Kim has been cutting my hair for almost 12 years. I first started having her cut my hair when she was at Plaza Barbers and I followed her to Straight Edge Barber Shop.Kim is the best barber Ive ever had. She knows exactly how I want my hair cut and always provides excellent service. Took my boys for a hair cut, she did not know how to fade evenly, and overall very poor haircuts.

Just walked into the barber shop for the first time 09/21/2020 and was instantly greeted and seated right away. Got my hair cut the way I wanted and also got the back of my neck shaved with a single blade razor for the first time and it was awesome. They cut my hair in a timely manner and did a great job of it. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped into the door and the barber wasn’t shy or hesitant on starting a conversation. Great service and will be coming back for the next hair cut. Highly recommend going here.

Mel does great work and has the perfect personality for this. Being a one-woman shop really is something to be enjoyed. To paraphrase her, it can quickly become a therapy session on top of a great haircut. Would recommend to anyone look for a more personal atmosphere.

Kim does excellent flat top haircut and still uses straight edge razor on scalp and necks. Supports all military members of all branches. Been going to her since she started. So nice to set up appointments and or just walk in.
