I had a RR tire going flat and it needed a fixer up so I trust Goodyear from prior experiences dealing with them. Never had a problem, always communicated with me, and got the job done right, the first time.

These guys are great!Always on schedule, personable,and pro!They will let you know if somethings not right with your vehicle...Plenty of restaurants walking distance or just hang out in their cozy waiting room.

My front passenger tire was punctured by debris on the freeway and I came in with an urgent need for a replacement. The gentlemen were quick to evaluate and order a new tire. I was back on the road the same day! I appreciate the friendly service on short notice.

This is a great place for car repairs. I absolutely appreciate them being honest and providing detailed descriptions of what needs to be done. They are always so helpful and have great customer service as you enter the door. Prices are reasonable depending on what you need done. A lot cheaper than most dealerships. I’ve been going here for three years now. I would recommend my friends and family here. ;)

Highly recommend this Goodyear! I was able to stop by for a same-day appointment after noticing some vibration in my steering wheel when driving at higher speeds. The team here was extremely helpful and informative. They quickly figured out the problem and fixed it.

Brought my car in to have a diagnostic run and then fix whatever was wrong with it! From the time they figured out what it was at noon, my car was done and ready to come home at 4! Fast, efficient and reasonably priced!

Asked about oil weight before the service started, manager told me that before they started service he assured me that he would let me know what weight of oil they were going to put in my car before they started that never happened and after I left I looked at the invoice and noticed they had put in 5-20 weight which I would never use in the summertime I called back the store manage and he said that they rput in 5:20 I looked in my owners manual and it says the only recommended oil is 5:30 so I called the manager back the following day and told him what was in my owners manual he said he would get with the mechanic and get back to me he called me back and said he was mistaken that they had actually put in 5-30 motor oil ,I didnt just fall off the turnip truck I dont know whether thats believable or not you would think that able to give me the correct infor,mation either befor,e the service started or right after neither happened Im not sure what to think about this place if they cant get an oil change right makes me wonder what else they cant get right

Travis and his staff were Very helpful, willing to work with customers on an individual basis. My Genesis was in a collision needing extensive repair and I was having to pay out of pocket , they allowed me to keep my vehicle secured on there lot until I decided what the fate of my car was going to be rather it be fix it for aprox. $30,000 All said and done including body and frame repair from other shop or sell and take a loss I almost lost hope ... I felt like I was always there top priority without being pressured to make a hurried or unreasonable decision . In the end my vehicle was operational and I was even able to drive it home with all the mechanical repairs done considering it still had extensive body damage and some frame damage they did more than I could have expected. I don’t think I could have found another mechanical repair shop who would have worked with me on the level they did .. even My own personal mechanics including myself did not want to take on the job .. i was so pleased I even paid for lunch for there staff it was the least I could do, I saved over $15,000 at Bloomington Goodyear vs having work done elsewhere... I will continue to refer customers and bring my personal vehicles back in the future.

Ive been there multiple times now. Dave and the staff are always very friendly. They give you confidence... They know theyre stuff. I dont feel like I was charged shady prices or anything. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an airbag sensor malfunction on the morning that my car needed to be driven 400 miles to its new owner. Goodyear Bloomington Auto was able to get my vehicle fixed fairly quickly, given that I didnt have an appointment. They did not disappoint. Got me out of a major bind!

The team went above and beyond to get our car repaired fast. We even had a filter that most places kept telling us was so stripped it would never get changed. Not here! They took the challenge and spent an hour(without the extra labor charges) and got the filter out.

Had a worker leave tools connected to the bottom of my car and I had to go back multiple times for a wheel alignment and then the worker got oil spots in dirt on the white interior of my roof and drove my vehicle through mud

I thought the installation fee is kind of high but otherwise the employees are great!

The service was nice. However, I went there because my windshield wipers wouldn’t turn off and they charged me $120.00 to tell me what could “possibly” be the issue. Then they proceeded to quote me $700-$800 to fix it. I called two other shops which quoted me 1/3 of that price. The people are great and I’m sure do a wonderful job, however like everyone’s says make sure you’re not getting dooped!

First Class Service! One minor mistake by putting in regular oil when I wanted synthetic. They told me RIGHT AWAY and drained it, then put in my selection. Not many companies would own this type of mistake. Thank you for your Honesty and Integrity. Ill be back soon!
