First time here. Not bad. Nothing special. Not much work done on the crunchy feet. No smiles.

BEWARE!!! * if I could give zero stars I would!It was the worst experience in my life! I will never go in that direction again. I was trying to find the salon Lovely Nails after my regular place to visit called Genesis Nail salon (highly recommend!), was closing and not taking any more clients.I arrived and was told they could complete a full set with gel. I was hesitant since everyone present were only getting manicures. But I agree to the service and before she could finish, I had to literally stop her. The acrylic surpassed my nail bed and was on my actual finger! She had cut one of my fingers to the point I was bleeding, her response was that the filer was “new”! She did not give any attention to my bleeding finger as she tried to file down the ton of acrylic over my finger. The shape was awful.The lady was very unfriendly and was angered when I asked for them to be removed. She then tried to clip my nails with clippers with the thick layer of acrylic still sitting on my nails. When I refused and asked her to properly remove them she said it would be $50 for her to do so since she had been working on my hands going on 3 hours and was not finished. Mind you I had only been in the salon for an hour at most.When I asked for the manager, no one spoke up to claim the establishment. One lady behind the lady doing my nails agreed to properly remove my nails but then insulted me telling me that mountain Brooke is an “expensive” area and I should try going to places in Birmingham! Mind you MONEY WAS NOT THE ISSUE BUT THE IMPROPERLY TRAINED EMPLOYEE WHOATTEMPTED TO DO A FULL SET! Mind you if you were the type of establishment that was not comfortable completing that service you SHOULD NOT OFFER IT TO CUSTOMERS!I was very unhappy with the service and the employees! Please do not waste your time going to this place if you would like nails properly done! There are much better places near by!*excuse the typos you can’t edit these on the phone after typing lol

The woman were nice the customer service isn’t the problem the problem is the quality an prices of the nails I was charged 95 for just umbre nails an I’m the first few days 2 of my nails lifted an I had to glue them back I didn’t get what I wanted at all I’m very upset with this place if you don’t know how to do umbre don’t do it I also told them I wanted matte nails they couldn’t even do that right

This was my 1st time in. Chau was very thorough and did an amazing job! This place is definitely on my list of favorites. 👍

Do not recommend at all! Bad customer service & they over charge for some short acrylic nails which were consider “long” they did not even ask what shape I wanted. Extremely thick layer of acrylic I had to go home take off the polish and reshape my nails also I had cuts around my nails from harsh filing. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Awful. The lady cut my cuticles and rushed through leaving my nails chipping the next day. She was not friendly nor good at her job if I am being honest.

Great pedicure! They always take their time when I come in and today was no exception. It was a great experience as usual and I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment for a couple. But when we got there (on time) they were full and we had to wait. The Deluxe pedicure was mediocre (Ive had way better) and overpriced. Maybe because its Mountain brook the pricing is like it is. I dont mind paying but not to wait when we had appointments and for mediocre service. Ill stick with others that I frequent.

Sweet, knowledgeable and do nice work. A little pricey but worth it if you want to be pampered

I love envy nail. i moves to Birmingham a year ago for school so i had to find a new shop that not only did great work but made me feel comfortable also. and i searched for 8.5 months (never returning to another shop for one reason or another) before i stumbled upon envy nails and it is literally the best nail shop Birmingham has to offer. the facility is gorgeous the people are friendly and welcoming and they are excellent at what they do. i recommend them to everyone and i always get complemented on their work. the female works are amazingly friendly. im a fan for sure!
