After filling out an estimate request online I immediately received a call to set up an appointment to have Feldmann Imports check out my Mercedes. I set up an appointment for 1:00 and received another call confirming the appointment. I arrived at 1:00, gave the reception person the key and went to the waiting area. I could see the car from where I was sitting and never noticed anyone going out to it. After 48 minutes I went to ask the reception person to see if anyone had looked at the car and to get my key. He came back with the key and said no one had checked out the car because they didn’t even know I was there! I could see them in their glass office area and no one had the guts to come out and apologize or offer to check it quick. Instead they sent the poor reception guy back to an obviously angry potential customer. No thank you! If you want to feel invisible, go to Feldmann Imports. If you want to feel like your business matters, go anywhere else!

Today I visited Feldmann, and found them really helpful, I own Mercedes for past six years and have not tried them since they are not the closest to me, I wish I have tried this place. Very reasonable in service charges and responsive to customer concerns. It’s a good place to visit, when you need to buy or service an imported car.

We drove three hours in search of a luxury vehicle and found by far the best inventory, deals AND staff at Feldmann Imports. My wife and I never felt pressured to make a move, and our sales associate Jack Woodring was more than accommodating towards our family. Our financial advisor Jor Cha was a treat to work with as well. Very nice sales lot and building. We did go to multiple dealerships before Feldmann Imports, but next time we will stop here first. This is the worst place ever bought a truck from. I bought a 2016 Tahoe truck on a Friday,I returned the truck back on Monday because of good reason. I put a down payment of $5000 and when returned the truck, they don’t want to take it back. Like really what kind of business place is this to be doing something like this to people life. They charge me 8,500 more before take the truck back. 13,500 they charge me and all I have is a recipe show I pay them 13,500. I had no way around then pay them the money to free up, I was in a position of losing my house and cannot afford the insurance. I even explained my situation but they still take my money plus the truck.I see something very interesting on line, the same truck they place back on the market for the actual price sells to me. This really hurtful to see something like this, charge me 13,500 for nothing and the same truck on market for the same price sell to me for. This place is not good and untrusting...

Andrew Stromquist was phenomenal. I purchased a “slightly used (7000 mi.)” GLS 580 from an out of town party and had it delivered. I did not have a clue on how to operate this highly advanced and technical vehicle. I called Feldmann and they (Andrew) went above and beyond. Initially there was back and forth between the range Rover at Mercedes and the range Rover with range Rover/ Jaguar.Matthew Sack didnt give up on me. He knew from the initial moment I saw the range Rover at Mercedes that I wanted it. I came in, they took a look at my Jeep Wrangler unlimited gave me 2 Grand more than what the car was worth so my loan was completely paid off. As a car fanatic when my wife decided she needed a new vehicle and wanted an SUV I was ready to TEST DRIVE! I had done my homework online with all the manufacture’s websites, YouTube reviews, and other sources. We test drove the GLA 250, Audi Q3, BMW X1, and a Mazda CX-5. We did not have a bad experience at any of the dealers but felt more comfortable with Matthew Olson at Feldmann than any of the others. He knows his products well and is very articulate. We never felt any pressure and he made us feel comfortable with making a major purchase by providing us with several choices. When I by my next vehicle I will be back to see Matthew.

Had my ML350 examined by a Mercedes mechanic in Grand Forks, ND and was told my CV boot on the rear was torn. All i needed was the boot. I am traveling back to Virginia and planned to stop for a few days in the Twin cities. I called to set up a time and get an estimate. The service writer said the service manager told her about a $1200 for the whole axle assembly. All I needed was the boot. They were trying to hose me! Stay away from these con artists. BEWARE!

I visited Feldmann about 2 months ago to shop for a car for my 21yr old daughter. We were introduced to Zach Blume as our sales consultant. What an experience we had! He and Mike are top notch characters and gave my daughter piece of mind when purchasing her 2017 C300. We did not expect Zach and Mike to be such great guys. Other dealerships cannot hold a candle next to these two. I loved my experience so much that my girlfriend and myself bought vehicles from Zach just 2wks ago! The finance dept was so amazing, I didn’t think my girlfriend would ever leave Feldmann! Jor was such a great person to work with also. We initially worked with Matt Sack which was a great experience along with the communication and follow up for appointments before purchasing a car. Matt McGonigle was also great at follow up and explaining features of the car. Once we got to the finance department with John and purchased, the explanation of additional options and follow up communication was lacking. We requested a call back from him several times (within an hour after leaving and up to a week after) purchasing and never received a call. Overall Id recommend this dealership, but avoid John or read and clarify everything before signing because you wont be getting a follow up call to clarify your questions.

Stay away from this place as much as you can. I purchased a 2021 GLE 450. Upon delivery my car wasn’t detailed and was told I could come in anytime for my detail. I decided to go in for a detail this week and was told that we never promised. I’ve reached out to the owner Joe- and refused to give me a call back after I requested to give me a call multiple times. As a big dealer who sells luxury cars this is not the type of service you want. I’m a business owner and if one of my employees promised something to my clients I’d definitely honor. This is not about the cost of the detail rather the principal. I’ll attach photos of the emails me requesting a call from Joe.Please a response from the owner.He says joe said he’d be happy to call you but never did rather he followed up with an email this morning. I’ll attach another screenshot.The fact that he doesn’t want to call and address this in an urgent matter shows me how he doesn’t appreciate my business.If you see their reviews for the past 2 weeks you can see that people have been frustrated.

Over the last few years weve purchased 3 cars from Feldmann through Heather and she has been amazing. She is always attentive and extremely helpful. So long story short, after long conversations with people in Germany they found the way to replace my transmission at no cost for me... The wait was totally worth after they told me this awesome news. Im not taking my GTS anywhere else but to this guys.. They were amazing. Over the course of my life, I have bought 6 cars from Feldman. Over the last 4 months, I’ve had my car serviced 3 times and have had the most rude service advisors!! I’ve tried to explain my transmission problem and they tell me I don’t have one, unless it shows up in their diagnostic test. Both my wife and I have felt the transmission slip while driving, but that is not good enough for them to take the time to drive the car.I just left the dealership and was told that they didn’t have a loaner car, so they could try and identify the problem in the morning.As much as I don’t like dealing with Sears Imports, they are a far better option!!
