Sophie and Jennifer were wonderful. Got a great pedicure from Sophie while my wife got one from Jennifer. Both were sociable and very funny and engaging. Honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Really appreciate Sophie going the extra mile with my bit of ingrown nail.

Jennifer and Sofie took care of us and they were both so sweet and funny. They took their time and were very detail oriented. We will be back.

These are literally the worst nails I’ve ever had! I picked a color and she said it was too light for the acrylics so she picked my color. I told her I wanted a French tip but in a V shape so I showed her a picture. She said that it wouldn’t look good and to get regular. I told her I wanted short and she kept nagging me to get longer but I did not agree. She was very rude to me and kept hitting my skin with the little electric thing they use and giggled everytime she did. At the end, I asked why the tips were so thick. She said it looks best that way and wouldn’t look right any other way. The only time she was nice to me was when I tipped her- looking back at it I shouldn’t have.

Extremely disappointed with my nails. I came here for an emergency fix. One of my nails cracked over my nail bed and I didn’t want to risk it breaking completely, so I came here about an hour before closing on a Sunday. It was time to get them redone anyway, so I was just gonna get my stiletto shape tips cut off to my real nail length and do a coffin shape. I wanted my acrylic soaked off, but she (Tina) assured me that that wasn’t necessary and that she could fix my nail. These are literally the worst shaped nails anyone has ever done for me. They are different lengths, lop-sided, some are thicker than others some are wider than others, and I don’t know WHAT shape they are!! Oh, and the polish is uneven. Oh, and she kept running up on my skin with the electric files and thought it was funny!😣😣 I’m definitely going back tomorrow to try to get them redone by someone else. This is embarrassing 🤦🏽‍♀️ It looks like I tried to do them myself!

I was very very disappointed with my service here. I asked for a certain shape nail and Judy gave me something completely different. I kept telling her and she kept telling me it was too late. She does not listen to you she will do whatever she wants. Everyone else there seem very nice and professional but NOT Judy. I have never been to a nail solan that does not listen to what you want.

I recieved gel nails on 03/04. I called for a 9:00 appointment (not realizing they opened at 9:30) and I was told that was fine. When I got there they seemed surprised to see me but were very nice.What a lovely atmosphere and what lovely personalities. My nails were very beautiful when I left and I was satisfied. HOWEVER, 3 days later, one chips then another and then another. By day 4, I had 5 chipped and they were looking very streaky. ( I do not have a job that requires me to use my nails, I usually have on gloves.)I called on day 7 after being fed up and was told that they would redo them as long as it was before day 10. Unfortunately, I caught a severe sinus infection and could not go back by day 10 without infecting others. The quality was very poor for something that cost me $51 (tip included). Normally, these nails last 7 to 10 days and mine lasted maybe 3.I removed them and will being go elsewhere. I do have to say that the atmosphere is lovely but if you want professional and quality nails, beware.

Nails or Grace is clean, socially distant and my pedicure was great, but they are way overpriced for the services received. I waited over 40 minutes even though I had an appointment, and since they were running behind the guy rushed though my SNS manicure. He didn’t soak my nails, skipped the base dip, skipped the cuticle clipping, skipped the massage & only gave me the littlest tiniest bit of lotion. The shape is good, but I had to come home and clip my own cuticles abs reapply lotion. My SNS nails ONLY LASTED 4 DAYS! I was told the color on my toes would match my nails, but they aren’t even close to matching. The people are nice, but their rushed services are not worth their high prices.

Went with my mom and sister and absolutely loved it. I will go here again to get my nails done. Clean. Great service. Quick, but not rushed. Offered us drinks. Loved my manicure. Satisfied us by nail shape and color. Highly recommend!

Just got the classic pedicure. The only place Ive found in YEARS that actually spends time massaging your feet & do a good job at that!!!

Took my 11-year-old granddaughter for a pedicure as a special treat. I dont get manicures/pedicures very often, but the times I do, I am always trying different places hoping to find a place I love and want to return to. I have found that place at Nails of Grace! These were the nicest people I have ever encountered in a nail salon. Lets be honest, sometimes they are just a little uppity or condescending at these spas....I cant put my finger on it really. But the atmosphere here was warm and welcoming. And the young woman did such an excellent job on my granddaughter. Even though there are probably a dozen nail salons between my house and this place, I will make the trip here in the future.

Love this place! Even before renovations, they were an excellent place to get your nails done. Friendly and professional staff! The prices are reasonable as well.

They are honestly just great. They take their time making sure that your nails are the way you like it. Sweet people, beautiful place 10 out of 10 all around!

It was my first time at Rose nails and everyone was very friendly and inviting. I got super lucky with Rico. He was very friendly and personable. He also slayed my nails! I haven’t had someone do my coffin shape so well since I’ve moved to the Inverness area a year ago! I think it’s safe to say I have found my new nail tech :-)

So, me and my friends went to get our nails done. Although there was not a wait time, my nail chipped the day after I got them done. Out of all my friends there, I was the last person to start but the first person finished. My friend had three different people that worked on her nails and hers were not even polished nicely. My nails were not even cut. They were filed but have uneven edges. All in all, not a good experience.

There is a GOD!! My prayers have been answered. The precision that these fine people work to is unmatched!! I’ve found a new home!!

I was in search of a new nail place and stumbled upon Rico!!!!! I told him how I had been going to the nail salon place in Chelsea beside the WinnDixie and I was getting my nails done by David and the minute one of his big tipping regulars came in I was sent to another chair and finished by someone else😡🤬😡Rico was absolutely amazing and did a great job on my nails!!!! I have found a new Nail Home for sure!!!The entire atmosphere is amazing, the building was clean and the staff super friendly!!!!!

This place was clean, the people were very friendly and took their time to do a good job! The only reason I am giving four stars is because they were extremely high and their prices. It was $23 for each child pedicure, $45 for my pedicure ($30 for a regular pedicure but I added sea salt scrub and 10 minute foot massage) and $36 for shellac nails. They did a wonderful job, great massage, very polite but quite pricey.

Worst service ever. I tried to get in on 2 different days. I will not return. Over an hour wait. They dont save your spot, I went to get lunch and came back and was told another hour. Dont waste your time.

This is my new go-to nail salon. They are always courteous and take pride in their work. I typically get my nails done by Ken or his wife Katie. They both do good work.

I gave them 2 tries. Anyone can have a bad day, right? The first time I got a French gel manicure. Everything seemed ok when I left. I tipped generously (60%), I mention this because, as I was leaving, the man followed me and told me he forgot to charge me $5 for the tips (I think). I was a bit put off, since I’d tipped so much, this just felt petty, but whatever. Unfortunately, by the 4th day, they were all pealing off. Generally I get them done every 3 weeks, so imagine my shock when they lasted 1/2 of 1 week. I gave them a second chance. This time the very same night they were done, I saw they had yellowed. The same day. I tip high, because it’s always my intention to return to an establishment, and I value good service. But I won’t ever return here.

I just got my nails done here after swearing off nail salons for a while due to some not so great experiences. My nail tech was Katie, and she did a phenomenal job! I got the gel nail and it looks perfect. This is my new go to nail salon!

I play a lot of tennis and need serious, regular pedicures. Have been using Rose Nails for the last year and I love them, but I do not have tender feet at all (as a nod to the other reviewers who dont like Rose Nails). I almost never have to wait, they use good OPI products and the price is terrific.

Fast service. Clean and relaxing environment. Tools are kept in individual kits.

Invited me and some of my friends in when they were closed. some of them were drunk and clinking beers. one dudes eyes were blood shot but that doesn’t hide the fact that they gave us free eyebrow waxings.
