My package just disappeared once it got to Birmingham Al. Hasnt moved in 5 days. Ive called twice a day looking for an answer. I had 1 honest customer service person tell me it was either destroyed or stolen. Unfortunately FedEx keeps telling the shipper its out for delivery, therefore the shipper wont refund or ship another one. FedEx Birmingham sucks!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Their delivery driver propped a 70 pound gun safe on my garage door. He/she did not knock to let us know where it was. When we opened the garage door it fell on my car!!! Now my car and the gun safe are damaged. To make matters even worse, they are currently ignoring my husband’s phone calls. Corporate said it was their responsibility to pay for the damages, but apparently the local office doesn’t seem to think so. Now I have another package to be delivered by them soon, and I am dreading it. I would purposely not order from any company that uses them if I could figure that information out.

I order a set 4 tires last Friday and they delivered one tire on Thursday and then 2 more Friday heck I need to put these tire on my truck I even offered to go pick them up and they said I couldnt pick them up now they will not open again until Monday and I work and will not be at home when they run if they run,And they have told the shipper that I have my tires 😒And now I have so many hours to give the shipper a review!!There is no reason not to put 4 tries on one truckTo me there will lose money on shipping 3 truck thats crazy..

Do not drop off at this location in drop box...droped off two gpu cards fro my computer repair and now they are lost...out over $2000 and fedex is acting like its nothing...have heard nothing back and box still not shipped or found

Cannot understand why it is so difficult to deliver what I ordered! Placed my order Monday. Supposed to arrive Wednesday. Was told couldn’t deliver because of incorrect address - street number. Call to check only to be told the address was correct and would be delivered the next day. Shortly after, another message claiming it to be undeliverable because of incorrect address. Told this time it’s because they didn’t have my apartment number. Address was correct with shipper and on the fedex site. Called shipper who sent permission form for fedex to add the apartment number for a new label. Was told I would receive package Thursday. Thursday comes and I receive a message saying operations delay and would be delivered Friday. Today, receive he same message. Call and they say they just received the permission from shipper at 12:30p. Seriously? Fedex told me Wednesday night they had already received it then. Now, supposed to have it tomorrow by noon. Also, husband’s package due today had operational delay message, supposedly on the wrong route. First, I was told it would be delivered Saturday. Same guy, moments later to my husband, said there was no way to deliver Saturday. That it must wait until Monday. Also told that neither package could be held at which facility and picked up there; that they MUST be delivered. I’m not playing games here. Package or money. It would be MUCH cheaper for fedex to just give me our packages. I’m through with fedex. Their drivers aren’t even employed or trained through fedex. They are independently contracted to deliver. WTH? So who knows where my packages are. Such a sorry company.

A pure nightmare! Ordered lawnmower on walmart.com with 2 day delivery. Ordered Fri morning and was given delivery date of Monday. Monday morning at 6:08am, the package was scanned at Birmingham facility and Out for Delivery by the end of the day on Monday. Waited for package all day. Approx 7pm, status went from out for delivery to pending. Startedcalling for updates beginning Tuesday morning and package just seem to have disappeared. Customer service is obviously in another country and they cant tell me anything. Its Thursday now and still no package OR delivery date. Ive offered to go pick it up and was told I didnt have that option. So my $300 paid in full lawnmower is no where to be found and Im told I just need to be patient. Who are they to decide when they want to deliver??? I will never use FedEx again nor will I order from any company that uses this carrier.

My e bike is shipping from Walmart so I had no control over woo carried it - omg! This has been a nightmare ! I’m 58 live alone and cannot move a 60lb package ! So I’ve tried Wlm sorts of ways ( notes outside , app notes etc ) to tell them to simply alert me abs I’ll open garage door - they can stick box straight onto truck bed ) my son said forget that and schedule to “hold for pickup “ the problem is I have no clue where to go in Birmingham and the app is no help !there has to be a main place but I have no clue .I hate this company

I never get my packages on time through FedEx its usually several days to weeks after that they ever show up this shipping company should just close down for business and never open its doors again byfar the worst shipping company ever and customer service is terrible ups is always on time and never late even during this pandemic

Said they could not locate my address but instead of calling me (which my number is on the package) they just decided not to deliver the package and reschedule for another day. UPS, USPS and Amazon have no problem finding my address. Please close down and let the professionals handle the shipping.

Pretty sad when it takes 4 days for a package to get from distribution center to your house when its been on the truck out for delivery for 3 of those days. Well I say 4 days...its still not here yet. We will see if it ever shows up.

Worst service and dishonest delivery drivers. Was supposed to have package delivered on a Wednesday and they said nobody was home...(Lie!!).......second attemp on Thursday with the same nobody is home attempt..(lie!)......Birmingham, you need to get your Sh*t straight or hire somebody that can!!!!

They do not deliver on time. My shipment has been delivered damaged repeatedly. FedEx corporate should have stepped in long ago and fired the staff. Use UPS, USPS, or DHL.Update: they returned my package to the shipper after making no attempt to deliver. Company I ordered from (major retailer) made note to no longer ship to this area using Fedex and will only ship UPS moving forward.

3 out of 4 times Fedex doesnt deliver when they say they are. I get a notification that my package is loaded on the delivery truck in the morning and I never receive a delivery. The status then says Schedule pending, with no other information. Calling customer service is frustrating and a waste of time, they never have a answer or able to resolve anything.

Been waiting since December 10 for a package,that has been on a truck that long also,here it is the 14th and still no package.called and not one person can answer as to where my package is. As I told the last person good thing it was not meds I would be dead by now . They need to learn a thing or two from UPS . Worst company to deal with ever .

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 6th. 6-8 said delivery not attempted. Called and was told that they dont know why it hasnt been delivered. That someone would contact me, well 2 days later (today) I called again and fedx told me they dont know what is going on and they started a investigation and someone was supposed to have called me. Still nobody has called and my packagehas yet to be delivered.

Worste shiiping company available. Never seems to disappoint; either shipments are late, no show, missing, broken, or ripped open with items missing.....especially November through December. My perishable baby food package left birmingham distro center at 7:10am (I live 45min away) here it is 9pm, no package🤔

If I could give it no stars I would. This is the worst place ever. Package suppose be delivered on Monday here it is Thursday and still no package and this was multiple gifts for a Christmas party tomorrow. Even paid for express shipping. Still haven’t received the packages and was lied to when I called them. They stated the company put it for standard delivery and I had the company we purchased for on the other end of the phone that stated no they did not. It was sent express delivery and Belk had sent me the proof. Fedex phone rep still continued to lie on Belk. Then when told we were recording the conversation and wanted to see proof that Belk had sent the shipment out for standard 5-7 day delivery as he told us and have it emailed for documentation purposes he hung up because he knew he was caught in his own web of lies. On top of that, it shows the package has been at the Birmingham facility since the 10th and yet still hasn’t been delivered. The second package shows it is in Georgia and has been for 2 days with no movement. The rep said nobody would answer the phones at the Georgia facility in Kennesaw as well as this Birmingham facility so he couldnt speak with them about why the packages hasn’t moved or been delivered. This place is a total joke and fraud. They charge you for express shipping and never do it. That is the same as stealing from people. They take your money and then do not deliver. Horrible!

Seems like the drivers cant read and then when you dont get your packages its up to you to do all the leg work fedex should just close and let ups handle everything then I know I will get what I have ordered and not have it sent to the wrong address and not be found
