Over all theyre nice, the neighbors are what makes it hard, not management. Cops are here constantly, day and night for fighting and drug issues.

BED BUG!! the bed bugs but a lot of my neighbors did!!! And BEWARE when you move in because they WILL charge you for anything you did not report on your move in inspection!!!. They DO NOT I repeat THEY DO NOT Like the residents to have much company at all!!!, Your better off to move to Crestmont, where the management is fair to ALL residents.

A horrible place to live. Bedbugs, Drugs and the rudest office staff, who lie. Two office ladies Nikkie and Bridget I dont believe Bridget is there anymore) let themselves into my apartment before Nine AM and started screaming at me to wake up and when I asked them to please be quiet my infant son was asleep, They began screaming louder arguing with me, screaming in my face.They took pictures of my childs toys left on the floor from the night before saying the place was unclean as well as my two clean loads of laundry in baskets from the night before still on the dryer. My washer was broke for two months and they did Nothing. I moved in and There was broken glass grounded into my carpet where it was not cleaned before I moved in. I really would NOT recommend Henderson Court.

Landlady is really rude and curses at you. Spent 5 months trying to get in after being told a 2 month wait. Filled out all the paper work and was first in line, then we get a call saying someone was put in front of us, and they got our apartment. I have 2 kids and was called to be told she wasnt even turning in the paperwork because I already lived somewhere. Huge waste of time.. If you do get in, expect harassment. Already filed a complaint to YARCO.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. Been there for a visit of friends who moved there this spring. They was one day late on their rent because the fifth was on a Sunday and called the office and was told dont worry about it but there going to be a late fee of $5 then a addtional fee of $1 per day and after 3 days you will get an notice of vacate the property or they will take you to court. Not fair to the tenants that are on a fixed income. Theres shootings the SWAT TEAM there at least twice when I was visiting friends matiance is very bad his name is Cody he walks around smoking on a vapor whats with that he lies to the manager and they speak very rude toward their renters and gossip about their tentants what needs to happen in this apartment complex get new office personal start out fresh theres a lot of slum Lords in this area all the apartment complexes needs to rebuild all the low income housing apartment and homes just clean up Bloomington Indiana

This will be unjustice if i not talk about that person who was inside the room ,when i enterd in the office front desk table was one lady busy with others two ladaies ,when she saw me she talk with kindly politly,as same time inside room other lady come out and she take me guide me,after that four five time more i visited there office people too nice and too cooprative with me,i submit my file and a lot documents sighn by manger help her name is Nikki ,i dont find in her any neggative behave,i find her so nice helpfull ,polite kind person ,she was busy but not ignore me ,when ever i visit there she welcomed to me with smiling face and she did my all paper work with humble ,i do not find there anything wrong every one is helpfull person.i meet there with three kind nice ladies.Nikki j she is really very nice lady,she is there Community Manager.here about car parking someone asking now I will also informed that here is a lot big car parking always available first come first finde or as you find you can choose as you like everywhere car parking available.

Needs repaired

I went in and signed a paper saying I would be out by the 20th and now they are trying to help me get into a 1br since my ex-husband screwed me over with the apartment. They arent really that bad as long as you work with them, they work with you.

Horribly rude people in the office. Bedbugs drugs just about anything that could be wrong here is. My suggestion? Get a competent manager and security. My car was broken into 4 times while i lived there

There rude dont care about tenants

Its nasty. A girl went to jail and the office does nothing about 3 random people living in her apartment. While shes in jail. And they arent nice people either. Come out cussing and screaming none stop.

They are more concerned with kids drawing with chalk or leaving toys on their porches than they are with the SAFETY of the kids who live and try to play there. I was visiting a friend and some kids hollerd at me and asked if i would come get a needle so their friend ( who was maybe 5 and barefoot) didnt step on it or try to play with it. From talking to my friend who is unfortunately stuck living here this happens at least 3 times a week and is just getting worse. Unless you have ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

My sister lives here and she hate it Jennifer and Nikki lie about having things done and all they think about is the outside of the property her dishwasher doesnt work it had been a crack in the window before she moved in and the paint is peeling closet doors in the kids room are constantly falling and sometime they hit the kids and they never fix anything
