After being recommended by champion cleaners to use to clean my sofa cushion covers, I dropped them off 2 weeks ago and told they would be ready 6/16. I arrive to pick them up and 2 employees look confused when they couldnt find them . One comes back to me and apologizes and asks could they deliver these tomorrow, because they arent ready right now. Needless to say I was not happy as well as would not recommend them at this point.

Sanitary Rug Cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning my 25+ year old 4×6, fringed, oriental rug. I now expect it to outlive me!

While the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly, I thought the job was less than adequate. I had cleaned everything out from under the beds and had removed things from nightstands, etc. so they could be lifted and cleaned under and nothing was cleaned under. Nothing was moved no matter how light. My husband was also home and could have assisted with lifting or moving. We did request under the king bed be done because we have animals and he did go in and sort of do that. It is still pretty yuck under there. I just dont think it was a very good job. Guess thats why it was $99. I would not use them again.

Roland cleaned my carpet and it looks great! Was exactly on time and was very tidy. Great job!

The guy I was corresponding back and forth with through email, did not have his stuff together. He would respond back to a quote he gave me on previous emails then acted with a take it or leave it attitude, when it was he who was going off the wrong emails. Had heard good things about their service, but if you feel the need to be short with a customer who is wanting to use your services, then why use you..

Amazing! I had an pet mess emergency and they were able to be out to the apartment within 30 minutes. The had the whole apartment done in 30-45 minutes and were out the door. Off to save someone elses day Im sure. Thank you Sanitary Rug Cleaner man!!Highly recommend and will use again for sure!

We have both dropped off and had them come out and clean our carpets. Their service is impeccable.The quality of care they put in to knowing their product cant be matched by the fly by night door to door salespersons. They dont upsell you services you dont need. If they suggest something you probably need it. Time after time you get the same techs and Shawn does an amazing job.I highly recommend them for rugs and carpet cleaning services.

Unequivocally the best rug cleaning experience we ever had. JOE and Phillip were courteous,timely and accommodating. You could not ask for more from a rug cleaning service. This company and its employees are professional in every way!

If you have oriental rugs you care about, take them to Sanitary Rug Cleaners or have them come to your home/office to clean them. They care about your rugs and take care as to how they handle them. I would not use anyone else for this.
