I was extremely pleased with my overall experience at Precision Tune Auto Care in Bloomington. I have limited knowledge in the field of mechanics and they did an excellent job of explaining to me what needed to be done and why. I knew I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and they worked diligently to ensure all my problems were resolved in a timely manner. If youre looking for an honest, professional, trustworthy shop with fair pricing, look no further. I would 10/10 recommend.

This shop snapped about 6 of the 8 bolts that mount a Honda Civics air filter box to the engine. This was a new car so nobody else was to blame.When I discovered this, the manager blamed it on a guy that left weeks ago and refused to offer any resolution. Unfortunately the cars owner didnt want to sue them in small claims court.I wouldnt let this shop/franchise work on a rusty lawn mower. Go elsewhere.

My car was stolen from this place. OWNER GAVE MY KEY AWAY BY MISTAKE TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY LATER CAME BACK AND STOLE MY VEHICLE. MANAGER THEN LIED AND STATED MY KEYS WAS AT THE SHOP....ITS A LOT OF SHADY THINGS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION. I am now seeking legal representation.

Very unprofessional the lady at the desk is extremely rude and always have an attitude try to communicate with the owner but he’s also unprofessional and never answers they over charge and always ordering the wrong part suppose to fix something but it still don’t work then they take several days to do anything have you book an appointment just to still not get your car in for days just having it sit in they lot not being worked on and still charge you I recommend absolutely no body doing business here

Abdel is honest and gives it to you straight what needs to be done & does not overcharge. I’ve been going to him for years and now the business being transferred ownership, the value and quality that his business has always stood for is still being reflected in the new owners and the workmanship that they provide keep up the great work!!

When I moved back to Minneapolis I found that my previous mechanic was out of business. I started doing my research, and gave Precision Tune Auto Care a chance due to the reviews. Im glad that I did as Abdel is knowledgeable, honest, and a really good guy. He gave great advice on a previous vehicle that was having numerous problems, and continues to take great care of my 2008 as well. Abdel is the real deal, and I strongly recommend trusting him with your vehicles

Been taking my cars to Abdel for over 10 years. I am paying far less than what dealer would charge and never had to take my car back for incorrect work. I had my 2008 Mdx serviced here for past 8 years, it now has 250,000 miles and still runs great.I also referred many of my friends and they also had a positive experience. I would not pay attention to negative reviews. Try the shop once and decide for yourself.

Honest and trustworthy. I was referred to Abdel through a friend and have never been disappointed. They fix your car correctly the first time at a reasonable price. My experience with other mechanics have been: You go in for an oil change and suddenly your car is falling apart and you need to spend $3000. Not with Abdel, he tells you what you need and fixes it accordingly. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Brought my car in with a detailed explanation of the issue (had it quoted from a different location) only for them to blatantly ignore my information and fix other issues instead. The original issue I wanted resolved has not been fixed and I feel like I got roped into paying for other repairs I didnt immediately need. I could have told them I wanted further inspection but I do not trust the mechanics here as I was told everything was in working order and it clearly wasnt. (Regarding headlight/dash light issues)

THIS IS TYPE OF PLACE THAT WILL LEAVE CAR WORSE THAN WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF.Look at most of reviews months ago definitly have fallen apart. Only 1 recent review and most likely a friend of thiers to boost thier stars.I would give 0 stars.This shop is the worst 2 window motors and 2 window regulators for a 2001 gave me $950 price quote. Shop owner Tells me if i can find place cheaper prove it. So I find a place cheaper in Eden Prairie $540 and he says its lie not true. I tell him the place and tell him to call and see for himself. He doesnt believe says he has lowest price in town.I ask how much if i buy my own parts $850.I check for the parts total $130 for parts Orielly and Autozone. So you do the math if $130 for parts and price is $950. How much is labor? How much for parts? I get its a business but they trying to rob people.I say I will take it somewhere else they say we took off driver door panel thats $100. WHAT to remove one door panel. I say thats crazy and you I told him he said he would price match and doesnt want to now so he says keys are in the car take and go.I put door panel in my car and ask if they can take tools out since they just standing around he says hold on i say i got to go i cant hold on and go out to take the tools out. 2 seconds later this guy son comes out of shop and starts cursing at me. Dont tell my dad to Fu##ing do this. Dont Fu##ing talk to my dad like that. I told him someone needs to move these tools. No one was cursing why are you cursing at me. I say. He says Get the Fu## out of here.What a SCAM save yourself the money and the headache.FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHANGE UP PRICES!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We went in for a pre-purchase inspection while shopping for a new used vehicle, they were very helpful. Any buyer that doesnt get an inspection before they buy a vehicle deserves to buy a piece of junk and be let down for your laziness! The little you pay for inspection will save you thousands! Unless you work 40 hours a week in a shop you are not a real mechanic, no matter how much you think you know, you dont do it everyday so it is not constantly on your mind, like somebody who does it 40 hours a week. They will catch things that even someone that may know more than them wont!
