Overall the professionalism is excellent. I was treated with courtesy and all my questions were answered honestly. The testing was very comfortable and the instruction on how to use my hearing aids was thorough and patient. Settling my account was more difficult than it needed to be for some reason. But having said that, I will continue to be a patient and will highly recommend The Hearing Clinic.

I came in with my Mom today. Everyone was very patient and polite, and were very good at providing education on findings of the results of the hearing test. They also provided info on the next steps to take to help my Mom hear better. It is a very caring office. Thank you for all you do!

My visit for my hearing test was very pleasant. The staff is extremely attentive, patient, and experienced. All my questions were answered by the staff and Dr. Bowman whom I had my appointment with. The wait period could be shorter, but I think living in this area, we are spoiled when it comes to things like that, and I already feel bad for even mentioning it. Thank you.

I have used the Hearing Clinic for many years. I have always received great service and support. My current hearing aids, which Ive had for a bit over one year, are superb. The Bluetooth interface to my phone, tinnitus reduction and excellent sound quality make hearing in all environments and circumstances comfortable and effective. The Hearing Clinics willingness and ability to work with me to make incremental adjustments as my hearing changes keeps performance at the level I need it. My wife often observes how much nicer it is that I can hear well, notably when she sees other women having to speak loudly and repeat themselves to their husbands. So great hearing aids do more than just help the person wearing them.

I have been going to The Hearing Clinic to monitor my hearing due to a diagnosis of Menieres. As a part of my treatment plan it is necessary to monitor hearing loss on a regular basis. The audiologist at The Hearing Clinic is always friendly and professional. She always remembers to ask how my problem with tinnitus is affecting my hearing on the day of my test.
