We brought them the most beat-up, ancient truck in the world - it was an unbelievable pain in the tukus to get all the parts, and everything that could go wrong did. But CarX made it happen, and even gave us a discount because it took longer than expected. Dedicated, reliable team - ask for Lance! ☺️👍

First and foremost, it took them almost 6.5hours to do my brakes (only because I own a Cadillac and it was nearly impossible to find rotors for my model 😩)I tried to leave and tell them I would come back a different but nope, lance wouldn’t let me, he was going to do everything in his will to make sure that my car received the correct TLC. This Man left 2 times to go pick up parts for my car because he refused to have me sit here for the whole day because the delivery system was delayed... tell me this? How many Managers would go that hard for a Customer? That’s right, not many. This man honestly deserves a raise because not only does he care, he has unbelievable work ethic & is super respectful to each customer that comes through the door. I 100% appreciate him for all he gave to get my car back on the road. CarX does great work & they are extremely quick at resolving issues with professionalism. The Customer service is SUPERB & Jose (Assistant Manager) Is so particular in all the work he does & knows a lot about cars. Even when they have to reject a job, they will do it respectfully & will provide the customer with a full synopsis & what they need to do to get the problem resolved. It is so hard to find a mechanic who will be 100% honest & meticulous with ones job, but, him & all of his techs are knowledgeable! They weren’t able to do my brakes because every size they ordered was a bit off for my model (not their fault, it’s so hard to find parts for a CTs coupe) I left without getting my brakes done but before I left lance said that he wasn’t going to give up and he would do some research to fix it and or get some info to tell me how to fix it & where to take it if they aren’t able to. This manny really cares and that’s dope in my book! I promise you, I will be bringing my car back when ever I need work done on my vehicle! Ive come here three times now for oil changes and maintenance check-ups, and its my new go-to spot. They have quick service and are very fairly priced. The workers there have always been really great and helpful and never come across as aggressively pushy, like so many other auto shops Ive been to. Would definitely recommend!

I had a good experience getting my tire repaired here. They were able to fit me in first thing in the morning on a Tuesday.They were also able to help me with a relatively straight forward exhaust hanger issue, requiring welding or a clamp, after the dealership told me they were only willing to fix it by replacing half the exhaust system for hundreds of dollars.

The Office Manager, Jacob and staff here are a knowledgeable group of people. I was having issues with my Jeep Wrangler and they were honest and timely with the repairs that needed to be done. I was originally having buyers remorse with my vehicle and this team was able to fix up my jeep and get me on my way to enjoying my vehicle the way it should have been when I got it off the lot! I appreciate the work they do and would recommend this location in particular due to the high quality staff. I have been to a few other locations and this is the only one I will return to again and again. Thank you!

I used them as had a coupon for oil change with tire rotation. The coupon was for 19.99 and was charged $ 35 with no tire rotation. They said they didn’t want to dig in my trunk for the tire key. I felt they just said that because they didn’t want to do it. I’m sorry but women get screwed!!!

I walked into this location expecting to spend tons of money on tires, brakes and a oil change. To my surprise this was not my case. The two guys here we’re not only my saving grace but were honest and didn’t sell me what I didn’t need. Turns out my tires were in great condition and as a bonus the inspection was free! I know business have to make money, but this location puts moral, values, and a great customer experience before $$ and truly wants customers to come back.

I couldnt be happier with the service at Bloomington Car X. I had an online reservation for an estimate and an hour and half later the repairs were done. The price was fair and no unnecessary repairs were suggested. I have found the only place my family will be taking their vehicles for maintenance!

Id run over a nail in a construction zone and took it as a sign from the universe to get some other work done on my car. My front brakes were completely in need of replacement and it was time for an oil change. The team here got me in within half an hour of calling, did a full inspection, and gave me a ridiculously reasonable quote. Had all the work done well within the time estimation and had me home before lunch. Great shop. I will be coming back.

I have found my new home auto service provider! Kirk, the manager was AMAZING!! Car-X strives to provide outstanding customer service and they go the extra mile for customers! I took my car in for in intake gasket repair and ended up having transmission issues, Kirk explained to me what was wrong with my car and went above and beyond in providing me with the best service. Very affordable! Love Car-X and would definitely refer them!

I’ve was ripped off by two car c shops within a year. They had no idea what was wrong with my car. Come to find out it was the right ball joint but they did wheel bearings instead that did not fix my problem. I spent a lot of cash that I didn’t really to spend. I purchasedFour new tires for almost five hundred bucks an they are the worst ties I’ve ever had. If u use Carx be aware you wil get ripped off!!

Great service. Called yesterday to see if they had any appointments to do a diagnostic on my car, and they had one today. Left the car with them and in a couple hours theyd checked everything and recommended I check with the dealer because of what they found. Will easily go back again and will recommend to others as well.

Why go anywhere else?The manager Scott was great! Jeff the Technician was great!I had a massive oil leak and Jeff found the problem, a cracked oil filter from when I bottomed out. He replaced it and topped off the oil. It was so easy and simple, they did not charge me for anything. I shook there hands and walked away and wrote this review! Marvelous!

Man, are they expensive or what, I will never take my vehicle there again. My car is working. But they didnt tighten my Belts tight enough, the squeak. Every time I turn, left or right. They did not call me to tell me a price. And just fixed it. And charged me to much money for what they did. I dont recommend them at all.

I was broke down and had no idea where to go so I asked the tow truck driver. He suggested Car X and I am glad he did. Price was good, Chris was nice to deal with, and they finished within about 2 hours.

Had my car in to have one of the tires checked it wasnt able to be fixed and Nate was able to give me a great deal on a new set of four tires. When they were replacing the tires they also checked my brakes and adjusted them. Cant say enough good about the service Nate and his team provided. I plan on using Car-x in the future and would highly recommend them.

I had me drivers side brake fixed at a Car X north of town. Told them I was on my way home to Kansas. James told me I needed my lug nut torqued in 25 min. I stopped here to have this done. Didnt really need to get out. Pulled up and James had called them. A young man torqued all the lug nuts and said. have a nice day Thsnks to both Car X stories thst got us on our way home to Kansas.

Recently I had occasion to have both of my cars front end alignment completed at Car X on 84th and Lyndale in Bloomington. I can honestly say after 49 years of looking for a place to get a perfect alignment, I finaly found one. Scott Ollenberger and his staff are extremlley knowledgable about car suspensions and go out of their way to make sure the job is done correctly. I thank them for their extra car and great service.

I went into Carx in Bloomington,MN to get my tires rotated front to back, this is all i asked them to do. The manager Kirk was the one who worked on my car. The job is only a 30 min job and Kirk walked into the office to get 2 cigarettes in this short period of time and smoked while working on my car. First of all very unprofessional and secondly dangerous with gas fumes that can come from a car. He checked all my fluids and came up with a whole list of things he wanted to do. Then he didnt shut my hood all the way and My hood flew up on me at 50 miles per hour and damaged my hood,roof, windshield, wiper blade and fender. Now Kirk is lying to his insurance company telling them he had to jump on my hood to get it shut and wont pay for all the damages he caused to my car. What a terrible place.
