This office is the best of the best. I was terrified of going to the dentist. I have had the worst times and the unluckiest person when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Bhatia’s office is very caring and takes the time to individualize your appointment to make sure your needs are met. I cannot say how much that means to a patient with huge fears with the dentist. Kudos to this office and ALL of the staff from the receptionist answering the phone to the dentist..... and everyone in between. My wife and I landed at Dr Bhatias office after two very unpleasant experiences elsewhere in town. It is difficult to express how happy we are to have found the Signature Dental office. Once you make it through the admittedly lengthy phone prompts, scheduling is easy and the office staff takes extreme care with each patient. They are very good about notifying patients of procedure costs in advance. I trust Dr. Bhatias advise regarding elective procedures; instead of rushing me, she shared all options & costs then told me to sleep on it before committing to the expense. She takes great care with regard to patient comfort. We feel like we have finally found a dental office we trust. Highly recommended.

My first time going to Signature Dental was huge success for me. What a wonderful staff! All very helpful and friendly. Glad I chose them for my dental care.

My son is 13 years old and has been going to Dr. Bhatia for a few years now. He loves going to his appointments and trusts her. She treats him with respect and shows she really cares for his health. He has had negative experiences in the past with another dentist and was apprehensive because of that. He actually looks forward to his dental visits now!

Especially Quincy who cleaned my teeth she explained everything she was doing and she was very kind she also was fairly new to the practice. I cannot express how much I love and appreciate this office. Ive been searching for a dentist office I felt comfortable in, and it look a long time, but Im finally there! From the moment you walk in it is a calm atmosphere with friendly faces at the receptionist desk. I had the best hygienist as well who made my cleaning feel next level. When the Dr. came in and project my images on a screen In front of me and took the time to explain everything I was blown away. My anxiety about the treatment plan made me cry and Dr. Bhatia was patient, cracked corny jokes to make me laugh, and reminded me that she was with me every step of the way. I love love love the people here. ❣️

I would recommend this dentist if anyone is looking for a new one or just to try one out. The staff and Dr. are absolutely excellent and listen to what you have to say. Honestly, zero stars.Doc refused to listen to me when I told her I couldnt afford crowns, so she drilled and filled half my teeth. This was December of 18. Went back in March and they said one was cracked and would take care of some other work. Theresa at the front desk said she would call, never did. Left several messages. Finally was able to get back in in June - this is when Theresa tells me she hasnt billed me for anything since December and couldnt set up another appointment until that was done. Got all info for her - literally the same insurance that Ive had the whole time - said shed call for an appointment. Guess what? Didnt happen. I left several messages, never to be returned.Last week my gums started bleeding, throat and lymph nodes swelled, and I called to try to get in asap. She wouldnt schedule me. Radio silence. I made an appointment with another office and they told me the fillings were so far down in my teeth that there is infection in the nerve, which has traveled to the root, WHICH HAS CAUSED MASSIVE BONE DECAY IN BOTH MY UPPER AND LOWER JAW! So rather than waiting on getting a staff infection or getting my jaw cut off, I am headed in Friday for a 4 TOOTH EXTRACTION.DO NOT GO TO SIGNATURE DENTALTHEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION COUPLED WITH LAZINESS AND SHEER GREED BORDERS ON CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

Wow! First, the office ! Wow! You feel relaxed , and calm - forgetting you are at the dentist . Very modern, & open. The staff are so warm and kind ! You can tell the staff believe in their dentist . The dentist herself , just has a amazing way about her . She talks to you as a human, no jargon , just realistic real life preventative goals . Soooo happy I went , and no worries about my follow ups .

After several years without Dental Insurance I was a little overwhelmed trying to find a dentist that would take both my insurance and my boyfriends. This was my first visit. When they did the X-ray for my teeth, I really did not have a good experience. It was a lot painful compared to other dentists I had. I wish they could change their tool into a better one. In the good side, the hygienist was really pleasant and friendly. She did a good job on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bhatia was good and very knowledgeable. I had never spoken to a dentist who could be so caring, knowledgeable and always thinks of her patient’s oral health. She wasn’t very open and caring that she gave preventative tips to preserve my teeth longer. Will definitely come here again for my next visit.

I had a great experience for my first time at this office.Everything was described in great detail from forms to actual issues going on with my teeth. I was told step by step what was going on (X-rays, screening, cleaning) and was given lots of great education.I learned a lot about my teeth that I never knew about before!

This is a very friendly office. They are very good at communication and making the patient feel comfortable. My six year old commented today that he enjoys this office more than the one we were at before.

I wish i could give negative rating...so i had a wisdom tooth infection which is quite normal (acc to all other dentists),but the doctor kept saying oh you have a disease people could die from it...she didnt even stop for a minute to explain what the actual issue is and what needs to be done...insisted on registering as a new patient... if i am gonna die from a tooth infection atleast you can give me a minute.. on the top of it charged me a ton for oral examination (which took a second) and extra for watever... very very dissapointed with her..if u cant give your patients enough time dnt give them appoinments..i am never going there ever..

Dr. Bhatia & her staff, I have found to be nothing but courteous, timely & professional. As busy as she is, Dr. Bhatia, took time to answer all my questions, made sure I had an understanding & offered options for my treatment based not only on what is required for corrective action and preventive maintenance, but this is the first time I’ve felt a dentist really listened to my input & concerns while designing a course of action. I have just recently started going there, but would recommend her without reservation.

This is an extremely professional, well-managed office, and Dr. Bhatia is wonderful. I have had my teeth cleaned three times, and one cavity filled, and was happy with the process (or as happy as one can be about going to the dentist!) every time. They use very modern equipment and techniques, and I have had no problems with billing.

I hadnt been to the dentist is 12 years but the hygienist was willing to hack away at my old crusty teeth to get them cleaned up. I had a few small cavities that the Dr decided we could wait and see if they might heal. They recommended I get three cleanings a year but they were willing to work with me even though my insurance didnt cover that and I cont afford to pay the extra out of pocket. This gives me assurance that they had my dental health in mind, rather than making the most money. I had two more check ups and my teeth had not healed as they hoped. The process of getting 3 fillings was painful only because I had to keep my mouth open so long. The doctor and hygienist working together took about an hour to fill my three fillings (including the time it took for my mouth to numb).

I went to Signature Dental for the first time today for a crown! Dr. Bhatia was wonderful! The office staff is very friendly and professional. I would very much recommend anyone to the office. I was very pleased with my care and plan to continue my dental care there!

The dentist is good so is their staff. Although, I haven’t had the best experience with follow ups and phone calls. We were asked by our orthodontist to consider extraction of a few theeth for my 11 year old as she’s going to need expanders put it. Her mouth is very crowded and no signs of the teeth coming out in their own. This was back in January of this year; the ortho office had sent a letter to signature about the same. When I called signature to schedule the appointment I was told a letter was never received and that they’d check with the doctor and call back. They never did. When I called back they said “why would anyone recommend teeth extraction, there’s no such thing”. After following up a few times I called the orthodontist and requested another referral from them. This was in April’s/May. I had to call signature again and explain the situation AGAIN. The appointment was finally scheduled. I wish it wasn’t delayed as much as it did because it seems as if we waiting 8 months just to get teeth extracted in preparation for braces. It was very disappointing. Our extraction is coming up and hoping it goes smoothly.

Dr. Bhatia and her staff are very nice. I was very impressed when I first went in for my cleaning and check up. They explained everything to me very well, which I had never experienced in a dental office before.BUT, the reason I will NOT be going back is because I could tell that she was all in it for the money. I hardly ever get fluoride at the dentist because I usually get it in my tooth paste and water already. When I told them I did not want fluoride, they went into a spiel about how fluoride is good for you and I should think about getting it next time. They didnt explain it in a caring way; I could tell they just wanted my money. Then, Dr. Bhatia tells me that I am going to need six fillings and a possible crown. Are you kidding me?! I am in my mid-twenties and I have never had someone tell me that I have so much wrong with my teeth. Even with insurance, I was going to owe them a couple hundred dollars by the time I would have gotten all of them done.If you do end up going here, I would be very careful. Dont be afraid to get a second opinion if you dont trust her judgement. I got a second opinion, and I am so glad I did. My current dentist said my teeth were fine, and he will keep an eye on one tooth. Much improvement from my appointment at Signature Dental.

Seriously, just go. You wont regret it. I didnt have insurance for awhile and skipped the dentist during that time; unfortunately this left my mouth in poor shape. She didnt make me feel bad about all the work I needed done and instead helped prioritize what work to get done first. She was just genuinely concerned about my oral health. I had to have many fillings done and Dr. Bhatia made me feel comfortable every time (and she is just so funny!). She is the best at giving shots, I have been to many other dentists and hers just dont hurt like other dentists! As she told me, she spent her weekends in school practicing this so that her patients would be comfortable. Aside from how awesome all the hygienists and Dr. Bhatia are, this place is VERY affordable. She doesnt charge you extra if she just wants to take another x-ray to ensure everything is okay. When I had broken a filling in the front and she had to replace it, it was only $34. Cleanings are around $65 without insurance. I very much appreciate the affordability since my insurance only pays for 2 cleanings per year but I require a cleaning every 3 months. Dr. Bhatia is by far the best dentist I have ever had, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! She helped me get my oral health stable without making me feel bad or embarrassed and I am so grateful. Unfortunately I moved to another state and havent found a good dentist yet, I miss Dr. Bhatia :(!
