Really like the doctors and nurses, but the billing department is terrible. Always find out after cleaning or procedures, that insurance will not cover the items they just recommended or did. My two free cleanings, I get every year, just cost me over $300.00 on the last one, because I used up all the funds allowed by my insurance. Of course, this was after my cleaning, x-rays and doctor inspection was done. Needless to say, I would have just gotten the cleaning or postponed the X-rays, till January, on any other items from my dentist. Already paid over $3000.00, out of pocket, for dental caps and everything related to them. Plus, what I got quoted and what my actual bill was, was completely different. Quite a bit more in fact… But what are you going to do, after they grind your two front teeth down and then tell you, that the other two additional teeth, next to them should be capped also. Although, they will give a discount on the add on items, but again seemed to be that if I didn’t go with the recommendation, that the other two caps might not last as long. Anyway, I might be looking to go to another dentist after this latest episode, since I lost confidence in Eagle Falls. Always recommended to friends and family, but I’m having to part ways now. From the moment I walked in the office it was a very pleasant experience. Patty at the front desk gave me a tour of the office (Its gorgeous) , a welcome present (love love love the travel mug!) plus I received an awesome Thank you card in the mail. Im so impressed! Patty went above and beyond in my book and really made my new patient experience amazing! It is so refreshing to go to an establishment where people make you feel at home. I with I could remember my Hygienist name because she was also phenomenal. She made me feel very comfortable, gentle hands, soft spoken and i cannot leave out their chairs have a massager in them! I am so glad to have been referred here and definitely recommend this dentist office.

I was sorry to find out that Cory retired, however, I am happy for her and she certainly deserves it! I was with Donna today and she is a sheer delight :-) have been coming here for over 20 years… It means I was at the old place too And absolutely appreciate the doctors and the staff.

From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I walked out the door......service was immaculate!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I needed a same day emergency appointment because I was going through some intense pain with my tooth and was accommodated on the spot! Dr. Martin and her assistant Cameron are amazing and lets just say I will be seeing them for all my dental needs. I had an appointment setup at another dental establishment for routine cleanings for my son and I....but after my experience yesterday......Eagle Falls Dentistry will now be our new dental home!!

The best dentist Ive been to in years. They have top of the line equipment. Their friendliness is off the charts. Im very sociable and talk a lot. They listened to all my stories. They found my problem and dealt with it professionally. My only complaint would be the price but then again I havent been to a dentist in quite some time and am not aware of the prices.

It started with a phone call to a very nice, helpful, and informative staff member (Laura). Very easy to make an appointment and all paperwork was sent via email prior to my visit. Next, I attend my appointment and was met by Whitney at the front desk. Not only was she informative about the dental office, but she gave me a welcome gift and took me on a short tour around the office to point out what makes them stand apart (which they do!!). I’m going to keep my specific dentist and dental hygienist to myself, but let me tell you, so easy to talk to, they explained everything in detail and with confidence. They have top of the line tools and 3D imaging devices which I’d never seen before, really cool stuff. Both dentist and assistant were calming, always asking if I was doing okay or needed anything. Question for you, has any other dentist office provided tinted safety glasses? I bet not, and this was my first time being offered them. Why this matters, is due to staring at LED lights above you, and the water/other that splashed back out does not get in your eyes. Talk about thinking of all the details. I will continue to be a patron and will tell everyone I know to go there for all dental needs.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years, so needless to say I think they are great from the front desk, hygienists and dentists. When my dentist (Dr. Mackenbach) retired I was worried that my experience here would be different. I’ve seen many of the dentist here since his retirement and they are all great. Dr. Martin’s care, especially how she gives shots (I hate them!) reminds me of Dr. Martin so she is always my first choice 😊. Donna is my first choice for dental hygienist. I don’t know too many people who love going to the dentist, but here it’s always a pleasant experience with good, caring people.

This place … Where do I start??? It’s absolutely incredible! I’ve never had such an incredible, enjoyable and relaxing experience at the dentist before! It’s exactly what I was looking for and everyone is fantastic !!!! For once in my life I can’t wait for my next appointment !!!!!

Clean, Safe and concerned for Health and Safety. Cleaning and check-up process has always been very efficient. Staff are always exuberant and happy. A nice pleasant mix of music. The check-in process is still very Covid-19 aware with temperature checks, and mask requirements even though I had my shots. In the past there was a sense of upselling, but I have not seen in the last year or so. I was lucky to stay on my 6-month schedule, even in 2020, and they have always respected my appointments.

Very comfortable experience. Does not recommend any unnecessary procedures. I have been going to them for over a year and love it so far

Genuinely friendly place......everyone. This was my first visit experiencing tooth pain. They show you the area of concern, explain how theyll fix it. I hate needles, but never felt a single jab. Ive been with Eagle Falls well before it was officially Eagle Falls so that should tell you how much I love them. In fact, my hygienist just told me she was retiring and Ive been seeing her for so long!! My dentist was lovely as always, but the brown haired receptionist is consistently rude about payment. I was told payment plans would be available for my tooth aligners before booking and she asked for payment in full the day I got my first set. Im 23 and dont exactly have that kind of money just laying around, and when I asked if we could set up a payment plan as discussed over the phone her response was a snarky you tell me. She refused payment on my CareCredit card for maintenance after coming off as extremely condescending about the fact that I would only be able to put down $200 unexpectedly up front, but ran my other credit card just fine. Also, I have nerve damage in my mouth from prior dental work causing a slight lisp and the new aligners made it more noticeable but very much still comprehensible and the receptionist repeatedly made me repeat myself as if I were unintelligible. I feel like if you cant understand someone speaking with a slight lisp maybe front desk at a dentist office isnt for you.

I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, which is why I’ve been avoiding going, but I knew I needed to. I’m so glad I chose Eagle Falls Dentistry! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome, it looks like a day spa but for your teeth. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. They were sensitive and understanding about my anxiety and did everything they could to help make me feel at ease, including giving me a weighted blanket to help me feel cozy and safe. Cheryl the Hygienist was absolutely amazing, she made me feel comfortable the whole time. I left feeling great and my teeth are looking so much better. Still more work to be done but thanks to all the staff I’m a lot less anxious about it.

This was my fifth trip in three months. I have to say this last time I went I was very impressed with the Customer Service. Because of this, Eagle Falls earned five stars. Good job!

I visited Eagle Falls Dentistry on 3/8 after experiencing a tooth ache over the weekend. I was informed I would need a root canal to alleviate the issue. Dr. Martin and her assistant Ashley were thorough in their explanation of the situation. They performed the root canal that evening. I have had zero discomfort since! Hats off to Dr. Martin, Ashley and the entire team at Eagle Falls for their professionalism and quality patient care!

Eagle falls has always had the best dental hygienists, and dentists. I always feel like I am in good hands when I am here. I have issues with sensitivity, and from past experiences Ive been nervous of a hygienists poking in the wrong places but I have never had that happen at Eagle Falls. Dr. Szatkowski was very skilled and provided a great dental experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and eased my nerves. I would highly recommend.

They are always on time. Im never kept waiting. Normary (new hygienist to me, but said she has worked there for about 2.5 years) greeted me with a smile and conversation, so I didnt feel awkward on the walk to treatment room and it always makes me feel like I matter as she listened to me and responded. It also sets a good mood/feeling for my upcoming experience. (Ill miss Korrie who just retired and was my hygienist for probably more than 20 years). In my experience, they easily and clearly explain things. Theyre concerned with my comfort and safety, i.e. offering me a bottle of water, massage chair, safety goggles for me, safety mask and shield for them. Everyone gets a new toothbrush, tube of toothpaste, and dental floss as they leave. They also walk me out as Im ready to leave..... just like you would do with your company at home. The front desk is the icing on the cake. Again great smiles and conversation. Was greeted today by Debbie, whos been there for many years, and Whitney, a new employee (she seems like family already). They explained what Ill owe today and how my insurance works/pays. They do have payment plans if needed. Oh, and dont forget to pick up a free lip balm on the way out. Have been a client since 1976 and service has always been like this. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

My praises for Eagle Falls Dentistry startswhen you first enter the building. Of course all who enter must be wearing a mask. Temperatures are taken at the front desk and affidavit signed. They are in total compliance with all precautionary measures regarding Covid-19.Once you walk in, it becomes obvious that a lot of architecturalthought, originality, and expertise went intothe design.I was very impressed by the individual patient cubicles.While allowing enough privacy, they are open enough so as to not feel isolated.The dental equipment is state of the art.They really went the extra mile in patient comfort, as well. The chair gives a mild back massage. The flat screen in front of thedental chair shows scenery so bountiful thatits actually mesmerizing! On that same screen, the patient can view x-ray pictures,and also pictures of the teeth and gums,for the doctor to explain any issues involved.Most importantly, I must say that the entirestaff, from the receptionists to the hygienists,to the doctors themselves, are some of the mostwarm, friendly, and competent people Ivemet. I have severe anxiety about the dentist. Most work requires IV sedation because of my anxiety. I began the search for a new dentist and reached out to Eagle Falls because of the great recommendations and because they do so much in the community and I appreciate that. I set up a consultation to come in and see the office and meet some people. Everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist, the hygienist, the dentist to the cashier were incredibly friendly, understanding, warm and compassionate. I scheduled a cleaning and work that needed to be done after the cleaning and I was able to do that without IV sedation due to the kindness, compassion and understanding of everyone in the office. This was the first time in 25 years I could be awake for any procedure and thats a huge testament to the incredible team at Eagle Falls. I cant recommend them enough. They have kept me informed, comfortable and confident about every single visit. I feel so much better knowing there is an incredible team of people that are helping me be comfortable and confident in keeping my teeth clean and healthy! I went to Eagle Falls after having a bad experience with another dentist. I immediately was impressed. The office is beautiful and clean. I was given a tour and offered refreshments. I had a very short wait till I met my hygienist. She was so very kind and patient. She worked with me understanding my fear of my teeth being cleaned. I felt very comfortable and was able to get through the cleaning in record time for myself. When the dentist himself came in, he was gentle and kind and explained how he felt about the state of my teeth all while being respectful. I tend to feel shamed and embarrassed at the dentist and for the first time in a long time that wasnt the case. I felt heard and like they want to see my teeth and gums healed and be part of the process, instead of making me feel bad about it. If you have had bad experiences in the past I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Falls!

After 4.5 months I was able to get my braces off yesterday. By far one of the best adult decisions Ive made was to correct my bottom teeth and a front tooth. During the Pandemic no one knew, so the benefit of the mask was to hide the process and now I have a beautiful new smile. Thanks to Dr. Brenda Martin, and her assistants Cameron and Ashley for always being kind. caring and professional. The whole team is amazing, and I am very happy with my new smile!

I have been a client for many years. With the length of my loyalty, I decided to schedule a visit for my 80 year old father. As he is not used to elegance when walking in a dental office, needless to say he was in awe. He was very pleased with how thorough Dr. Brenda is with him. He was a bit rattled with the cost, yet feels he will have the best possible oral care. He also was impressed they had a warm blanket and massaging dental chair to help with an A+ experience. Cameron and Dr. Martin worked so well as a team. They were reassuring, friendly, and most competent! I felt that I was in very good hands during my visit.

Very rude receptionist. She acted like I was an inconvenience because of a mistake she made when charging my credit card. She forgot to deduct $50 dollars from the referral card I gave her. Her solution was to void the first charge on my card, but my $500 would be held on my card for a couple of days and charge again another $450 dollars (with referral). When I told her she could deduct from my next Botox treatment for TMJ, she replied “WONK WONK, too late.” I don’t think anyone would want to hear those words / be treated like that at a dental practice. Very immature and inappropriate.

If I could give 200 stars I would! If youre like me, and you drag going into the dentist because you hate the dentist, look no further! Eagle Falls is clean, safe, professional, careful, thorough, knowledgeable, super patient with all of my questions and they explain everything they are doing and why! They make something that is usually not very enjoyable a positive experience. They all couldnt have been more welcoming and assuring. We had Korrie and Natalie and they were both FABULOUS! BONUS, my son has life threatening allergies (its be easier to list what he isnt allergic to), and they were extra careful, double checked the ingredients on everything, and let me read ingredient lists too just to be extra safe! Again, if I could give them 200 stars, I would! Awesome place!!!

Had a few terrible experiences at a fancy office in Wicker Park. Decided to give Eagle Falls a try despite the commute. Phenomenal experience. I was able to electronically submit paperwork before hand to reduce wait times before my appointment (I hate sitting in the waiting room waiting to fill things out). Upon arrival, I was greeted with a gift bag by the LOVELY administrative staff. The hygienists and dental assistants were very friendly, kind and informative. I was nervous. Dr. Martin was really great. Kept things light and took her time. My previous dentist was always in a rush and as a result, some of my previous procedures werent pain free. Didnt get that vibe at Eagle Falls at all. Dr. Martin and crew were super patient and made sure I was comfortable. Office followed up post procedure to make sure I was feeling OK. All in all, excellent dental experience. Im not going to say I cant wait to go back because.. well.. its the dentist. But if you have to go to the dentist (which you do), go to Dr. Martin at Eagle Falls. Best dental experience ever.

🤔 last month Brenda and Carmen were like my angels of the day I went into eagle dentistry three broken teeth I suffer from trigeminal neurological disease. Brenda and Carmen removed and repaired everything that two years of pain and torture I suffered from they did it effortlessly and painlessly. I know hard to believe. For the past month now I have been able to eat a chew on both sides of my mouth because of Brenda and Carmen they made my life so much more easier and basically pleasurable to enjoy life and to eat and chew again. Didnt tell you about the tornado that came we had to stop in the middle while she was removing the last tooth but it was still great we had so much fun there

This was my 1st visit on an implant consultation. When I first walked in the door I did not think I was in the right place. This is not your “ordinary” dentist office. You feel more like you are in the lobby of a 5 star resort. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I was amazed by the high tech equipment that is used at this facility. The doctor and assistant put me at ease so I did not hesitate to schedule my surgery with this group.

Normary is a sweetheart and is very gentle with a big baby like me. I hadnt been to a dentist in 8 years and Eagle Falls has made my recent visits very comfortable and mostly stress-free. Keep up the good work.

Waited over an 1hr to see the dentist. My appointment was at 6:20pm and I didn’t see the doctor till 7:28pm! There was no communication after they took my x rays all that was said was “we will let the doctor know you’re here” then silence for over an hour. I understand if there is a patient ahead of me you may not see me at my actual appointment time but I would of appreciated them checking in, a simple I’m sorry it may be a while, are you ok with waiting or would you like to reschedule? After about 45 minutes had passed I started to wonder if they had forgot about me or forgot to tell the dentist I was there. Extremely frustrating situation I hope in the future there is better communication, if I decide to come back.

Eagle Falls helped me through my dental extraction and implant today. I chose to use the sedation method. I was really not looking forward to this particular appointment. As a new client, you are taken on a tour of the facility & given a goodie bag (which I loved the burlap bag, Thank you)! This makes the whole experience much more personal & inviting. They do quarterly giveaways for their clients & gift cards for referrals.Let me say that this place is immaculate & beautiful!! The attention to detail is phenomenal. A Very clean place & I left feeling like a queen! Even the dental hygienist chair has massage features! This is by far the most beautiful dentist office that Ive ever been to.

Staff is super helpful, polite, and quick. The office is very well decorated and it makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. And, most importantly, they do a good job on your teeth! Ive already referred my wife there and will recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had to get my very first and hopefully last root canal. Given everything I have heard about how torturous the procedure is in the past (and the fact that I do not handle pain well) I was nervous. However, Dr. Haggerty was wonderful. I felt no pain during the procedure and all went seamlessly. Even after the anesthetic wore off, I did not experience discomfort, which is a lot coming from someone who screams every expletive in the book over a paper cut. I’d still rather be drinking a margarita on a beach, but it really was not as terrible as I thought it would be. If you ever need a root canal, they’ll take great care of you.

The staff is always friendly. They work with your work schedule and actually help to find the best appointment for your needs. The environment is very pleasant and allows you to relax despite any anxiety you may have about going to the dentist. The doctors are knowledgeable and have a caring demeanor which has made me a loyal patient for years.

I am very nervous when I have to go to the dentist. All of the staff were very friendly, made me feel comfortable, less anxious. They really helped alleviate the stress. The facility is very clean and has a relaxing feel. Debbie at the front desk was so helpful.

Ive been coming here for the past 4 years and it seems to be one of the better dental experiences Ive had. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can explain any procedures that are recommended as well as answering any other questions you may have (insurance, etc.) The modernized lobby is comforting with a fireplace and a few TVs to keep you entertained during your short wait. Massage chairs in the exam rooms to help you relax during cleanings and consultations. While I dont generally enjoy going to the dentist, its a bit easier to go here.

Highly recommend if looking for a new dentist. Had a bad experience with my prior dentist that I was seeing for over 5 years after they lost their regular dental hygienists that made me seek out a new dentist. First visit here was longer than expected, but they were thorough and accommodating. Plus bonus, they were able to suggest a solution to decade old minor dental annoyance which none of my prior dentists weren’t able to address.

Just had my first visit yesterday. I am still amazed and what an incredible experience it was!!! Beautiful office, front desk staff made me feel like I was visiting a friend. Loved my new dentist!! But the best part was the surprise I got when my dental assistant turned out to be my old neighbor that I hadnt seen in so many years!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have been going here for many years now and have always had great experiences. I actually love coming to see my dental hygienist Donna every 6 months. But I finally have convinced my husband to come for a cleaning and to have his tooth fixed. He had very high anxiety about going. After his experience, he said these people are great and he felt no pain.

Patty and Dr K has provided excellent service when I needed two emergency root canal. They worked around my schedule on this tough time of covid 19. I would highly recommend for those who need new dentist in town. Only thing I would make sure is if they are in network with your insurance company. I was notified later that the doctor was not in the network, and was responsible for the huge bill.
