I have used Backlender Cleaning Service for the past 8 months since moving into my house. I needed a cleaning to get rid of the new construction dust and they did a wonderful job so I kept them on board for bi-weekly cleanings of my four bedroom house. They are great at paying attention to detail and initially Silvio would walk through the house to make sure everything was how I wanted it. They worked around my crazy schedule, as I have businesses in NY and only had early morning times for them to come. Now they are able to clean on the weekends which makes the service much more convenient. I definitely would recommend this company as they consistently get the job done and the price is right!

I certainly felt constrained to compose an audit about backlender as Im incredibly happy with the administration and completely LOVE the cleaners! I was on the chase for another maid and reached a couple of organizations, and picked backlender. They were extremely responsive and obliging to my timetable, needs, and demands. They even booked a call for us to examine so she could guarantee the entirety of my needs were met (Im one of those individuals with records and bunches of directions ) and talk things through. I live in Montclair Nj and you guys came to my home a couple weeks ago you did a great job but miss a spot in the attic bathroom still had some streaks in the shower glass unlike many other companies they were true to their word and came back the following day to fix it. The worst very un reliable company that I have dealt with. Three weeks ago because of the reviews, I contacted company, after one week, this guy Silvio called me back, came to see office next day, said would send a contract wit price through email. Im still waiting??? I tried calling, emailing, leaving message he went MIA??? I think the good reviews are family members boosting up the company. I also spoke to two the people who used them in office and in their home, and was told woman they contract out, go in do cleaning for the eye to see, and leave. Very un reliable.

This cleaning service is impeccable. my friend referred me to their site since i told her i had problems with my cleaning services and cleaning dog hair out of my apartment. so i decided to give backlender a try, i scheduled a service and on the day of my appointment, i received a text message that she was about to arrive. i stayed with jessica, the woman who came the first time around since i wanted to give her a tour and meet her since she would be in my home mostly when im not there (im always working). jessica is very trustworthy and my place is always spotless. jessica has been cleaning my home for 3 months now and i could not be happier with dog-hair free and spotless home.
