After the issue we had, this guy helped me a lot.He is very responsive and will be supporting you and your drivers in good and in bad situations as well. The guy who will always keep his word and try hard to make everything right, even if he needs to pay something from his own pocket, which is absolutely fabulous!Very cooperative, very professional and polite person.Looking forward very much to working with this guy again!Well done!

Charles Wald from this agency was very rude and not professional, he started and argument and even wanted to have a physical fight... the load i was doing was not safe for my equipment and let him know ways to fix the issue so we can move on with the load.

Booked a load with them didnt sign the confirmation yet , decided to read the reviews, emailed them back saying do to bad reviews wont be able to take this load , the guy named Brian started to threaten me by saying that he will email his corporate office to make sure landstar never does business with us again.

Just received a solicitation call from this company. We ship everything collect and bring in everything prepaid, so we filter out sales calls quickly because its a waste of everyones time - we arent going to use the service, so move on to a company that might. Sometimes if the person is very kind or amusing, I will take down their information and recommend them to our customers.Anyway, the guy was rude to my team member. I answered when he called back and he flat out lied to me about having a load coming in from uh.. Massachusetts. I am the manager here, so I know everything going in and out - and I do have decision making ability when it comes to shipping.If a company is going to be rude and then lie during a sales call, I would hate to see how they behave while performing actual services. I would never use or suggest the use of this company ever.

Joke of a company, my company waited at the border because of a customs broker this company used for over 4 hours. basically said its not their fault so not their problem.quick fact interstar….. when your customers customs broker makes a mistake, which cost the carriers driver 5 hours at the border. at the end of the day ya it is your fault to figure this out because its your customer.dont use this company if you want to deal with liars and unprofessional people. kevin is who I was dealing with, beware of him cause he knows everything.

If you dont care when your materials show up, these are the guys to use. If you have a deadline, you had better look elsewhere. Be prepared to be lied to for multiple days trying to figure out where your loads are and when they will show up.

That Mal guy is awesome. I deal with him every day and he is like Superman. He’s not a lier.....not even a liar.

Rude and unhelpful steve cancelled a load because I didnt sing the rate con 15 min after he emailed it guy is a jerk this agent got flagged and will never move anything for them, will also email LANDSTAR corporate Im sure they dont want people representing their company in such a poor manner

The worst company and Landstar agent.Booked my truck at 15:30, 2 hours later they cancelled the load, it was already 17:30, no chance to find another load at this time. Got stuck for next day. Requested tuck order not used multiple times, all may calls and emails were ignored. Ben was the guy i deal with, so unprofessional!

Unprofessional rude and hung up on me when im having a problem with one of their loads. Then they wouldnt answer their phone or emails and my driver is out stranded.... crazy how transporters get treated.
