William was professional and on time and I really appreciate the labor I really truly do, however it just wasnt up to the standards that I thought it would be. I had my 2 sofas with the pillows, 2 rugs, and 4 diner table seats cleaned. I thought that they would have been cleaned better at the price that was charged, not that the money was the issue. I was willing the pay the price for a good cleaning but it was wasnt up to the standards. The 4 diner table seats still had some stains on them. The sofas looked like they were just cleaned with some water. I appreciate the effort but I wouldnt use this service again.

William was super professional and thorough. I called the company to come take a look at my carpets in a new house and he was able to give me a great price and clean everything that same day! Id used them before to clean a sectional couch and was thrilled with the service then. Its great to see a company consistently deliver.

I just had my sofa and area rugs cleaned. I couldn’t be happier. Well worth the great price. Other places, tv commercial places wanted so much more. I simply went by the amazing reviews and I was convinced. And then speaking to the owner I was even more convinced so much so that they came into my apartment without me home and never meeting them. My apartment was left spotless and put back in order. And now I DO NOT need to buy a new sofa. It was brought back to new. DEFINITELY use this company. You WILL NOT be disappointed

Found William on Facebook. 10 times better than Stanley steamer and much more reasonable. He got pet stains out Of two carpets and one area rug that look like new now! Also had my couch cleaned, he brought it back to life. Highly recommend him!!!

I am late on writing this review which is something you dont have to worry about from Klean Bright. They are always on time and we have used them several times over the course of two years.They are friendly, professional, quick, and informative. As they progress from room to room they let you know what they are doing. We have small kids who use every room as a playground :-), but by time Klean Bright is done you would not know it. They were able to get out stains that I did not think were possible. At the same time, they are upfront on the stains they could not get out.I would recommend Klean Bright to any busy parents. You will spend more time and effort trying with store rental machines and bottle products that are not guaranteed to work. I know because I have tried them in the past. Depending on the stain, you will not know if you got it out until the carpet dries. By that time , you may have already returned the machine.If you want quick, reliable, friendly service. Go with Klean Bright. I will.

I needed to clean my rugs and found Klean Bright of Bloomfield. I was a bit hesitant as I did not have recommendations for this business and didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised! William showed up 15 min before the appointment and was actually waiting to call the ring on time! Very considerate and polite! He cleaned the rugs thoroughly, helped me to move them where they belong and even did an additional small rug at no charge. My rugs literally look like new! I was also impressed how fast the whole job was performed. It took about an hour for 4 rugs. Fantastic job, William! Highly recommend! And the rugs were dry in about an hour!

I was pleasantly surprised when William from Klean Bright arrived @ my house earlier than the appt time. He was extremely courteous & friendly. He helped me pick up alot of furniture I had left to clear the path for cleaning and vacuuming. He did a great job both cleaning, vacumming, disinfecting & deodorizing my bedroom, living room & stair carpet. Wish i can bottle the deodorizer b/c it was such a nice clean & fresh scent. Considering I have a dog & a toddler, he suggested the carpet be cleaned every 6 months. And Ill definitely be doing so. Thank you William & Klean Bright, you are awesome!
