I was able to walk in to do my taxes without any wait. I have used them the last several years and have never been contacted by the IRS from having mistakes on forms that were filed. They are able to give good tax advice for next year. It was a bit more expensive this year compared to previous years, but that was because I did some work as an independent contractor. I have never owed any taxes either when I have filed with Jackson Hewitt.
