Roberts Ducts provided all around excellent service. We were given an accurate quote over the phone to have our air ducts cleaned based on the square footage of our home (no surprise costs). Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and took pictures so we could see the before/after. He was courteous as he navigated around our home, being mindful of our dogs and of our space as we were working from home. Our house felt cleaner almost immediately after this service, I highly recommend it.

Our new clothes dryer stopped drying, we clean our lint trap with each load, but the dryer kept stopping and saying duct was blocked. On Wednesday my team members told me that the dryer was not working and we were getting a code on the dryer that the venting was the problem. I looked for a company that had numerous good reviews. I found Roberts Ducts here in Blaine and emailed him. He responded very quickly to my email and said that he could come out the next day between 11 and 1. He was kind enough to call us prior to our appointment letting us know that he was running a few minutes behind. He showed up at 1:15 pm and then went right to work.What I thought was just a simple straightforward duct cleaning turned out to be way more. The duct from the dryer to the roof had separated due to water leaking. He took one look at it and said that he could easily fix this which he proceeded to do. Ben was great to work with! We needed our dryer vent cleaned ASAP, as a single load of laundry was taking up to three hours to dry. Our dryer vents out the roof of our two story home. Because of the snow and ice on our roof (it was January), it was a challenge to find someone who was willing to do the job. I called Ben and explained the situation. He was at my house within three hours and was able to access and clean the vent through the attic. Our dryer works great again! I bought a fixer upper that is a mess! The owner had an unvented dryer and the wet lint was sucked right into the furnace for 30 years! The ducts were filled with gross, thick dust/lint. I’m sorry I can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was wonderful. He said that he actually enjoyed doing the job! He went above and beyond, even cleaning the furnace blower, which normally doesn’t have stuff in it. He also noticed a cat pee smell, and used some sort of fogged to treat the ducts.He was friendly, courteous, prompt, informative, and clearly enjoys providing an excellent service for his customers.I have recommended Roberts Air Duct Cleaning to friends and neighbors. Typical Blow&Go company that over charges for coming to clean the main trunk line of your vents while claiming to clean out all air vents. Ha! All they do is blow the debris out of the main trunk line and that’s the hunk they show you. They push the rest of the debris through your house to places nobody can see while making a huge dust mess throughout your entire home... thought I was getting my vents cleaned?? Didn’t realize this was such a con. I ended up having to clean up after Ben for hours after he left my house. Will not recommend to anyone unless they want to throw money in the trash.I own a few properties in the metro area and will not be asking this company back to do work on any of them.

We called Roberts Air Duct Cleaning several weeks ago after we smelled a mouldy smell in our house. Ben came the next day. He explained how mold in our AC can spread to the entire house and grow in all different places. It could even make us sick. After he was done you could really smell the difference.
