I didnt have an appointment but they still had me seated very quickly (even though they only had two staff members and multiple customers already there). I thought maybe the quality would be affected by their speed, but it wasnt at all! Love my finger nails and toe nails! Would definitely recommend this nail salon!!

Super clean, very lovely decorated and peaceful salon! Super friendly staff. I got a pedicure and manicure with a full set. Great quality of service! You will not be disappointed. They use plastic in the pedicure tubs to keep everything sanitary and sanitize the chair and all other areas immediately after your pedicure is completed. If I lived in this area this would be my go to salon!

Hung did an amazing job on my no chip mani and alpha pedicure. Jackie welcomed me and was very courteous! This establishment is beautiful inside 😍. I love the cleanliness and style of this place! The nail bar was my fave. Felt like happy hour! Check out the pics.

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Sophie is so sweet and funny! She stayed past the time they were closed to do my nails. She was so welcoming. She even explained why she did certain things to the nail. They will give you their best options of what to use on your nails. They take their time and actually care about you here!! My daughter introduced me to Omega Nails (Caroline) and I have been hooked every since. Now, me and my other daughter are regulars.It is so refreshing to experience not just basic but exceptional customer service. The ambiance is wonderful and matches the always warm, inviting and, relaxing service. Both ladies (Caroline and Diana) pay very close attention to detail. My daughter love the great art work Diana does for her. She is never shaken by the request but rises to the challenge. They are truly an asset to Omega Nail Boutique.I highly recommend this nail salon.

I went here yesterday to get a manicure and left very unsatisfied... I told the guy that I wanted acrylic nails .. they were not busy at all when I first we t in but about 10 minutes into my service another woman came in wanting her nails done.. there was only 2 workers there... A few minutes later another lady came in wanting her nails done he told her it would be an hour so she got upset and left... The guy that was doing my nails got irritated I guess because he was losing service so he started rushing on my nails.. I asked for diamond jewels and he said yes he had them but he never went and got them.. he didnt clip all the skin from around my nail beds... the finger nail polish doesnt go all the way down the nail.... and the biggest thing is there are huge gaps between where the fake nail is supposed to be glued to my real nail also he left alot of excess acrylic on the back of my nails... Then he charged me $70 for this service.. I was very dissapointed in this service... they were very nice and Im sure he could have done a better job he was just trying to rush so he could get the next customer but I paid for something and it was a complete waste of money!!!!

Today was my first time going to this establishment. This was such a great experience. As soon as you step inside it is such a welcoming and warm, relaxing environment. I had a gel pedicure, Hung did amazing. He was so delicate yet paid great detail to my feet. I have never been so relaxed- best pedicure ever. Diana did an SNS extension and got the shape PERFECT, she listened to how sharp I wanted them and not 1 nail is even a little crooked. The girl chat in the salon was also very fun and welcoming. The prices were comparable to other places I’ve been to in the Birmingham area, but for the quality I received I would have been happy to pay more. I will be going back.

Ive been going to Omega Nail Boutique for close to 2 years now. Caroline and the staff are warm and friendly. They strive to be sure you are well taken care of. You need to check them out! Pedicures are also amazing! Try the Jelly Spa Bath one. My feet have never been so soft. They offer an array of pure organic lotions and foot scrubs. They are also the cleanest nail salon that Ive ever been in, and trust me, Ive been to a few over the years. Love them dearly!

Absolute worst looking nails I’ve ever had done. I would give a negative star if I could. I immediately went somewhere else to have them correct it. He left a lot of glue and polish on my fingers. The nails were not even. My nails looked worse after I left there than they did when I went in.

I decided to try Omega because they had good reviews online. I went to have SNS removed and a manicure. I had a gentleman take the SNS off of my right hand and file my nails down. He randomly switched out with a lady and she did the left hand. It appears they did not communicate with each other because the man rounded my nails on the right hand and the lady squared my nails on the left hand. I asked the lady to fix the nails and make them look the same but this did not happen. The lady also proceeded to file the top of my nails down even more. My nails are paper thin now. One just broke in half in the nail bed. Once she began to paint my nails she did not cover the whole nail and left huge gaps open. It appeared that she could not see clearly. There was a language barrier so I asked another technician to let her know this. They proceeded to try another color on my nails but the outcome was the same. I asked to have the nail color removed and to leave. I was still asked to pay $13 for a “manicure.” Very unprofessional and the worst “manicure” I have had. I wish I could post pictures in this review.

I have never been so quick to leave a 5 star review but Caroline and Hoang were awesome and Im so happy with my manicure and pedicure!! I made an appointment and didnt wait at all. Caroline came up with an amazing design and it was just perfect!!

Best nail salon in Birmingham! Anything I show Sophie I want, she makes it happen. Very warm and welcoming environment. As a male, I feel comfortable there, I don’t feel rushed, and my feet feel more soft since I’ve been coming.

I can’t say enough good things about Omega!!! I absolutely love all the people there because they do a stellar job, plus it is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to (and they were super clean BEFORE COVID)! I work out a lot and beat my nails up, but with Omega, my nails last SO long every time. I can get at least three weeks out of my gel pedis. If you haven’t tried Omega, you’re definitely missing out!!

Omega is all about service. From its first customer to its last they go out of their way to make whatever your getting the best it can be. My pedicure and manicure were amazing and they really pampered my boyfriend and I with red red and white wines. Plus they are one of the only locations for hi quality dip nails in Birmingham.

What a great place. Not a typical nail salon. My wife and I love Caroline. As a guy, it’s sometimes uncomfortable to go to a nail place but they make you feel so welcome. I actually consider her a friend. We are regulars now.

In Birmingham this week for work and needed a nail repair. After looking at multiple salons online I settled on Omega. I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is incredible and the service was even better. I went ahead and had the color changed on my nails along with the repair. She was kind enough to reshape my stiletto. I joked that I was now going to have to travel 6 hours just to get my nails done!

Jackie is an excellent nail tech. He was super nice and professional. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. It has the upscale salon feeling. The pricing is reasonable and the service is A1.

I have to say that this is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to!! Everyone was so kind and actually attentive to what I wanted my nails to look like. Even when I wanted to shorten my nails, I didn’t get the typical nail tech eye roll or sigh. They said “Absolutely! We want you to be comfortable with your nails”. I even tried a new design I saw on Pinterest (which I was nervous about), and my nails came out identical to what I wanted.Caroline and Sophie made me feel very welcome. It was like I had know them for years. Needless to say, I will be going back and I give them more than 5 stars!

I really like trying new nail boutiques, this one had so much potential. The ladies were so sweet, however I paid a good amount for a gel pedicure & two of the nails came off the next morning. After I went back to get them fixed, another fell off the day after.

I walked by omega boutique and I was curious so I walked in. They just opened! I was greeted by the owner Stephen. I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was calming, but thats not the only thing, the nail techs did an amazing job on my fullset. I have been going from nail salon to nail salon and the service was always good or the worst experience of my life, but this set was immaculate. I highly recommend this boutique if youre tired of going place to place.

I am OCD about getting my nails done every 2 wks and its extremely rare for me to go 3 wks or longer, but when I noticed my travel schedule had me going to Birmingham this wk then my maintenance schedule went out the window. The girls at omega are amazing and are totally worth the wait! If I could I would fly them to Atlanta every 2 weeks just to do my nails!!

My and Andy are the owners of this salon and they are without a doubt THE BEST. They work very hard to provide the very best service and the quality of the mani/pedi is the best you will find anywhere. My and Andy have over 20 years experience and everything you ask them to do is top notch. My manicures always last 3 weeks for gel.The salon is spotless and all instruments are cleaned properly. All 9f this adds up to a great value . Obviously, they will always have my business. Wonderful people!
