The apartments here are fine, but dont expect management to fix much of anything. We had a few requests after our tour of the apartment back in June, that we asked to be addressed. We were told they would be fixed by the time we got there. They were not. Some of those things, 6 months later, we are still waiting to be fixed (but a few finally got fixed a month ago). We have put in numerous work orders and emails for the things and management just keeps going in and marking them as completed or cancelling the requests all together. Over a week ago now, I called and left a message (because the office is appointment only) and I sent an email to follow-up on some requests they told me they were going to fix, over a month ago, once the parts came in. They have yet to email me back or call me back about these. Some of them are minor things that are just kind of annoying, but other things are relatively major issues that management just does not seem to care about. All of our current issues are things that have been problems since at least July or earlier. We were told they were behind on maintenance requests, which is fine, but 6 months is a little much. Plus, marking the work orders as completed or cancelling them with no explanation is a little ridiculous. One can only be so patient. I have never had this many issues getting in touch with the management of an apartment. We arent bad tenants either, we always pay rent on time, arent causing disruptions, and arent breaking things. Im not usually the person to go on and leave bad reviews either, typically I just review positive experiences, but I thought this was necessary to let people know who might be looking to move here. So, just a fair warning, they apparently just dont call people back or fix things.As for the apartments themselves, theyre not bad. I would, personally, feel better if there was a security patrol around in the evenings, but overall, its not too bad. We have never had an issue, but have heard some arguments/gun shots across the street a couple times. The apartments are big and are pretty nice, overall, as long as you dont have any issues that need addressed, youll like it here!Update: It took exactly 3 weeks to hear back after I called/emailed about them cancelling the requests and I have yet to hear from them. Office is appointment only and they wont call to let me schedule an appointment about anything. I have left 3 messages and emailed multiple times and no one will get back to me. There was a lot of staff turnover this summer and fall leading to the delay. The manager let me know the situation and they are still behind, but getting caught up. I understand why there was delay, but after several calls and emails, it would be nice to hear something back a little sooner. Hopefully now that they are caught up on the staff, things can get fixed!

I absolutely adore living here. Every step of the journey up to where I am now has been amazing. Tim and Kristina are AWESOME! Thank you guys so much for being kind, great, and caring people!

This is a fantastic complex that I highly recommend. The pricing is actually appropriate, the washer and dryer hookups make my life way easier, instead of having to deal with a laundry room, the apartment is nice and open, and the management is utterly fantastic. Ive been here 3 years, and I just renewed for a 4th.

I went in a few days ago to fill out an application for next fall. Tim was kind enough to help me and is probably one of the nicest and most helpful apartment managers that I have ever met with! Very excited to be living there next year.

Have lived here for several months now and have had a great experience so far. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the manager is always friendly and helpful. I would say this is one of Bloomington’s best apartments. Great price for the amount of space and I love that the units have washer dryer hookups. There is not quite as much closet space as I would like but with some creative use of space I have found this is not an issue at all. I have enjoyed living here!

Great price, great manager. Lived there for 4 years and moved because we needed a yard for my dog and daughter. Otherwise I would have probably stayed.

AVOID this place at all cost. The owner and office managers are thieving scumbags. They wont fix anything that goes wrong and they will take you to court over things that you werent responsible for and use fake photos in court and lie lie lie.

Moved there in October had a good experience very professional and organized.
