We had bought a used trk from Southland Intl. Part.of the deal were new steer and recap drive tires. Have put around 4k miles since then, have had 2 of the caps fail. Havent been back yet to see what they will do. They were very nice when we went to pick truck up. I live in Birmingham, have.never heard of anyone having a negative exllprriemce. Good reputable in my opinion.9-25Have been back. No hassle, once invoice found had 1 new tire on catwalk of trk, other tire had straight tread spare removed and new cap put on. Once work started done in 30 minutes. While I was out, had a Loves cap put on to replace a McGriff cap. The Loves cap didnt last a week. Companies not responsible for quality of caps. They dontake them. What they are responsible for is honoring the warranty. McGriff did a super job in that regard. Friendly service writer, and tech. Will definitely go there again for future needs. A+ interaction.

My husband, our three dogs and I were traveling from Florida through Birmingham’s notoriously bad section of interstate 65, one hour away from our destination when our RV had a blowout. We found and called McGriff Tire and were amazed that not only did they have the big tire we needed, their emergency road service technician Ricky Dale showed up in less than thirty minutes. In short order he had us back on our way. We tried to tip him to show our appreciation but he would not even take our money! Thanks to manager Ed and the whole crew for saving our trip! My husband was there to buy and change two Bridgestone tires but they were made of thailand not made of the USA. and finally He decided not to buy them. while some worker of the place stole the cap of the fuel tank. be careful and check your truck before leaving.

McGriff tire is a commercial truck and front end alignment shop. I found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable, the technicians were both skilled and efficient. The service department is a first-come-first-serve basis,I suggest you get there early or make arrangements to drop off your equipment.

I brought a truck in to get 6 new tires and after waiting for 2 hours they inform me they don’t have any tires in the size I need. Instead of checking when I first arrived and gave them the size tires I needed they let me sit for 2 hours. I guess you need to be a large fleet company with a big account to get treated with any respect. My little 6 tire order wasn’t worth the time to look it up.

They got me and right out. Id go back again. Recommend them to anybody.

Great and fast service

Tires was replaced back on both right .trailer axle. The next day the front right rear tire was flat again this time a cut on side walls not sure it’s from poor patch of repairs.. While in North Carolina machanic said the last person stripped the lug nuts and he can not take the rims and tire off. It was stated it’s illegal to change the tire while the rim is still on the trailer. McGriff stated they did not take the rim off the front axale of the trailer to repair the flat just the tire and it was on video I had to pay cash for the tire with no recipt because it’s illegal for the work done. The machanic noticed rust on the lug nuts of the right rear wheels and told me the lug nuts was not tigh, Also one of the lug nuts on the rear axle that McGriff changed out was stripped. Thank you McGriff I am back at home and I will have Goodyear fix your mess so I don’t have future issuer changing my tires because you stripped my lug nuts.

Pretty cool place they fixed my front end and I got a couple of tires from them good used tires to. I also broke down one time and they sent someone to help me get back on the road.
