I had to go through WASH and RUN car wash a few times for it to get my car cleaned. In the long run it still didnt get my car what should have been expected for the most expensive wash. The things was after I looked over my car after the first wash I went inside to tell the lady attendant that my car wasnt clean. The gentlemen chimed in and made it sounded like it was my fault. He said I should have taken a window squeegee to my car before hand. Maybe so, but the way he said it didnt feel like advice, and I felt like I was a burden to them. As if I was being talked down to. It wasnt like I went mud dobbin, or there was sap on my car. Never the less, I didnt feel good about my interaction with the staff when I was inside the building or a while after I left. Brand new car wash is very poor at cleaning and drying. Talked to manager about the poor wash and he said it is useless but didn’t offer a refund or a re-wash. Save your money and take to a quality wash instead.

Very rude and wouldnt return my pre-pay fuel amount and it was the only money i had after they accidentally chose the wrong fuel and i cant use it in my car. i still am out 40$ no return on the card like promised. i think they just took my 40$ and got some of their own gas... i feel violated

The worst and I mean worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have purchased thousands of dollars of fuel and merchandise from this location over the years and have always been treated well. Tonight was a different story as the clerk was extremely rude and this was the last time I will ever set foot on the property. There are plenty of other stations in this town that would appreciate my business. I stated that I would not ever spend a dime in this store again and was told by the clerk, “Good”. So apparently they don’t want customers to spend money there. I am happy to oblige them!

Horrible gas station!Two elder lady’s that work there are very unprofessional about things! There are no lines for parking than get screamed at that we parked wrong. Skip it and go to the next gas station! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The automatic car wash here does a better job drying your vehicle than the other ones in town. Its in a good location for those who live in town to gas up before travelling west on I-94.
