Trista is not only very knowledgeable about the rental market, she knows the areas of Birmingham to include the neighborhoods, local attractions, etc. She gets the application processed quickly and helps step by step with the rental process. The homes are clean and well kept, move in ready. Every property I looked at was inviting and maintained. If Trista was on an appointment, Ruby calls back quickly to answer any questions. I wouldn’t rent a home from anyone else!

I had high hopes that this place would be better than my current property managers. I call the agent and sent her a text. She responded a month later. Not a good sign of good things to come... So of course I did not work with them. Maybe they are better if you are already in contract with them, but I kind of doubt it.
