Terrible Customer Service , You will have to pay 1500$ for monthly help desk and they not answer your calls , Crazy ...

If you do any Canada or Mexico this software is terrible as the main features do not work. They use Google to search cities and Rand McNally for the city data base and they are different from each other. For USA it works fine. I had Unix systems 20 years ago that had more options. Want to add multiple items? Nope, its all copy and paste and that does not even look nice on the carrier confirmation. Nothing easy in this program. Want to see who moved the last 4 loads quickly? Nope....

If youre in transportation this software is an absolute must! DO more with LESS. We are going to be able to successfully leverage our existing employee without adding headcount as quickly as we otherwise would. Our brokerage is more profitable, and our companys success

If you saw how their software is developed and built behind the scenes, you wouldnt be buying their software. They dont even test their code.

I have worked with McLeod for over 15 years. This is a GREAT software for both Logistics and Dedicated companies. I cannot tell you the simplicity of it. I highly recommend this software for any trucking company.

We are so pleased with McLeod Software, I wonder if the one star reviews are fake. Our training and implementation was top-notch. Our on-site training and Go-Live went smoothly and our trainer was available to answer questions quickly even months after our Go-Live. Their customer service is exceptional, we are always treated with courtesy and our issues resolved quickly. I highly recommend partnering with McLeod Software.

I enjoy the customization that McLeod software has to offer. It can be complex at times, but we can drill it down to the functions that we need it to achieve. I recommend it to any broker or trucking company as it integrates with most other companies that you use to do business with. The one improvement that is needed is the speed in resolving technical issues and questions.

This is the best software I have used in my 28 years in the transportation business. We have been with McLeod for almost 2 years in our company, and it has totally changed the way we all work. We are more productive, and have less errors. I have had the pleasure to attend their User Conference in 2018 and it was absolutely amazing. We are looking forward to the 2019 conference as well.

Not worth a penny, support is useless, if you dont figure it on your own they wont be able to help you. We have cases that havent been resolved for several months and their response is I dont know or it needs upgrade, need to pay extra to get that done. Im getting my lawyer involved because basic functions dont work !

We have been using one version or another of LoadMaster since 1995. One of the best attributes of the company and software is that it is evolutionary not revolutionary. Since this is the case it is far easier to upgrade from package to package. The code is well written and LoadMaster works as advertised. Moreover, it is easy to work with the support staff.

Absolutely loving LoadMaster! Weve been using it about two years now and the functionality is incredible. Pretty sure weve found our forever software!

Get your wallet out!! Were not very impressed. Continually been dealing with the same issue for the past year after we installed a big upgrade(?) with a big price-tag and it has yet to get fixed. Their programmers are always working on a fix. Cant seem to get a straight answer. UPDATE: The final answer is, it must have been a glitch (the first 5+ years), now it wont function as it previously did. BUT.... they can do a modification at an extra expense to make it work again. $$$$

Best TMS system out there! Training is top notch and everyone that I have dealt with has been super friendly.

I love the software that our company uses. It is one of the best. I love all of the extra features as well. I can work from anywhere but with the recent upgrade to Global protect we got something every disappointing... That is that we use to access the Cisco Anyconnect to our IOS devices and now with this update, Mcleod choose not purchase the certificate. I am disappointed in this and really wish this would been resolved earlier and now when I am on the go, my hands are tied and I can not connect to our remote servers. Im hoping this reaches out to the right person and they move forward on adding that certificate to everyones accounts. I love this software like I said and I promote other people to purchase this. I hope you guys will reach out to us with a resolution.

Software with a lot of potentials,the problem is that anything you need that is not working properly is called modification and you have to pay extra.On one of our trucks the registration expired,no notification from Mcleod .We get notifications if the trailer registration is about to expire but not the tractor!When we called Mcleod we were told that this is modification and we have to pay for it!!!Tractor notifications has to be done thru developing team and means more money.As of right now we are anywhere between $30-50000 in modifications and to tell you the trued I cant see the end of it.On the presentation everything seems shiny and sparkling until you go live!Software over $200 000.00 for 10 users and no notification on simple truck registration when is about to expire.Ant lets not talk if you need to find someone by his MC or dot# impossible!Oh yes you can do modification about it,no problem just have to pay again.

I like working with Mcleod.In my experience with the software, it has helped me a lot on my daily work routine. Working with the software makes everything easier, the employees are also very helpful and ready to assist in anything we might need. Me, as an owner to a transportation company thought that it would be a great asset to have Mcleod Software for the business. I made terrible mistake. Even though everything looked promising at the beginning, this turned out to be the biggest nightmare for me and my company. The training itself cost well over $50,000.00. The training was so poorly done, we were told we would have trainers with projectors, to stay for whole week and train the employees. Instead we got a guy with a 20 monitor and 20 employees staring at it. We had several breaches of contract, the going live was delayed for months and several times. Our main goal was to go live together with the ELD. That never happened. Even today, we do not have the software up and running. This was a huge mistake and after all this time, we are still being lied to and we still dont have what we started paying for.
