Couldnt ask for a better place to call home. Ive been here three years and love it. Management and staff have always been professional and friendly! Bless them.

I have lived in this amazing residential community for 2 years and I absolutely loooove it here. The Management team are always available to discuss my concerns and the Coordinator is always there if I need help with anything. He plans activities for everyone and they all reach out to me to see how we are doing. In addition the Maintenance come quickly and work diligently to fix whatever the problem is and as soon as possible. The Management team, Coordinator and Maintenance staff ALWAYS communicate in depth and until I understand. The area is quiet,kept clean and is beautiful to look at. I mean it doesnt get much better than that. If I could give more than just 5 stars to this place; my home, I would. I have enjoyed living here and I really hope more people consider making this their home as well.

If I could give you no stars I would. The no Pit bull rule needs to stop now! It is just cruel by not letting people have pit bulls just because of how you have see them. I have seen many many pit bulls every where at the apartments and people trying to sneak them in because you cant have them. When people hear the word Pit Bull they think them as dangers dogs. But there not. People use them to fight each other which makes them aggressive. Thats what people believe there meant for. Pit bulls can be a very sweet dog and they are the best protecting dog out there. So ban stupid people not the breed.

The apartment start okay I like my apartment but the management in professionalism has went downhill and so thats why I give it a 1-star rating the only person in the office I really can talk to is the resident relations coordinator Crest he has done more for me than the past and current manager so and now the current manager allows drug activity in the complex and other things I dont want proof of due to that my health is going downhill quick and to save my own life I have to move I dont think thats fair so if you had children or you have a compromised immune system do not move to the Reserve at Chandlers Glen its not worth your life

Havent moved in yet.but meeting staff the next few days.they were always so kind and polite to me thank you its not an easy job.i appreciate u calling back and helping hopefully can call this place home

Good maintenance but the manager is unncessarily aggressive and rude to non-low-income residents who pay the exorbitant non-tax reduced rent. Connie will come into your apartment anytime, aggressively sneer and make condescending comments about your apartment.If she were replaced or demoted from this role, the apartments would be much nicer to live at.

Very nice place, kids have lots of room to play, swim, and walk trails,but definitely needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Clean, quiet living, close to town but with a beautiful view of woods. I hope to stay here forever! :)

Terrible management will have your car towed even though they have your vehicle registration on file.

After dawn ball left this place has not gone downhill but fell off the cliff.

Do not rent here they will discriminate against you if you are disabled or have a mental illness, they wouldnt rent to me because of my disability, definitely reporting them to America Disability Act, they have nice apartments but not worth being discriminated against.

Doesnt even deserve one star.
