I give this place one star because although the visit and the people were great I went and got my 3rds pierce when I first got it the earring was cut but seemed to small or tight for my ear but didn’t pay it any mind . It’s hasn’t been a week yet and I woke up and my ears were swollen and in pain looked in the mirror to see both piercing were completely in the hole so i tried to put it up but still ended up sinking in the piecing hole (blood was also involved) called couldn’t even get a refund or anything. I could get it repierced here but I definitely won’t be visiting again.

Gorgeous pieces, but they dont last. Ive had 2 sets of hoop earrings, 2 toe rings, and on my 2nd anklet from there. All of them bend or break or clasp loosens and you lose the item. There is a reason why they push the year warranty so much - because the jewelry is not designed to last that long. Save your money.

BEWARE! I would give this place zero stars if it would allow!!!! Please save yourself pain and do not go to this place! I went for a simple earlobe piercing and ended up with two holes in one ear!According to the piercer he said his hand slipped causing him to puncture the outside of my ear lobe with the earring in which he then had to remove and re-pierce! Therefore i have a accidental hole made by the piercer!All the trauma to the ear/swelling/bleeding has left me with no choice but to remove the piercing! Called customer service because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the actual store manager and customer service basically said that the store had to handle it.

Just got my 3 month old daughters ears pierced. Marcie was absolutely FANTASTIC. Would highly recommend to anyone!! She was so knowledgeable, and patient as she calmed my nerves. Definitely very happy with our visit !

I got my cartilage pierced here the other night and it was fabulous! I wish I could remember the ladys name who did mine but she was so helpful, nice, and very informative! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

Amazing service from these lovely people. Prices are pretty nice too honeslty and they do free piercings with the purchase of earrings. Which mine were like 20$ so they definitely beat Clare’s or other piercing places around

Can’t say enough about Marcie at the Piercing Pagoda. Daughter (9 years old) was a bit timid at getting her ears pierced, but Marcie spent a lot of time talking her through the process and about the care that is involved afterwards. Everything was done cleanly. Located in the food court across from Michael Kors. Highly recommend them if Marcie is there, and you need your child’s ears pierced.
