Great place to work with. Every successful owner operator needs a good mechanic and shop to trust and rely on and these guys have been that for me since my first day on the road. I have called Wade early morning and late night Monday through Sunday and he has been available to help every time. As a interstate moving driver I dont have much time at home during the summer months but Wade makes it a priority to get my truck the maintenance it needs every time so Im ready to get back on the road. Thanks for all your help guys!!!

Ziegler Cat is a wonderful shop to service my trucks but the shop manager Wade is a awful manger to work with. He doesn’t respect black customers nor takes they appointments seriously. Brad and barb are great to deal with. But Wade the shop manager puts colored people repairs on the back end and doesn’t see them as a customer. We are not in the 1960’s no more Wade. He needs training on how to deal with black customers and take them serious. Small minority customers are getting turned away due to Wade’s actions. Ziegler is a brand built on customer service but they made a mistake hiring wade as a shop manager.

I had my truck in their shop and needed an overhaul, but decided to go with a crate motor instead. Wade, Barb and Brad were awesome and kept me informed. Back on the road in a week, everything was tied up nicely. Very happy with the work done. Thank you!
