Wow is all I can say.Jordan from Safe Dry arrived early and was very professional. Explained in detail what he was going to do and how much. I must say my expectations were not high because the carpet was old. Boy was I wrong!Jordan explained the process they used and it was night and day for my carpets. He gave them a full makeover. Looked brand new almost.Cannot recommend highly enough.

I could legitimately cry! Reggie came to my house and cleaned my furniture and my stairs and my stairs were in horrible condition. I had completely given up on them ever coming clean. He worked absolute wonders and my stairs look AMAZING! I am so happy with the service and quality. The professionalism of the technician was unmatched. I could not recommend this company more!

Chris was on time. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I don’t think any other company has cleaned this well. My only suggestion is that he replace items when finished. Even with that I still rate the service 5 stars.

Don’t use the Groupon for this company. It’s just a sham to get them in the door. The additional cost to clean per sq ft over the 450 covered in the Groupon was ridiculous and extremely unreasonable. After we declined the additional service the associate was rude and condescending to my wife. Just pay the money up front and go with a reputable company.

Got an online quoted price of $130 but when the guy got here he said it was going to be $150. I had my stairway, the loft, and the upstairs hallway cleaned which is clearly what they advertise for $88. I had added some deodorizing which brought my online quote to $130. Also states that I could only pay by check or credit card but failed to mention that there is a 3% “tax” for using the card. I gave them 4 stars because the technician was very professional and the carpet seems a lot cleaner. Not sure if I would use this particular service again. One other odd thing was that my technician was from Birmingham and not from the two local stores in the Huntsville, AL area. That may have been my fault for booking online though

I worked for this company for over two years. It is a bait and switch all of the way. They tell you that you have to carry and average of $300 per job or they fire you. Their coupons are just to get their techs in the door of your home. To top it off, their chemicals are already mixed no matter how much they charge you. It’s a mix of 99% water and a splash of microban and some oxy clean lol. That’s it, weather you pay $49 or $1000 you are getting the same thing everytime. This company is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DO NOTHING BUT SCAM EVERYONE. You’re rugs are cleaned the same way carpet is there is no special machine. The reason they take your rugs is because they don’t want you to see how cheap it really is and they just charged you $300 for a rug when you could buy the same chemicals for under $5 at Walmart.Edit: According to the post below the owner ( Chase and his wife) they have no knowledge of any of this. Well I do have the screen shots of the app used to communicate with each employee and each one specifically shows where they will offer incentives to raise your job average and also were they are encouraging their employees to go back and get more money after they have already posted what their total was in the first place. So Mr Chase, would you like those screen shots here or to the local news stations? You can deny it all you want but if you wanna call me a liar I will bring the truth the the tv sceen in front of you and everyone else as well!!!

Patrick did a great job! He explained the entire process, recommended products, and really cleaned the areas I needed for pet treatment, stains, and deodorizing. It smells amazing!! We have 4 small kids and like knowing they are playing on clean floors!
