Truck still had dirt and bugs. There was a black streak on my quarter panel. Not impressed with the wash quality. The vacuums are very nice. Also like the free rags and spray.

I drive through to get a quick wash at several different places. I have not had such a bad experience at other places. I did not have time to vacuum so I didnt see the poor wash until I got home. My wheels were nasty. The rear-end had places that were clean and places that were not touched. The bugs on the front end were all still there. I would not have dropped the rating if that had been the only issue since other fast wash washes dont always get all of those off but this was worse than others. I also had to wash and use my wipers to get a couple of spots off the windshield that were not clean in the wash.

My car was full of dog hair with cloth seats and they got all of it vacuumed up, the dash was freshly wiped down , and the windows clean. It looks like a new car! Great job!!

Pretty good automatic car wash. It didnt really get my car good the first time but one of the employees saw it and had me run it through again for free. Also manually applied my tire shine. Customer service was excellent.

I usually don’t write reviews but this one I needed to I was recommended by my co-worker and although she had a semi bad experience I wanted to give you guys a try myself and I’m glad I did !, I came with my son with his car Saturday and it looked so amazing and guys were so nice I brought my car back Sunday and was beautiful I didn’t even recognize my car and I had been going to mister for years! From the young kids helping and greeting me when come in to the young kid that had to help me get my car in neutral were so polite and kind. The line my have been very long but didn’t feel like it seems like doing great teamwork! I also had the pleasure to meet the young lady manager AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE she has was so nice and sweet and very informative ( I asked several questions 😊) with clipboard in hand she was helping customers getting line moving and also say her help clean cars . I watched them clean my car and couldn’t have been more impressed by their teamwork while they seem like they were having fun. I was in very back of line to get my car clean but didn’t wait longer then 45min but didn’t feel like it . I own a business that is very stressful and busy on weekends and I know sometimes that will show but this wash both days was amazing, great customer service and friendly, maybe my co-worker came on wrong day or different people but I definitely told her about mine! ,and will be recommending to all my workers , friends, and family!! Thank You Guys So Much , will definitely be back next week to become a member!

Get the detail for deep clean. The wash through didnt really do too much

I loved this car wash when it was new. It worked! Over time it has suffered a constant state of disrepair. On my last three visits, the tire shine did not work, despite being told it did when I asked after the first failure. Part of the drying sections didn’t work either. The rear of the vehicle is not cleaned well, but it used to be. Don’t waste your money.

My birthday carwash was awesome

The machines to pay were broken so I was stuck in line for 15 minutes. After I finally got through the wash my front windshield was still very dirty.Waste of time!!!!

Blue Rain car wash - great as usual

This company has horrible management. Their manager Demetrius Williamson is unprofessional, uses racial slurs towards the employees. I’ve sent a complaint to their website. Will update my review once I receive a response.And as you can see they still will not address the recording I have. You respond to a google review but not directly to me when notified directly. As I told you in my email directly we will seek an attorney.

I came to get what I expected to be an express car wash and instead I got terrible service and was here for 1.5 hours. The car on the inside was hardly wiped down and looked like they spent no time trying to make things look good. My car went through the tunnel in about 10 minutes time. Several times in the tunnel, my car was stopped and I was even asked to reverse to the start of the tunnel because they forgot to start the wash and I was going through with nothing happening. I asked for help once I got my car because of its very poor condition considering I spend $40 on a membership. The lady was insanely rude and insisted the issues were my fault when everything in the car has dust and residue from their rags on it. I will not be coming back. I am very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great place to get your car washed quick or have it professionally detailed by a crew member. The only downside to the touchless car wash is it doesnt always clean everything on your car. If youre not entirely satisfied with your wash, theyll let you go through again free of charge!

Plenty of clean towels for use. Wasnt too busy so had plenty of time to clean up my car and use the vacuum.Got a Deluxe carwash and it did an honest job for what I paid. Wish I had paid for a better wash, but not gonna complain on how it did for my money.One of the men at the entrance did me a favor and took off my antenna for me and even refused a tip. Very honest. I like that in a company. Shows conviction.Definitely will be spending my money on a better wash next time.Thanks for the wash guys.

I have a membership here so theres no reason for me to buy a car wash. Both lanes of the machines have the camera tilted the other way, enabling me to scan my car into the car wash. Please fix your camera system so i dont have to pay for something i have.

I have a pickup truck which can be tricky for car washes to clean. This place did a great job! There wasnt wet spots and soap thrown everywhere from my truck bed and even my tailgate was cleaned.I did have to bounce around to a few stations to get a super high powered vacuum but when I got to a good one itd suck the color off your floor mat.

Staff is friendly efficient and helpful. The only issue I have Is my truck never gets dry, they tell me the dryer senses that theres something in the back of my truck, it doesnt dry with a MT truck bed.. I have to dry it myself.

Best car wash there is! The wash put tons of soap on followed by a good amount of brush swirling followed by massive amounts of water. My car came out sparkling clean with not one soap sud missed during the rinse (Other area car washes leave tons of soap on my car while managing to only get the car soso clean). I brought my banana wax-as-you-dry spray & a waffle weave drying towel with me like I always do to wipe off the little bit of water still that gets left on the car. My car was the cleanest it has ever been from this type of car wash. Cant say enough good about them. I will now be a regular customer

Always does a great job on our car. We bought the membership so we could drive right in after our prewash. We were so pleased that we bought another membership for our grand daughter when she turned 16 and got her first car for her birthday.

Moves along quickly, does a good job, vacuums powerful, sometimes they don’t wash under the ladder on my Range Rover and the brushes don’t reach there so I have to do that by hand after I’ve driven through - but overall very good results.

I paid $40 for the deluxe wash, and the outside was cleaned well, but the inside looked the same as I left it before, nothing was wiped down, like it said on the manual. I should’ve just got the basic wash and cleaned it myself because nothing was deluxe about that. A waste of $40.

Mostly good service at Greystone location. But attendants still miss the back window and bed cover on trucks that the automatic wash does not get.

This is good for a basic wash (be prepared to spend a good bit of time drying your car by hand to prevent spotting, though). When getting a more advanced wash, Ive had issues with blobs of wax/cleaner left on the wheels and some parts of the car. I dont recommend anything beyond the basic wash.

I was recommended by a friend, and said it was the best detail she had ever had for a reasonable price and decided to try it out. My experience was not even close. Nothing wiped was off, there was still dust on my dashboard, still had mud on door, and my seats were not vacuumed. The only thing that was clean wad my mats. To top it all off, my car smelled like body odor for an hour afterwards. Worst detail ever, will never go back. I hate to write a hateful review, but it is the truth.

Before coming to Blue Rain Express Car Wash, I pretty much thought all car washes were the same. But this place is AMAZING! The people make the difference - and they have a unique track that your car rides on easily, plus they use reclaimed water. Great service and they even got all the messy stuff cleaned up from under / behind my sons carseat. 5 stars!!! Love it.

The lady at the entrance is very.friendly and helpfulGreat personality......and talked me into the detailing.The young man Reggie that cleaned my car was very polite and helpful but the manager I guess...the dark.skinned guy with the dreads yelled to Reggie.....woohoo only spend 15 minutes and roll.it up. I know its been a minute since my car has been detailed but that was very impolite and rude and your sign does not say how dirty the car is determines the price the sign says car detailing $25 I paid my 25 I expected my car to be detailed not rushed. I just felt that was very unprofessional and uncalled for they should look at the cars then before they determine the price

I am a monthly member here and really like the car wash provided by the machine. But, last night I took my wifes brand new suv in and the kid who uses the long brush at the beginning of the wash, to clean the front grill and back bumper, was extremely rough. He put about a three inch surface scratch on the back bumper. It buffed out, but if it happens again I wont be using this place. Issue was brought up to manager on duty at the time. He didnt say much and seemed to smirk at the issue.

Quick and easy! The employees have always been polite and helpful and theres always plenty of glass cleaner and towels with the vacuums after you come through the tunnel. I am a member of the monthly car wash club, which to me is an incredible value!

I like that the car sits on a conveyor belt as it goes through the car wash, rather than being drug by its tires. Friendly hard-working employees here. Nice clean car after each visit!

Solid wash for a great price.

I was in there a little over a week over and a young lady yelled loud and talked to me very aggressively and seemed annoyed and angry so I was a little urged not to go back but I loved the wash so I came back and I would like say a complete difference the staff that encountered today were more professionally operating and polite thank you Bracton and Johnise for your kindness and help. So much better

I had a coupon for a free wash that was not working. The manager came over and without question honored it and gave me the best wash as well. Great customer service and will definitely be back. Not to mention a great car wash!

Pretty good car wash, not a hand wash, but good. One thing though, they should spray the front and back of your car with plenty of water to loosen dirt before rubbing with the brush, soapy or not.

Been going to mister for years but thier quality of work and effort has went down lately so decided to try here because my brother has a membership and brags all the time !, I can see why and see why the line was packed to get in there , amazing wash and detailing with effort ,thank you soo much to braxton and ms janicey ,braxton was so polite and helpful and understanding of all my questions as a nubie 😊 and young lady janicey you would never know she was manager how hard she was working and so sweet and kind ! Love this drive thru car wash! Been three times already and have had great service. My tires look cleaner and shinier than other car washes I have been to. I’m glad they have towels and cleaner by the vacuums to use. Will definitely keep going back.

Excellent car wash. Heres why: Weve had bad experiences with two other places in town putting acid on our rims and destroying the finish. Yes, acid will eat brake dust better than soap, it its one way to get the rims so they arent black without having to scrub them. And yes, acid is safe on Chrome rims. But is also not safe on any other type of wheel, and it will permanently damage all other wheel finishes, removing the shiny outer coating, and leaving them dull and even yellowed. Far too many car washes and body shops will just use acid indiscriminately because they are lazy and / or ignorant. And Ive had people tell me it was safe, I told them okay go ahead, they spray it on there, and then we watched it eat off my rims and turn them yellow before our very eyes. So, I dont want ANY car wash doing anything to my rims, because I just dont trust people with this.So what I like about Blue Rain is that you can ask the attendant to disable the wheel cleaner / shine, and they will turn it off, and you just get the regular soap and water on the rims, which is more than enough for most cars, and you can hand wash the rims if you have stubborn brake dust caked on. Another great thing is they have an undercarriage wash, which is surprisingly hard to find.To sum up:Undercarriage wash + disabled rim cleaner + $15 price tag = Awesomeness.

Second visit here today. Met general manager, Heath. He was very helpful with a couple of questions I had. My car’s exterior was cleaned thoroughly.I chose to vacuum inside myself. They provide clean towels.

I have been coming to Blue Rain for past three weeks since leaving Mister ,and upon coming this young lady is always working hard and smiling I joked with her my first day about being the only one working because she went from explaining and helping me decide what wash I wanted to getting me into the wash and by time I was coming out of wash she was giving out towels today I I had problem with my tire shine and informed her ,she apologized and came right out and fixed the problem, upon her finishing I told her she needed a promotion joking and she told me she was the assistant manager I was amazed I havent seen a manager work so hard usually, they are the ones directing not working she moves likes its three of her thank you ms Johniese for your kindness and great work ethic!!

Generally a good careash. Fast and easy. Free vacuums if you wish to use them. They do stand behind their wash. If something is not right talk to them and if possible they will correct it.

It isnt an empty lot anymore. Its a fantastic car wash. So, I stop on the heavy traffic days..Its usually busy except later afternoons or weekends. The folks that work there keep it moving smoothly from what Ive seen.

I love this place. The people working there are first class and the nicest people. The wash itself is great and if you get the detail they do an amazing job.

One of the few places that provide towels, multi tool vacuums, and spray to complete the job. Prices are fair but not cheap. Staff is always very nice, and if it is cold or you have calls to make they offer options where they clean it for you.

Never going back again. Rude Manager. Bad business. Employee was trying to clean the dust and tires. After employee applied the tire shine, Manager demands for $14. Don’t mind paying if it was not in the package I purchased but his approach was demanding to pay $14 and VERY RIDE & STARING.

Great wash and the first time to roll the windows down with no water left on them. The dryer was wonderful!

Terrible job. Everyone there seems confused on what’s going on. Complain to so called managers. They dont have a clue either. Had a monthly membership but cancelled. Went to goo goo carwash down the street. They are 1000 times better i would strongly suggest them over these people.

I use the Blue Rain Express on Hwy119, just off of Hwy 280. The people who work there are helpful when needed, my car is clean inside & out, and if theres ever a problem they cheerfully fix it. I would recommend Blue Rain Express Car Wash!

Second visit: Went by on my way home and it was closed. Wait ... google says you are open till 7:00pm and it is 6:10. Not good. Lost another star. Strike two. First visit: It is big and fancy with free vacuums. The issue I had with my one and only experience was they did not have the brush guys like GooGoo does and the machine only cleaned one side of my car. I think the person did not line me up good and my car is small but still you would expect the whole car to be clean. I plan on going back soon to give them one more chance.

I love the rags and spray to clean the inside of my car. It makes such a difference to just do a light wiping each week. My car has never looked this clean all of the time.

I have brought our cars and my son, daughter-in-law and grandsons cars to Blue Rain since it opened. I detail fleet cars for a local company and bring all their cars to do the initial wash and interior cleaning at the Pelham location before initiating the specialized detailing I have developed over the decades I have enjoyed the joy of this renewal process. I am retired from the UAB Health System and detail cars, trucks, motorcycles and boats. My personal experiences at Blue Rain have always been pleasant. The car wash is state of the art and the fact that they recycle their wash water is a definite plus. The vacuum cleaners are extremely efficient and clean interiors better than any vacuum I have ever used. The management is both pleasant and interested in customer satisfaction. They are unique in a business that tends to ignore their customers and focus on revenue instead. The art of customer service is not a part of their business plan.Blue Rain treats their customers with respect and their customers display their loyal to them by repeat business and recommending them to friends and nrighbors. I consider Blue Rain as a model for car washes in general and no one else comes close. I have tried all of them and Blue Rain has no competition. I appreciate their consistent commitment to excellence.

Great carwash. Really up to date. So nice that they have towels and cleaner to use by the vacuums.

Once in a while they might forget to put the tire shine on the tires but all you have to do is tell them and they will come out and put it on the tires for you.

Vacuum was broken.Tire air hose was broken.Card machine wasn’t working.Not able to pre-wash car like the Pelham one; instead, a single brush stroke was done by an employee before entering the wash.Windshield washer fluid not offered.No floor mat cleaner like Pelham.Had to manually finish cleaning tires because the one I paid for only turned them muddy-brown.Had to manually finish wiping windshield to get bird droppings off.When neither the machines nor the employees are working, it’s not worth going to. I left drenched in sweat from cleaning my own car with the hand towels to get the job done (as much as could be considering the broken things).Won’t be back.

I’ve had problems with this car wash but decided to try them again since they are so close t where I live. It pull the back of the mirror off and I was told that this was normal, and their car wash machines needed to be recalibrated.I would not use them if you have an SUV.
