Very well run, but very busy at 3:15 PM on a Wednesday. 9 or 10 people in front of me. Another 6 or 7 arrived after me. Everyone got their test done within 15-20 minutes. The guy running things was from Denver, filling in. We should all wish he worked there full time! Fast efficient friendly professional.Make an appointment might get you through faster but it’s not necessary.Drug screens end by 3:30. Don’t arrive any later if you need one.Bring your driver’s license and a copy of your email for the drug screen. Showing it to them on your phone is OK too.Good Luck!

I guess you are here for some irresistible reasons, same as I. On the day I visited, the employees were rude. Given this place is a lab, it is quite dirty and I wonder what kind of certification process they needed to pass, or even at all. I find the carpet here extremely gross and there is no isolation of any kind between people taking tests in the waiting area. Which means, you could be here for a employee drug screening but the person next to you is COVID-19 positive and highly contagious, waiting to be tested.

My doctor ordered a broad range of blood tests to have done at Labcorp. The lady who drew my blood was friendly and helpful and put me at ease. She drew many vials of blood without any issues at all. The test results were available within 2 weeks, easy to read, and easy to access through my account on Labcorps website.

I waited for 45 min after kiosks registration, And when I asked them how long I have to wait, they said proudly that wait time is 2 hours.

I get blood work done 2-3x a year at this location, they are really quick and friendly. The option to check in on your phone and wait in your car is great. Only downside is it is the closest location to me, which is a 1.5hr drive each way.

Didn’t have an appointment and waited for and hour and ten minutes only to be told that they are taking a lunch break and it would be another 45 minutes at least to wait. Drove 45 minutes to get the test, never got it.

Getting blood drawn was easy enough, but retrieving my results has been a hassle. I’ve been waiting weeks with no word, and I finally contacted them via email. Then I needed to send them paperwork to verify my identity in order to have results emailed to me. Seems like test results should be treated a little more urgently.

Had lab work doneWent at 11 on a Friday took less than 5min to check in and be called back. Actual lab took even less time.Well done and friendly staff!

I wish I could rate this place 0 star. The lady that took my urine test was extremely rude. Im not sure how they got good reviews from other people. Must be their own employees writing good reviews to make them look good. This place is bad.

Both staff working were rude and disorganized. The space was dingy. I will stick to getting blood work done at a nice clean clinic.

Today I had an issue with my Walk In Lab account order that would have proved frustrating to figure out on my own. But Emily was friendly, professional and gave me easy direction on how to get it worked out immediately. All in all, a welcoming positive experience with pleasant conversation. Thanks Emily!

Extremely rude staff. Woman at counter was demeaning and talked down to everyone about information that they would have no way of knowing.

Very disappointed in this company as a whole. With them knowing that there is only one location open in the area. They should be prepared daily for all the people that go there. The edina location is closed. Yet this location only has two employees working. Im not coming at the employees working but the company sucks.

Called and they said no appointments were being made just come in. Friday we arrived at 9:50 AM. Only to be told they were only taking people with appointments. We were there for labs fir a John Hopkins University study. So we made a 60 mile round trip for nothing.

Very friendly staff. Sally was amazing! She had us in and out for our test in no time!

Rude staff

I went to Labcorp for a pre employment drug test. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I was in and out within 20 minutes

Barely adequate - Majority of time they get you in on time. Staff turnover is high/frequent. Not very personable or friendly but they get the job done. Same experience as the one in Edina. A little concerned with cleanliness and procedures(one time I was asked to just leave specimen on table and I left hoping they would get it labeled correctly with no mix up). I go every 6 months for medical reasons for at least the last 3 years so I believe my review is accurate.

:The lady that did my drug test was rude. I have only went to one other facility in the country that had worst service. At no point was I thanked or told to have a great day. The person also seemed that she did not want to be there.

Top notch service - not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I almost didnt try out this location based on the reviews here but glad I did. I went at 10am on a Monday and only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back for my blood draw. I did have an appointment for 10:15 but wouldnt have needed it - the waiting room was basically empty. Every time Ive needed blood work done before Ive gone to the Edina location where it was standing room only and impossible to find a parking space. My overall experience at this location was much better.

The tech who did my wellness test literally made me feel unwell. I felt way worse leaving then I did going there in the first place. My arm is so sore from where she took my blood. I can barely even bend my arm. Also, overall felt very unwelcomed from start to finish. I will not go back there.

Excellent experience. My pre-employment drug screen appointment was for 10:00 AM. I arrived 15 minutes early, and after signing in only had to wait about two minutes to be helped. I was in and out before my scheduled time even came. There were about five other people in the lobby, and everybody was taken care of in a matter of minutes. The employees were helpful and did their jobs well. All of the negative reviews I have read about this LabCorp location are entirely inconsistent with my experience.

Inconvenient hours (what about people who work for a living?!). Location is by appointment only; I never had a drug screening location turn me away before. The staff was so-so, they were respectful enough given the circumstances. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience at a drug screening lab ever.

Dont listen to the bad reviews this place is wonderful they had people in and out super fast. Drink plenty of water before hand. Dont make my mistake I went unprepared and I was there for over an hour waiting until i was ready to pee. It was my first drug test for a Job and first drug test ever. Both of the nurses answered all my questions and were super friendly. Less then 12 hours later got got my results. Im clean and ready to start my new job.

I came here to submit a drug screen for a job, and it wasted my entire afternoon. There were 2 ladies working, 17 people in the lobby, and one of the ladies was so chatty it took forever for her to get through the wait list. Im all for being friendly, but not at the expense of 17 peoples time. I couldnt schedule ahead and when I called to ask no one answered. Seriously, ridiculous. They either need more staff or a more efficient process.

LabCorp can get crazy busy so Im not surprised by negative reviews. Plan ahead, expect to wait a half hour to an hour (worse in the middle of the day). Its never fun but the phlebotomists generally do an excellent job (even if the error rate on test results is rather high). Be nice to them and they are generally nice to you. (although consider what they do and how often they have a lousy day)

Tried calling for more infomation on scheduling a drug screening. Phone number in email sent to me was disconnected. No phone number listed on google. Phone number on website had a busy tone with no ringing. Hours listed on website different from google. Decided to drive there maybe for a walk-in, found out they only offer drug screening in the mornings only.Would have been ideal to list that in emails and website.

Everyone working is incredibly short with you, super unfriendly. They make the entire experience much more awful than it has to be

I don’t understand why all the negative reviews at the Bloomongton location...they were very quick, efficient & friendly...I did schedule an appointment at first (which was for later in the day) & then decided to try walking in & they were able to take me right away...easy peasy! 😊

Came in with my calm and quiet 3 month old in a stroller at 9:30am. Checked in and waited. During the wait the workers of LabCorp told me I have a very cute baby. At 10:30am they called my name, I was then told I could not proceed because I was alone with child. They crossed my name off the list and told me to get back in line after lunch and I shouldve checked the website.Why wouldnt they tell me that when I checked in or when they said my baby was cute? Disappointed in their customer service.

Traveling and found this location online. My husband was 5th in line...in and out in 20 minutes and nice, nice people. Where the bad reviews came from is beyond me.

I had to go here for a drug test for a volunteer job and everyone was so nice and friendly. No appointment needed and I got in right away!

I walked into the Bloomington location for a drug screening for my job and the front desk lady was very rude and unattentive. I have not ever received such horrible service. Ridiculous.

The lady I got was super rude. After my drug test she pointed at the sink for me to wash my hands then yelled at me for washing my hands too quickly. One guy was trying to figure out how to pay online and she refused to help him. She even complained about him to me.

Terribly understaffed. I arrived at 7:45 when the office opened, the first patient wasn’t called until 8:20. Staff that was present was rude and not accommodating. I have been to other Lab Corp locations with wonderful service, this one unfortunately is not one of them.

Horribly rude. Have never seen one employee smile. Extremely condescending. They try to be intimidating, don’t let them scare you. They’re just miserable with themselves.

Ive been to this location and then Edina location as well as a location in Iowa City. Wait times often exceed 30 minutes at any give time of day and some staff is predisposed to be rude or inept. Arriving well before the close of drug screen hours, I have been turned away due to high demand. It is unfortunate that this company essentially has a monopoly on pre-employment drug screens. The locations are almost always understaffed and service to customers suffers. If I had a choice, it would be to find another vendor for drug screens.

I came to my appointment early in Bloomington by the Mall of America. There was a sign on the door redirecting me to the Edina Clinic, which was 20 minutes drive in traffic from the Bloomington sight. When I arrived at the Bloomington Clinic the waiting room was full or irritated looking people. Fortunately they got me in for my labs in less than five minutes. The person taking my labs told me that the close the Bloomington site on a whim and that there was no way to inform the customers. So the Bloomington site is opened when someone in corporate decides it should be opened with flagrant disregard for other peoples time, energy or fuel costs. The Edina site was grossly understaffed. If I can help it Ill avoid this company. I went in for routine labs ordered by my doctor who is a small town country doctor that I travel to see. . i would have hated being in there for any walk in reason. The wait could possibly be over an hour for such things.

Bloomington location is a joke. Seems they want to be rude to you on purpose.

I encountered the worst receptionist that ever existed at the St. Paul location! I planned on going to the Edina or Bloomington location but when I googled for the address, I was only a couple miles from the St. Paul location. I headded over.I walked into a completely empty office. I headed up to the desk smiling and proceeded to introduce myself but i was cut off by a question in the form of a statement. You know you need an appointment here! It was around 1pm and a female senior citizen was at the desk. I apologized quickly, stating the only research I had done was for the other locations.Being that the location was empty, I figured she could help with some questions. In the middle of my question, she answered the phone and put her hand up. Waving it around for me to stop speaking???This review is getting too long, ill try and wrap it up. She ended up cutting me off around 4 times. I left feeling like mustve done something wrong!I ended up at the Bloomington location. I was helped by a wonderful black female. She made me feel so comfortable in a uneasy time for me. I am in the process of ivf treatment in New Zealand but doing some of the blood tests that needed to be done here before I return.Avoid the St. Paul location if possible, that lady should not be in customer service!! Ive never been treated with such disrespect.Bloomington location was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Went in on a Monday, staff was very rude and short with me. Made the drug test very uncomfortable. One was complaining about going to lunch and I could overhear them talking about a patient. Hope I don’t have to go back here.

Scheduled an appt for 845 and it still took over a half hour to even start the process. They had 1 employee on staff....

The location was closed with no warning...and to the best of my knowledge is permanently closed.

Unfriendly, unhelpful people with bad attitudes in an intimidating environment. I actually witnessed a couple of employees being very rude to, and mocking, a patient because he didnt speak much English. I was thoroughly disgusted. Oh and dont bother trying to call them- they NEVER answer their phones.

Spoke to a representative to get a few questions answered about whether I needed an appointment or not and to ask about whether I needed to bring my prescriptions with me to document what I have been prescribed and she was very friendly and helpful.

Such a smooth process to get blood work & Urine sample. Check in on their tablets was very easy. I came first thing in the morning and left before 7:30. Very fast process. My lead phlebotomist was so professional and friendly. She wasn’t annoyed with my questions, she was very thorough with her explanations and we had friendly conversation. She was excellent! I don’t understand how people can write bad reviews. I’ve only got all good things to say and I do not work here!
