Dr.Sarah Swanlund is an excellent dentist! She is very professional and takes great care to make sure I am comfortable during my exam. She patiently answers all of my questions. Every person I encounter at Swanlund dentistry is friendly and pleasant. I appreciate the family atmosphere of the office.

Today I saw my dental hygienist, Carrie. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! Carrie gave me personal attention and made me feel like she appreciated me as a patient! Dr. Swanlund was great, he got me right in and took care of my problem. Unlike most dentist that I have gone to, he was concerned about the level of comfort I was in during the procedure. I told him about the other concerns I had regarding my teeth and he courteously explained my options that were reasonable and wouldn’t result in handing over a couple of my pay checks in order to fix those concerns. He is an extremely nice person that eases your anxiety level visiting a dentist office. He is not in network with my insurance but my first experience visiting his office far outweighs that issue. It is totally worth it to me. The staff are friendly and awesome as well.

To preface, I have very high anxiety about any dental work being done. This office is kind and accommodating to my needs. It is the only office I have confidence in returning to. I haven’t tried every place in town, so that isn’t a slight at others but I have no reason to go elsewhere. Today I received the most gentle cleaning with metal tools I have Ever experienced. The water pick method, which I thought would be better, on a previous visit was kind of unsettling because of the strong pinpoint pressure. That was before COVID. I assume the metal tools are bing used for safety to reduce particles. Anyway it worked out great. Scheduling has been very accommodating too. On a previous visit I had filling work done and they nailed the numbing. Done right the first time. I recommend this practice to any one that asks. Thank you so much!

My Hygienist was very thorough and gentle. I was a little nervous since it had been a while, but she made me feel super comfortable with the entire procedure. Dr. Sarah, made me feel comfortable as well, explaining the concerns I had with my mouth. She walked me through step by step the future treatment that would be needed. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming!

For your Safety Dr. Swanlands office has you call the office when you arrive.Then when they are ready for which is just a few minutes; they call you inside back to your room by theHygienist that cleans your teeth then.Dr. Swanland comes in and checked my teeth out and we set up a 6 month app. For next cleaning.Another satisfied customer.

I started with Dr. Terry Swanlund about 15 years ago when I started working in Bloomington. He was very professional and extremely accommodating to the schedule of a working guy.Along came Dr. Sarah. She is everything her Dad is and better. She even hides the needle from you until the very last minute.Ive worked away from Bloomington for awhile now. Sometimes I would drive 30 minutes, now I drive over an hour to see them. I would recommend them to anyone. Theyre the best at what they do.

What a wonderful experience I had at Swanlund Dentistry. In this covid-19 challenging time, I needed to get dental work done. I was so happy to see Ashley at the door greeting me in full mask. She took my temperature and escorted me into the sanitized room where Dr. Sarah greeted me, also masked. She did a masterful job on my tooth. No pain! She and Ashley worked so smoothly together, always checking on my comfort. They both made me feel so at ease. I feel lucky to have found this office! My husband will attest to the same. He previously had a bridge put on by Dr. Sarah that looks so natural, and he loved Ashley too. We both highly recommend this practice!

Very please with Swanlund Dentistry. I was a little hesitant in going in for my regular cleaning because of covid. The doctors and staff made me feel very at easy. I appreciate the precautions they are taking not only for me, the patient, but for their staff also. I visited Dr Swanlund on June 29th. I have never been fond of a dentist. The hygienist was very good. No problems there. Dr Sara is very gentle and friendly. The way she and her staff treated made me calm.Also, they took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands before we started. I felt comfortable the entire time.
