was rough for us. But once Cathy took over the role she helped us a lot. Every small business expect help from the organization to meet their needs. I would definitely recommend republic services to everyone if all their sales rep are like Cathy 😊

Spent half my morning on hold to try to report a missed pick up. Never could get through to someone Looks like I’ll be visiting a dumpster for trash since our can is full and won’t make it another week.

I changed my rating because of the service I Recieved from the sales rep Cathy. My account over charge issues are still not fixed but the way she dealt with my service issue impressed me. Every business will need employees like her. She represented instantaneous and responsible management skills in my issue. I hope the management will look at my payments account and fix it though. Thank you .Will definitely recommend republic serviced if they can hire more employees like Cathy 😊

Not sure why drivers have a broom and dust pan if they never bother to clean up their spills. Its never a huge pile but its EVERY time they pick up the dumpster. Im the one who has to clean up after them. Other than that they seem ok.

This company doesn’t listen to the customer needs or follows through on anything. I have made several calls since April to fix my contract and fix my invoices and as of today no one has called me back and my account is still incorrect.I would never recommend this company.

I have been using this company for 11 years and EVERY year they keep increasing my bill, I have to pay a administrative fee of $5.95 AND a Fuel fee of $31.76 ON TOP of my regular bill!!!!! Looking to change!!!!

Bulk drop off issue: cant get ahold of anyone at the local facility, the local # just connects to the national call center and the service reps cant answer any questions about the process and fees for the local facility. They gave me 2 local numbers to try but I just get the national hotline when I call. The local landfill is open based on their hours posted on the website, but I cant call them. Frustrating

Was never told at the service window what the minimum cost was to dump. SURPRISE $95 dollars later for dumping a pinic table and some wood scraps.
