The first time I went they where empty and they told me they couldnt get to me even though they had an hour left before close, the next day I went back and got in within 20 minutes. My stylist was awesome she took care of everything for me and gave me a new style that I like alot

1st time there and had an excellent experience there. I went on 12-21-20 when it first opened at 9am. I got a coupon for a free haircut (haircuts are $18) Im usually picky about me hair. This was the 1st time with someone cutting my hair I didnt have to explain how to cut it. She knew exactly how and what to do. This will be my new place to go to. Thanks for the nice lady (dont know her name) with dark hair and tattoos that cut my hair.

None of the stylists wanted to do a flat top for my significant other. They claimed to know how to do it but were unwilling to. One stylist finally decided she would but then it was going to be a two and a half hour wait before he could get it done.

They are awesome.. very nice.

Very compliant with the government regulations when it came to the covid19 standards set forth by the Government. I would suggest downloading the application, either for Google or for iPhone, that is the best way to set up a time as to when you can get your haircut. I would also suggest getting the VIP treatment. It definitely helps with this stress of being in isolation for so long. Definitely going to be going to sports clips for my haircuts!

Quickest haircut ever!

Ive been here 3 times total. The first time was great! I think I had Amelia, she did a fantastic hair cut! The second time not so much, I had someone that did my haircut in less than 10 minutes and she did not listen to what I wanted. Long story short I ended up going home and buzzing my hair. But this last visit I had there roughly a week or two ago I got one of the best haircuts so far. I was there for almost an hour since I got the works but it was worth every second of it. Ill definitely be returning and recommending this place to my friends. 5 out of 5 stars

Amelia did a fantastic job giving my 14 month old grandson a faded buzz cut. 10 minutes is all she needed to have a precise cut — she keep his attention while assuring him all he tools were fine. Great job. I highly recommend her.

They say on the website that they have mask for you, but when I got there they made me leave and go buy my own. I lost my spot in line and was late to work. These stupid mask prevent nothing anyway.

Seems to be the place for to get a hair cut right now. Wait times usually shorter then expected. Never had any complaints about my hair. Pretty good customer service.

My Fiance and I went here cause we were recommended by one of our co workers because she loves and adores the place she gave us a free buddy card...We decided to check the place out today at around 4:30 pm. It didnt take long for us to get a spot for a cut the wait wasnt long at all. It may be a place more for men to get a cut at but we both were happy with the service from these ladies! It was fantastic and we just recommended it for the rest of the family its a great place to go! We are glad we gave this place a shot when we need a cut next time we shall be coming in again! Such beautiful service! ❤

I love this hair salon. The gals here are very kind and do a dam good job at what they were hired to do. The prices are very reasonable also compared to other barbershop that I have been to. If I would recommend a hair salon, Sport Clips of Bismarck is the one.

Since moving to Bismarck in June of this year I have had 3 cuts by this location. None have been even nor have they been faded properly. Now I show this evening an hour before close and was turned away due to “we are booked through close” with 4 stylists working and 4 people waiting. I will be taking my business elsewhere now and will be letting the 2-3 thousand people I see a month to find a better place.

Not bad haircits

Today went in for just a hair cut, and from when I sat down in the chair to when I left the store was an entire hour. The haircut itself was okay, but not worth the 19 dollars. Ive been going here for the last year or so and they normally do a great job. But today was the worst experience Ive ever had getting a hair cut.

Took my husband to get his hair cut 3 weeks ago. Horrible job, lopsided and uneven. Took my son today to give it a 2nd chance and wow!!! Big mistake. My son has bald spots in the front and one in the back. Uneven. We came home and I had to try and fix what I could. Talk about devastation for an 8 year old. Never going back.

Other than booking online, the rest was a snap. One I had an account I showed up when asked and got a nice haircut.

Came in for a hair cut and was not what i was expecting. It looked good when when it was combed and styled but when I got home and combed it all straight it looked like my hair went threw a Freddy Krueger horror film. More so a chop job then a haircut. This is a place you send your buddy to as a joke, not for a professional haircut

Great place to get a haircut with great friendly service. You can walk in or check-in online before you arrive to get a spot in line. They have big screen Tvs all around to catch the game. They also have MVP service like a hot towel face wrap, Tea Tree shampoo & leave-in conditioner, and relaxing shoulder message.

Lady just buzzed my head and left a little hair on top. I look like Beaker on Sesame St.!!! Sideburns uneven. She seemed to get me in and out as quick as possible. I will not be going back. Awful experience.

My haircut always turns out great there.

My wife and I just had our three year old son in this evening, and we had one of the best hair cut experiences of his life.A little background, our little man does not like haircuts. Once he realizes he is getting a haircut he starts crying and doesn’t stop until he’s back in the car seat.Laken was our stylist this evening and she was fantastic! She took her time through his tears, was patient, and didn’t even flinch when she cut her own finger while doing the haircut. She even asked to fix a few spots, where other stylists would have tapped out because of the screaming toddler.She checked, and rechecked, to make sure we were satisfied with the haircut before checking us out and we definitely were.My wife and I can’t stop saying how good it looks and have exclaimed several times that it is his best haircut yet.Fantastic experience all around and we will definitely be back to see Laken.

My haircut wasnt bad, by far better than any haircut Ive got in Bismarck so far but they dont really specialize in cutting female hair.

Waited almost 2hours before being helped, everyone before and after us got a haircut, why you ask...because they checked in online. I get it, however you need to make time for your walkin customers as well, especially wheb its a walk in facility.
