There are a great many choices in counter tops, drawer pulls, sinks, etc. (Often leaving me overwhelmed and indecisive, her patience is a gift.)The man who came to measure the kitchen cabinets had tremendous expertise, with the end result being a perfect quartz counter top fit.The order was delivered on time, to our agreed upon schedule. The two men who installed the job were efficient, worked professionally, leaving the new kitchen beautiful and ready. I couldn’t be happier with this company. In my last home IN Laminate installed the kitchen counter tops and today they remain easy to clean and look great. I appreciate the quality of their products and everyone involved in this current kitchen project.

I got quartz countertops for my kitchen, and a custom marble vanity top for my bathroom. They were very professional (sales consultation, laser measurements, installation), on time, and the quality of the materials and work is very high. I highly recommend them.

Rafael was very helpful and professional in helping us choose the right quartz countertops for us. The countertops were delivered ahead of schedule. The installers were on time and professional. There was an error in the size of the RO faucet opening but a return visit to correct the hole size was quickly scheduled. The countertops are exactly as expected and beautiful.

I had a horrible experience with Rake. We ordered countertops from them and were told they would be ready and delivered in 3-4 weeks. I ended up calling them to find out the status and was told they were arriving that week and would be ready for delivery soon after. When I didnt hear anything from them I called again and then was told they were on back order, but were on the truck that day. Long story short, this same thing happened 4 times. Once they were finally in (weeks later) we got a call that the color we picked couldnt be molded to the edge we picked, and that the sales people we talked to when we order should have known this and not sold us them together. After all this difficulty, we ended up getting a countertop that we didnt even order and the company did nothing to make it right. I am very disappointed with the customer service, the lack of knowledge, and the whole situation overall. I would not recommend using them.

Installers Steve and Joshua were not only competent technicians but personal and professional. I wish I could say that about 3/4 of the other vendor/subcontractors we dealt with in our rebuild.Thank You,Phil Mininger

I can’t say enough about the job that they did for me. I had a new sink installed and they had to take my countertop so they could could cut a new opening for the sink. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and professional and the job was done on time as they promised. Keep up the good work and the great customer service.

I decide to check out Rake due to their reviews & referrals from friends, My husband and I decide to go to the showroom to check it out, on 9/21, Breanne Devaney helped us out, very knowledgeable & we learned a few things. After we got home and a discussing it, we decide to go with them, I sent Breanne a email 9/26, & called, She got back to me on 9/30,in email stating they were very busy and apologize for the delay, which was fine & asked about coming by Friday 10/4 or this week. I responded back to to her on 10/1 on asking what time on Friday she would like to come back, & I never heard a word & I am still waiting to her from her. Now I question myself do i want to go with this company, that doesnt even responded back on a meeting time. Their customer service has not impressed me at all. Im guessing they dont need my business.

Im really happy I went with Rake over getting some generic countertops at a big box store. Staff was always very professional and helpful with every step of the way. Part way through my kitchen remodel I had to get a smaller cabinet installed (due to a measuring error on the part of my contractor) that also meant I had to have the laminate countertop for that cabinet cut down as well. The people at Rake were more than happy to cut the countertop down to the appropriate size for the new cabinet for free and had it ready for me within the day. Highly recommend them!
