I have had several appointments with Dr. Lu and her team. My first new patient visit was very thorough, informative and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Lisa did my deep cleaning and scaling. She explained step by step what she was doing and made sure I had no discomfort. She took the time to explain how important healthy gums are and recommended how to maintain my home care between visits. I was able to purchase a Sonicare electric toothbrush right from the office which was convenient. The fillings I had done with Dr. Lu were pain free. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I am very happy I found Arden Dental Center!

I could go on and on about how great Dr. Lu and her office is! I have very bad anxiety when going to the dentist and everyone here made me feel so much better. At my first appointment, I needed x-rays done, and Jennie and Dr. Lu were amazing in easing my stress, as well as giving me great care and diagnosing what was wrong. By the time I had to go in for my cleaning, about a month later, I felt almost no anxiety because I knew I was in great hands. Wendy gave me a thorough cleaning, and made me feel so comfortable. I was also offered extra preventative testing. Maribeth at the front desk is super accommodating in trying to work with your schedule and she has gone out of her way to send a notice if they have a cancellation. Dr. Lu also recommended an excellent oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth extraction, which further proves their great standards. Overall, this is an amazing office and I am constantly wondering why I couldnt have found them earlier. I recommend them to everybody!

I drive 40 minutes~1 hour from downtown to Arden dental and it’s worth the long drive. I know Dr. Lu is the right doctor for me after my first consultation. She truly cares for her patients’ health, spends time to evaluate each patient and has a long-term treatment plan.I have deep cleaning, osseous surgery, extraction and two dental implant done here so far and they always make it as pleasant as possible for me.Great team of experts with 5 star treatment and service. I had my first appointment at Arden Dental Center this week and it was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a new patient visit today and received a very good first impression! The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. I felt very safe with the COVID protocols put in place and practiced by the staff. The proper PPE was worn, temp checks upon arrival and sanitation were completed. I will be coming back for a second visit thanks to the great first experience I had :)

10/10 one of the best dentistry/dental teams out there. Dr. Lu, Jenni, and Mary Beth were all phenomenal. I had my first major dental work done here - a root canal on my 2nd to last molar - and they made it as pleasant as possible for me. Even when I’m pain late at night, Dr. Lu was still responding to me through their text messaging service that made me feel like I was being taken care of 100% of the way. I always felt like they were on top of everything. Everyone was very knowledgeable - from explaining my issues, the process of a root canal, to Mary Beth laying out all my Financial options and Jessica squeezing me in when my temporary cap came off. I knew every option I had available to me and I was able to make the best decision with the help of them. Not only do they fix issues, they also made sure to give me a game plan to keep me out of pain and in the chair for only cleanings. I mean they even let me connect my personal AirPods to the movie being played throughout my procedure - they did everything they could and made me feel extremely comfortable and safe - talk about patient care!!When I went back for my permanent Crown it was nice to know that the Dr. triple and quadruple checked all her work ensuring that she solved the true issue before getting everything set. This ensures that no extra visits would be needed .We all know the dentist can be a scary/rough place for some, my self included, however, I have never had a better dental experience and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. I cannot write enough wonderful comments about Dr. Lu and her staff at Arden Dental Center. I had been suffering with a tooth that I thought probably needed a root canal. I was desperate when I called them to inquire about getting in sooner than my appointment scheduled for next week. They were so kind, understand, and accommodating and squeezed me in the same day. Turned out, my tooth was in much worse shape then I thought and Dr. Lu explained I needed to have it pulled.She made certain that I was not in any pain, explained everything to me, and could not have been better. My mouth is SO much better and I am every grateful to Dr. Lu and her team for making an unpleasant experience more than tolerable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having dental issues.

I met Dr lu, under less than ideal conditions. It was Saturday early morning and I was eating a juju bee (had to be invented by a dentist), and I lost a crown...I drove straight to her office, which was packed with patients. I had an infant in a carrier on one hand,and a tooth in the other hand.It took some doing but she repared my tooth, and I have been smiling ever since!!!

Today mom had her cleaning and fluoride treatment. She said, every thing went well, and had received excellent care. Overall she was extremely pleased with her visit.

I have finally found the best dental center! I was amazed on on the customer service and the services overall. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment to the moment you walk in the door, the service was friendly and professional. The day that I went for my evaluation, I was advised that my wisdom tooth had to be extracted. I was not mentally prepared for that but the ambiance and how comfortable they made me feel, I went for it. Now to the extraction... Dr. Lu was so friendly and she took the time to explain everything. I did not feel a thing! Her assistant then sat with me to explain how to take care of it and answered all my questions. If I could give a 10 I would. I even got my spouse to switch from his dentist to here because of how impressed I was. He is due for his cleaning now.

The staff at Arden Dental are wonderful! I was experiencing tooth sensitivity and Dr. Lu suggested Mi Paste. After using it a few times my tooth sensitivity went away! Lisa does an amazing job and makes you feel comfortable! I would definitely refer my friends and family to Dr. Lu’s practice.

I was very scared, but they did an amazing job at taking care of me. I was able to watch a movie with headphones to keep me distracted! Dr. Lu did extraction and crown works for me before. Every time she impressed me with a fast and painless procedure. This Monday I visited her for consultation about implant for a missing tooth. Not having a regular dentist for quite some time, it was pure pleasure to go to Arden Dental. Dr Lu and her staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I am satisfied with the first visit at 6/27/17. I did not arrange the second consultation until I got my CD of CT scan from previous Dentist. I did arranged the second consultation on 7/6/17 to the office of Dr.Wen Lu. I brought my CD of CT scan from previous Dentist on but she want to take CT Scan in her office and said it will be free of charge. I did agree do another CT Scan free of charge despite of that I had my CD of CT Scan.DR.Wen Lu presented me with two option how to proceed with my case of implants and dentures. Thank you very much with free of charge consultation and CT Scan free of charge as you said and want to take. I will think about whether I proceed with the option or not. How ever she did not gave me estimated quote for any of two presented option, I could not make any decision until estimated quotation will be presented. Thank you.

I have seen Dr Lu for my crown and they have this outstanding Cerec service.I love,love!! wherein the crown can be done on the same day within a couple of hours. I need to travel from Elgin to Glenelyn(its worth the drive) just to see Dr Lu because she is very knowledgeable in her field as well as all her staffs were all helpful and courteous. Best Dentist in Bloomingdale. Expert work and clearly explains treatment options. I had a very tricky filling to address and she did an excellent job repairing it. My teeth are healthier and brighter than ever. As time has gone by I noticed that I was having trouble with food sticking more easily to my teeth. It was embarrassing and I thought there was nothing that could be done. Thats when I was introduced to a product they carry called MiPaste. The MiPaste product helps rebuild tooth enamel. After a short time my teeth were no longer as porous as they were and food was not sticking to my teeth. Plus, with the extra calcium, my teeth are whiter than ever.

Had a couple fillings today. Quick and painless! Dr. Lu and all the staff are both skilled and cheerful. Always a pleasant experience .

Waited 30 minutes to be taken back for an already rescheduled appointment (rescheduled on the dentists behalf). Had to leave 30 minutes later. Didn’t even see the dentist...just had a cleaning. Funny, because if you’re even a few minutes late, they call you immediately.

Update: I had my very first root canal performed on Saturday and what an experience! I was terrified going in but, they eased my nerves and gave me 5 star treatment. After being seated in my chair, I was given a pillow, headphones, and they turned on a movie/tv show of my picking. I started to get so last in the show that I almost forgot I was getting the root canal lol. It is now Monday, and they were caring enough to give me a call to see how I was doing since the procedure. Its the little things that count!!I enjoyed my appointment today for my 6 month cleaning. The hygienist was wonderful and very friendly and Jenny was great with helping out with my following appointments and going over all of the costs with me for future appointments.
