Adam and Tony were fabulous. These young men were on-time, courteous and professional. They explained everything ahead of time and then worked swiftly and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Brody was great. He came to my house to clean the ducts, trunk lines, furnace and dryer vent. He was professional, respectful and not pushy about providing service after he gave me his estimate. The price for the service was much more than approximated by whomever it was I scheduled with on the phone (by a few hundred dollars!), but I just wanted to get it done before the cold weather season. It would have been a 5 star review if the scheduler had been more up front about costs.

I had Travis and Jarret out to clean my carpets and they did a great job. I loved that they showed me the urine in the carpet with a black light. They were very friendly and hard working. THEY ARE THE BEST! We will definitely be having them out again.

Well for starters guy on the phone quoted me at $450 max for 3 main trunk lines, 3 holes cut, and 25 vents. Well they get here and I am told $676Then they try to bargain down to $537 and I said leave. Promptly received a call where they got the price after tax to $460. That was nice but was is not nice is that their holes keep popping open and pouring cold air into the basement instead of the whole house. From what it looks like they bent one register sticking their want down it. Half the registers were put back in wrong and one was shoved back in without even rescrewing it so it fell out as they closed the door. Now I’m spending my time fixing their holes and the registers. As well as dust all over the carpet and floors afterwards. Very doubtful I’ll use them again. Everyone I talked to said they were great. Also to mention it would have been nice to see before and after photos or even been shown on the camera. As well as my understanding on using a truck mounted vacuum was all the other vents needed to be sealed for it to work properly mine didn’t get sealed. But that may be old news so correct me if I wrongI could go on with other things but what’s the point.

I hired Twin Cities Finest to clean the carpets in our new house that looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in quite some time and are definitely on the older side. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were very friendly, and communicated with me about how long it would take, and they even finished early. The carpets look and smell great, and I think they even got out some pretty old stains. I would definitely use them again.

We have been in our house for 4 years and a sticker on our furnace indicated it had been TWEnTY ONE years since the ducts had been cleaned. To say we were overdue is an understatement! Adam and Brody were awesome to work with. They helped me pick the services that fit my budget and they were professional and efficient with the whole process. We chose Twin Cities Finest from the other competitors for 2 reasons: first & foremost, they were able to schedule both carpet cleaning and duct/vent cleaning within the same appointment with the same technician, and second, the value of the services combined was great! We were able to schedule our appointment within a week or so of scheduling and when we used a ValPak coupon, we saved even more on the services (I am just a real person leaving an honest review, even if it sounds like a paid advertisement!). Used these guys based on the positive reviews. Recently closed on a home and will be moving in from out of state in a couple weeks. The good: easy to schedule, they worked with our home and realtor as we haven’t moved in yet, and communicated before and after the work was completed. Not so good: lack of transparency in pricing online. Overall job ended up being 10x the ‘5 room special’ and 85 dollar duct cleaning. Ultimately though- the job was completed and done very thoroughly, from what I can tell. Didn’t get duct pictures and wasn’t there to observe so can’t comment on what I couldn’t see.

Aaron came out to clean the vents in our two-bedroom rambler. He was very courteous and explained all of the work he would be doing. A job well-done: concise and efficient. I learned that the previous owners of my home hadnt cleaned the vents out, ever! Adam and Dawson did great work to clean out the vents in my home.Later I learned that the dryer vent wasnt drying, so Adam and Dawson came back and took care of everything, at no extra charge; it turns out there was a birds nest in the dryer vent that was causing blockage. Im extremely happy with their service.

Brandon did the walk-through, explaining the process and everything that had to be done. Communicated with us during the entire process and cleaned 34 vents and cut new access holes, all in under 3 hours. Priced everything upfront and the price was reasonable. One of them screwed up the scheduling, the other didnt communicate with us that their worker had called in sick and wasnt able to make it to the house so we sat around and waited all day. I booked a vent and dryer vent cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Walked my home with me to locate each vent and explained the process and how long it would take before he got started cleaning the vents. When he was done, he informed me that he actually couldnt clean my dryer vent because it was located on my roof and that was against their policy. I wish I would have been informed prior to booking that they were unable to clean vents located on the roof, because the main reason I booked this appointment was to have my dryer vent cleaned.

We scheduled two ottomans cleaned and you can NOT even tell them were done? Look at difference in color... Ottoman cleaned by Twin Cities Finest, dirty still! Pillow I threw in washer and came out clean, whitened & bright. Wish I could do same for ottomans..

The quality of my carpet cleaning was satisfactory but not excellent. They do not carry furniture elevators like other carpet cleaners so you can’t simply move your furniture to clean and then place furniture on foam for drying. Technician professionalism was average to below average. Price ended up being above other comparable companies. The carpet that was cleaned is good but not superior to any other place. Called for an appointment, it was easy to get on their schedule. Gave a window of time 12-3, communicated via text they were in route. Arrived as expected. Reviewed with me the locations of all air ducts/returns and furnace location and explained how it would be done.The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars is the one item I really wanted done was my dryer vent. He stated the dryer flow seemed to be good and that the vent is too high for him to access from outside. Offered no other solution to getting it done other than speaking with my HOA. I explained I am the HOA President and it is not something the HOA covers. I got back....**crickets**I understand this is a throw in item you advertise with, but doesnt the company provide a method to get this done for the customer?

Dawson and Matt came out to clean our vents and some pet stains from babysitting our daughters dog. Our carpet was less than 3 months old and they returned it to like new condition. Couldnt be happier. The ductwork cleaning wasnt able to be performed because of our systems installation unfortunately. Dawson explained why and what could result if they tried so I appreciated the fact that they didnt try and sell me another way of doing it that may harm the system. Great guys and work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Adam Ihde out to clean out our ducts and dryer vent. The extras; addtl vents, access panel and trunk line, more than tripled the special/coupon price. Get a clear understanding of what is covered in any special pricing from any company.Adam walked the house to identify what he was doing and what more he would need to do to complete the job. He did a good job and was friendly.

Twin Cities Finest was great at scheduling and prompt. The technician that did the work was very friendly and seemed competent with rug cleaning. I would give 5 stars for this service.The reason for 3 star review (average) is the service for steam cleaning tile. We had two small bathrooms (1 + 3/4). We just purchased the house and we did have silicone applied in some areas and it was stained. We understood this would not be cleaned. However on the areas where there was only grout (walls and floors) the steam cleaning did not return the grout to the original color and instead was more inconsistent in color after attempted cleaning. It was essentially a waste of $150.In our 1st floor bath, there was color lock on the grout. The technician did not detect it before starting and it created a small area of color inconsistency before he stopped and said he could not continue. I was not charged for the second bathroom, and did not reschedule work based on the lack of results with the first bathroom.
