I go to this location at least twice a month. It is convenient then going to the other locations. I love the fact that everything is only a $, but they need more workers. Sometimes the lines are very long and theres no one available to help you if you need to ask for something that you cant find.

I swear by dollar tree. For example, you can get items like hangers for so much less than other places. This specific dollar tree is always well-stocked in comparison to others Ive been to. The staff are also really nice and helpful.

They always have long lines due to limited amount of cashiers available. For the most part their shelves are always packed.

The store is huge compared to the ones Ive shopped in but there was only one register open. Kind of reminds me of the Walmart in Whitehall...200 customers for one register...

The staff ignores people. They are not helpful at all...especially to those of us who are handicapped.

As someone who goes to the store every week, this is one of the better operated and managed stores. Items are generally easy to locate and consistent, shelves well stocked, store is clean and the staff is courteous. I do, however, feel they should do more to organize the books, education resources area.

Dollar Tree is Located on Bloomfield Avenue in the shopping center the store is next to the staples in the store everything is $1 you can always find something cool and some weird things to they have some great things you can purchase like Donald Duck Juice and some Wired things like frozen mechancly tenderized steak the service is good the vibe is ok my only problem is that sometimes the store is a mess because people just throw things on the ground but when I came there today it was cleaner

Dollar Tree is very good store. There, You can find a lot of stuff, what You need.

This one have really nice staff! I was so surprised to see one of my darling students there working. I havent seen her since the 4th grade and now she is all grown up...beautiful, professional and in college! I am so proud of her. May God continue to bless her and all of my angels from the past and present!

Bryant was extremely patient on the phone and in person. He is a manager there and is well versed and professional. The workers there are the same way.If the store is a bit unkempt BLAME it on the shoppers! I watched as they tried to pick up behind folks just throwing things down

I really like dollar tree stores but unfortunately most of the employees ( in this store) including the manager are very rude with the customers. They need to take class of customer service and how to deal with customer and if you cant work with ppl get another JOB! They forgot that they get paid because of US.

Very friendly customer service..Mrs key is a joy ..They treat customers with respect and have a sense of humor...humble service and the employees are all willing to assist... Store manager Robinson is always willing to assist.. overall just a great store

I moved here three years ago and Im not going to speak on how this store was. Im going to tell you that my week would be complete with out taking a walk to dollar tree. I love how the new layout is . It makes me excited to see what new coming around next aisle! The staff is so nice. Also Very pleasant. The only thing I think could change is the long line because of low staff???

The staff at the store are nice enough but this place always looks like a tornado just went through it. I think that speaks more about the other customers and them not being willing to put things back where they belong.The store is understaffed, so you will more than likely have to wait in a check out line so be patient.

You think after they got shut down they would want to get it together... I guess not. There is Always a help wanted sign but never any help. It was only nice for the 2 weeks after it was allowed to re-open.. the only reason I gave it any stars was cause they carry some items I need at a cheaper rate

Bathroom was out of order as usual, a handful of customers not paying attention to other customers as I had to strive to not unintentionally bump my store owned shopping cart on their mismanaged bodies, and I can never seem to locate an on the floor staff to direct and/or redirect me towards a much needed item. Almost always I witness that theres a help wanted sign, but, no matter how many times that I appropriately and legiblely fill out and submit an application, and call to follow up, I am always told that the Supervisor and Manager isnt (aint) there, and that they will call me, which not once has anyone from that business ever done. On the bright side of their immorality, the store is always clean and well ventilated, and every item costs less than $1.10.

They have a bunch of cool stuff if youre into the diy scene. you can find what youre looking for but the people that come in are reckless, loud and obnoxious. The cashiers are very patient. At least Maria is. She was pleasant, even though she was the only cashier scheduled , and line was long. She was still very quick and kept a smile.

Great deals as always at any Dollar Tree. You can truly happen upon a steal on major name brand items.The store is relatively well maintained and the crew are very friendly.

You can get some good items at ridiculous prices. I purchased LED energy saving bulbs for $1. Paid $12.99 at Stop and Shop. Guess which ones are going back?Downside? They often do not have enough registers open.

Most disgusting and dirty and poorly run business I’ve ever seen. Needs someone from corporate to help out. It’s dirty, and always only one cashier with a line to the back of the store. Every time I’ve gone, there’s been a drug user or drunk screaming inside, it’s reprehensible how poorly run it is. Go to the Clifton location-much better!

Overall customer service is nonexistent. I almost did not find anyone in the store with the exception of one cashier and 14 customers on line. I felt so bad that literally wanted to open their own register to help those frustation customers.

Im standing. the store for 15 min its around rush hour. 2 lanes open. I called while in line and asked to open another cash registerI was told they could only open the 2 lanes they didnt have any more staff.Poor management we are here begging to give you business. Wont be back

I frequent dollar tree a lot in different areas, but this was by far the worse. Everything is a mess and totally chaotic. Lines are long and the workers look unhappy.

The Bloomfiled branch and the West Orange branch and Route 10 branches are my favourite

Love coming here only because they have what I need for parties and decoration but HATE coming here because I know theres going to be long lines. They never have enough staff or open registers. Also this one lady asked a worker a question about a balloon and she responded with her back to her, with an attitude as well. That really bothered me, speak to a customer facing them! Jeez

The store has a lot of great items. However, the lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long. It becomes annoying to go there for this reason.

Large selection of food and items here. I shop here for my food that i dont need to spend extra money on like sugar, can veggies, eggs, etc. And i come here for my basics household products such as bleach, sponges, paper plates, holiday decorations, etc. It is messy on some parts but that is because the customers make it that way. Toss anything everywhere smh. I grateful for everything being a $1. Thank God!

The store is big enough but the main problem is not enough cashiers. Always a line they need to have at least 5 cashiers.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This store is always messy. Aside from being messy its extremely DIRTY. I dont think the floors have ever been mopped or swept. I took pics from 11am and it was beyond dirty and messy! I will never buy from a store that is DIRTY like this. Imagine how these employees live at home. It is their job to keep the store presentable. Gross! Should be closed down!

The cashier forget one of my bags and I had to go back. Waited for bus for over an hour.

Very disorganized. Unprofessional staff, terrible customer service and lack of pride in ownership of the establishment. There were things all over the floor posing tripping hazards to everyone trying to walk through the isles. Makes it very uncomfortable for anyone to have a descent shopping experience here. Never again.

I use to work here lol Since my last name is Morales they stuck me with the spanish crew who works only in the morning, but since apparently my spanish isnt the best I was transferred to the night crew. Night crew is mostly blacks and morning crew are mostly spanish; which is completely dumb and racist. The store was cool, but to much work for little hours, short staffed and so much back door politics...glad I left and never looked back. I admit I do miss the team I was in, but sometimes you gotta move on.

They have everything you need for just a dollar, everything from a mop, food, untensils, home decor..... The only thing is they only have two cashiers, sometimes one even when its busy so you might have to wait in a long line!

I easily found all of the items that I was looking for and I found the staff to be very helpful.

Dirty, should hire a cleaning service. More people or pay more money to workers. .

Sadly, this is my least favorite Dallor Tree store! Merchandise not well stocked like other stores. Mouse drops on shelves with food displayed. Bathroom locked forbitted for customers use. Needs improvement!

Horrible. Very long lines only 2 cashiers open. One had a problem with his register and hes not standing there. Did not keep customers in line informed.

On monday 15 2016 I bought in this place . When finished shopping I went to pay I had an old ten dollar bill to pay. the cashier refused to accepted because according to her that bill was fake and has no line. It was a spanish lady(puerto rican). Can someone tell her that an old bill has no line? And #2 I think they need more training in customer service.
